Upper management needs to step up and do their jobs. The employees hate their jobs I hear it over and over by Dollar General employees not just at this Dollar General but in an overall opinion all employees feel unappreciated, overworked, employees are breaking company policies to keep that store open.

Management is good most days, finding things is easy and sometimes not very often is there totes everywhere.. I've had to move a cart out if the way once or twice but mostly it's organized.

I visited the store today and it's always a hit-or-miss experience here. The store management team is either real friendly, tired and grumpy or just playing rude. I had an exchange with the receipt and was made to feel uncomfortable because it was 30 minutes before closing and they had to do something extra to their registers because of a exchange. I said to myself just forget it and I just went ahead and bought the other two items and I'll return the items to another store. They had a new employee and there tonight and she was very friendly but management seemed tired and grumpy. The customer is made to feel feel like you are an inconvenience to them because of them trying to follow so many policies and procedures. Please smile and make your customers feel appreciated. 👍

After having a rude experience at a competitor across the street, these folks were helpful, the store was clean and we found what we needed right away. THIS is the Georgia hospitality I am used to. Not the rudeness across the street.

Friendly employees and have great variety things like, personal care, house hold items, pet stuff, candy and some grocery items. I like it. Good place to go since it is so close by. Really helps a lot.

Half of the time they don't have what you went for, they need to order more than they are doing so they won't sale out in two days. That makes my friends & I not wanting to go & waste our time.
