Arrived at 11pm, 6 trucks ahead took 1 1/2 hours to get to scale. Follow the end of the road to gate 3 for late night delivery. Get behind trucks that parked on the right side of the road. Go to guard and give your bol. There were not much directions, no instructions or maps 🤦‍♀️. One truck goes in scale, then the next truck out. Because there are only 2 docks for unloading. As you get on the scale, walk to guard. There is plenty of parking on the shoulder. Good luck

Security was great with checking in. Get around to roll loading dock and get a dock. They started loading me until 2 of their shuttle trucks backed in, stopped on me, and loaded them instead. There is no respect for an OTR driver time. Guarantee their shuttle trucks are hourly, so it wouldn't hurt them to wait a few minutes!!!

Looks like they only use two doors for shipping. You have to call a number on a sign to your left to check in after you park on the right shoulder. Once you finally get in and get docked and give them the paperwork security gives you, they don’t mess around. In and out from there. Very laid back and professional.

They use about 3 doors for shipping. This is the fastest timing that I've had paper rolls loaded. I've never had to even think about detention here. Every time I've loaded, it's been less than an hour.

NEVER FAILS!!!!! If you come here to deliver recycle paper on Saturday be prepared to waste your clock! They stay on the phone instead of unloading trucks. I’ve tried to contact someone to let them know but I’ve never had success in doing so. Makes no sense whatsoever for drivers to spend hours at a receiver because their forklift guy feels him being on his phone is more important than doing the job he not only gets paid for but applied for knowing he’d have to unload product. I mean why aren’t they prohibited on the dock floor anyway??!!! Every single Saturday I’ve been here this happens. It’s obvious these guys need micromanaging!..... EDITED REVIEW......Well I’m in the back now after 2 hours of waiting.....And just as I said these forklift operators are always on their phones and not unloading on Saturdays!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

I arrived to gate 3 at 6:30pm on a Friday, it is currently 10:30am on Saturday as I right this review. I have yet to make it past the guard shack. This should be illegal. Why do trucking companies allow this?

If you're delivering, just head down the road all the way to the end of the street, the guard shack is on the left. Monday through Thursday are extremely busy according to the guard so you'll be waiting awhile. Keep your windows up.

Didnt have a bad experience its just the Receiver tripping so I got turned away. My trailer was within 10 years a 2013 but the plate with the patent says 2012.. Smh. Make sure the patent plate is within 10 years its at the front right beside the air hookups

Horrible smell, but was the 4th truck in line and out in four and half hours 😑only two docks in the back so they only allow two truck in a time back there. Don’t forget to use their broom to sweep out the trash they will leave behind!

Park on the side of the road and call the number on the sign. You’ll need trailer registration to prove trailer is not older than 10 years. Loading was fairly quick. Friendly staff.

If you are delivering scrap cardboard.....it can take anywhere from 4 hours to 16 hours to get unloaded.Go past the first gate for delivery and get in line. If nobody is in line....pull on scale at end of road....gaurd will direct you from there.....If you are picking up....stop at 1st gaurd shack.....

Shipping Entrance, Go to second gate. Park on right and walk to guard house to check in. They will give you instructions where to go from there. Even if you're picking up from Kopper Warehouse you still have to check in with guard!

My '86 Chevy hatchback doesn't have a top, just the body so it's like a convertable except no windshield so driving is a helmet-on affair for me. I mention this because while driving on I-95 past this factory I got a putrid smell in my helmet so I opened the visor to ventilate but the smell was inescapable! Horrible stench my Google friends! Worse still as I was reaching to put my visor back down a big ole June bug smacked my head and I got juice in my eyes. It's a real danger to ride the car convertable but even more dangerous to ride SMELLY MY Google friends!

They are slow usually a line of about 10 trucks you have to park in the line and walk to check in FCFS so don’t lose your spot in line but plan to be there 3-6hrs

Of course it smells bad. Its a paper mill. IP Savannah or GP Brunswick don't smell any better. If you like using toilet paper/ paper towels, then let this independently owned mill run!

We've been driving from Miami for 6 hours and our baby has pooped in the car several times and it still didn't smell as bad as is Factory did! Who know paper could smell so bad?
