Brandon was thorough but efficient. He outlined our issue, preventative measures that could be taken, options, and long term plans. Polite and professional, he explained everything clearly and in layman's terms, clarifying when I didn't understand aspects. I had originally booked online but was told the next day via phone call that requested time was no longer available. I was offered the next time frame. He ended up coming during the original time requested which was appreciated. Nobody enjoys waiting around for a repairman.

My thermostat gave up last week, I made the call and they got me an appointment the very next day! Brandan was my technician and he was so professional and nice, he also arrived right on time to what the appointment window was. It took him about an hour to replace the thermostat with a new one, he was very professional the entire time and made me feel very comfortable even though I was by myself at my house that day. I highly highly highly recommend them! I will definitely keep them on speed dial for future AC needs.

Answered all our questions. Took time to show us how to use new thermostat and program our phones. Both are an asset to Georgia Air. As always, Georgia Air is second to none in terms of customer service and response times. Brandon is usually our rep, and he's awesome, but Nick didn't miss a beat. Nick always does an outstanding job when he services our units. Chad was prompt and reasonable to work with on the replacement of an older unit. Great guys. Bump up their pay.Update. Talk about lighting quick. Had a new unit installed two days after the quote. Steven was at the house bright and early and he knocked the installation out quickly. He walked me through the instructions on the new thermostat. Very patient and professional. Great experience with Georgia Air. Highly recommended.

Brandon was awesome. He was on time and provided excellent service to our unit. He didn’t seem rushed at all and took his time making sure that both the inside and outside portions of our HVAC was in great working order. We had two companies come out and try to diagnose our system without avail. After almost $300 in diagnostic fees from the other companies, we called GA air. Nick came out and within 15 minutes, he was able to not only diagnose but give us a quote for the repair. He thoroughly explained what the issue was, and even showed us. He came back the following Monday to complete the repair. Both times he was extremely professional, courteous, and wore boot covers prior to entering our home - which meant a lot to us since we have a sick toddler at home.A few weeks later, we had another issue with our AC unit. GA air sent out another tech, Brandon, the same day. He was also extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Again, within 10 minutes, he was able to tell and show us exactly where/what the issue was.We had already signed up for their maintenance plan when Nick had come to repair our unit the first time but after Brandon’s experience it only confirmed that we had made the right choice by choosing GA air. Don’t make the same mistake we made make GA air your first call!S/O to Necia as well! She is very prompt to answer the phone and is always so pleasant to speak to.

We needed a major HVAC job done at our home and had multiple companies come out and give recommendations and estimates. The owner himself, Chad Bird, came out for Georgia air. After a very thorough evaluation, Chad gave me his recommendations. I felt confident that not only would he ensure the job was done right, but that he had our best interests in mind. He could have easily talked me into a more expensive and complex system but actually steered me away from it. It's clear he expects the same integrity out of his installers as Steven and Mackenzie were delightful. Two of the most of polite people I've interacted with in a long time. Put in extra effort to ensure they maintained a clean and tidy work zone and kept us well informed of what was going to happen and the progress throughout the project. They did excellent work on top of it and no surprises in cost or time to finish the job. The whole team crushed it.

It was a privilege to meet with Nick today. This was a very big check up as I'm getting ready to leave for Africa. Nick arrived within the scheduled window, a great start. His demeanor and poise were professional, but not stiff, a good balance that show a love for his craft and people. His knowledge was deep but was explained in a very relatable way. Commercial property and HVAC on roof. Multiple visits from roofers and the other HVAC guys, no fix to roof leak. These guys (thanks Nick) got it all squared away in one visit! The design specialist Chad, was on time and very knowledgeable. He made sure we were comfortable and offered us window units for the entire weekend. He ensured that we chose the right unit, and even recommended some upgrades for our home. The install technicians for arrived on time they very professional. Steven and McKenzie worked in the attic in extreme heat to ensure our family had air conditioning by the end of the day. The install quality and professionalism of this company did not go unnoticed.
