This store has not changed one bit, still ghetto as when walking in staff do not speak, smell of weed and staff cursing out loud in personal conversations. No uniform standard , employees staff with hoodie and sagging pants and female another topic. The parking lot is trashy. The store is always messy and clutter never stocked, boxes are on carts on every aisles. If you want great customer service , stocked shelves and cleanliness go to Mount Zion family

Cool as usual. Great sale going on and even found my 8yr old son some more Pokémon Cards "ON SALE"! At 1st they rung up for $16.99, but after the manager put the discount in maaaaannnn, $3.68. My baby was like Ma do you see that?. 120 Pokémon Battle Trading Cards!

It's family dollar! The staff is nice but stuff is everywhere! No clear aisles...EVER! It's like people start stocking merchandise but stop midway through...its hard to get to things because equipment and boxes are ALWAYS in the aisle. Customers are constantly moving equipment and boxes out of the way to get to items that they need! Not safe!!!! Family Dollar as a company should be ashamed! It's not just this store it's every Family Dollar I go to.

This place was just nasty, if I could give it zero stars I would. When I first walked in I noticed it was in disarray because they were putting out St. Patricks Day and Easter items while also removing empty boxes and displays of Valentine's Day items. But as I walked around the store I noticed that just about every aisle was blocked with boxes, or carts full of items to either be stocked or taken to the back. It was hard to maneuver with other customers and a cart. And even the items were disorganized on the shelves, it looked like everything had been rumaged through...but I don't understand why every single aisle looked that bad. What made me leave was when I went down an aisle and there was a bottle on the floor that had spilled. The little yellow sign was over the spill, but why was the bottle with half the liquid still in it still on the floor?!!! I could understand if they needed a minute to get the mop but why leave the bottle?!!! Just nasty. It was at the point I said this is ridiculous, put my items back where they belong, not that it seemed to matter, and I left. That is not the standard for Family Dollar, but I will NEVER step foot in that particular location again...just disgusting! I wish I thought to take pictures to show I am not over exaggerating.

I arrived at this location at about 7:50am. There was no staff at the store yet. At 8am when the store is supposed to open there was still no staff present. I waited for a few minutes and eventually went to a different store. At 8:11am the store had yet to open. I was highly disappointed because I was in a hurry, and I was inconvenienced by having to go somewhere else. I won't be shopping here ever again.

I enjoy shopping at family Dollar my wife and I love that you can get the products that we need without sometimes running to the large stores some of you associates the younger ones I feel though could use some more training with more experience people but other than that it's a great place to shop and I'm glad you're in the neighborhood.

Went to this Family Dollar today didn't know if it was being robbed or what young man behind the counter ear plugs in his ear counting money very very slow gun hanging out his pants book bag on nothing to identify him as an employee I didn't know whether to pull out my gun and shoot or run out the store will never go back to this store again

If your close time is 10pm why is your doors locked 10 minutes till. 5 customers all needing one item turned away while your employees watch us at the door.😡Great way to run a business! Who is the GM for this store?

It is a regular ol' Family Dollar. Came in here real quick for cold drink. Saw that stuff was everywhere and disorganized. Got my drink and it was NOT cold but cool. 😡😤 Cashier was friendly but that was about it.

This Family dollar needs to be closed down immediately!!!! I Walk into the store employees are on the phone scream and Hollering about their personal business. Where is the manager? Or was on the people on the phone a manager. No customer service at all I will not be spending my money here ever again!!!!
