This store is aweful. The lines are always long with one working cashier 🤦🏽‍♀️. The parking lot always has trash all over. The trash cans outside are always over flowing with trash. Not to mention the huge mounds of boxes and trash outside the store. The inside is no better ever. It’s very unorganized with trash on the floor and boxes stacked high. You can hardly find what you need through all the clutter.

Low quality, very scarce product on shelves, unpacked boxes everywhere.There was no greeting when walked in. What really made the experience bad was the very young and unknowledgeable teenage behind the register that couldn't answer simple questions such as " do you have an ATM in the store?". No, this store isn't in the richest part of town but attitude makes a customer's experience at the end of the day! I will not be back!!

Be careful when shopping at this store! They always overcharge you. The merchandise rings up at the register for the wrong price from what they have on the shelves. The Ailes are always full of boxes you can't see the stuff on the shelves. I have never been to this store where you can actually walk without stepping on something and not to mention the trash cans outside are always full and trash on the floors.

The store is very junky and nasty. I went there 2 days ago on Saturday 7/18 and there was a used to go coffee cup on a shelve near check out. When I returned there on Monday 7/20 that same used coffee cup was still in that same spot. Evidently, they don't clean that store. If you want people to wear masks, do your part and clean your store. Trash is all in the parking lot and it's always like that. CLEAN YOUR STORE OR CLOSE DOWN!

The past year I have walked into this store and walked right back out because I could barely walk down the isles due to boxes and clutter throughout the isles, preventing me from finding anything! I would be frustrated because the store was a MESS. I went inside of this store today and thought I was in the wrong place. The store looks absolutely amazing! Nice, clean, reorganized, and FREE of clutter. I actually stayed longer than expected because I got caught up perusing the isles! Great facelift Family Dollar!! Our community will greatly appreciate it!

Junky and need more workers. A lot of unpacked boxes on every aisle. No customer restroom, not even for kids. First time there, not sure if my last. Willing to give them another opportunity to prove themselves to be better.

The store is always so well put together. Shelves are always stocked & no boxes stacked in the pathway of aisle.I also love the fact they got a new game show based on the Family Dollar stores.How cool is that??

The person deloris or Delouis was very rude. I witness her spread Lysol after this disabled man every where he went. Nothing wrong with cleaning your store but she wasn’t doing after every customer. Every where he stood / touch she went to him and sprayed every thing. NOBODY ELSE THO and people where touching everything else.

This store have definitely gone downhill since it was built and to make things worse it’s still fairly new the store look like a bomb hit it it’s ridiculous stuff everywhere nothing is stoked trash overflowing outside it’s terrible it’s been like that for quite some time. I’m definitely making a call to corporate ASAP something’s got to change.

It's still a fairly new store but it's gone down hill fast!! They used to have enough ppl there that the store stayed stocked&the lines not to bad. Now there's stock in boxes everywhere. Nothing I need is stocked. It looks like they're outta everything. It's been robbed a few times so maybe they can't help help. Idk but this store needs help. It's sad to be so new.THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO. STILL PALLETS IN ISLES. NOTHING OUT ON SHELVES OR HANGING UP. IT'S TERRIBLE! I USED TO LOVE THESE/ THIS STORE. NOT ANYMORE. LAKE HARBIN&MADDOX RD STORE IS WAY BETTER! A9 OUTTA 10. I HOPE THEY FIX THE STORE I WAS FIRST TALKING ABOUT. IS 1 MINUTE FROM HOME. SAD AGAIN

The store manager at this location accuse my kids of stealing every day. Shes even went to point of putting my 12 year old daughter out the store because She "think" she took something out of this cheap ass store. This Family Dollar is very convenient to where we live and it's a slap in the face for this grown women to accuse kids of stealing every day with no evidence. This is discrimination and I would to speak with someone over her. I have tried to speak with this grown woman but that lead to a argument. I have a recording that my child recorded of her telling other customers in the store saying " that these kids come in here and steal every day". Can I please have a number to speak with someone over her? She has no customer service and she really needs to work on that nasty attitude. Very ugly women.

Some of the staff our friendly, and some of the staff seem as though they do not want to be there. when I first walked in I noticed it was a lot of things in the ass and things just sitting around there are things in the freezer that did not belong but I did find everything I needed and it was at a reasonable price

Brand new store lines are usually long !!! And THEY NEVER HAVE CASH BACK ALL THE 4 times I’ve went here ! I won’t waste my money at this store !! They never even have 10$ to give you cash back.

They close this store early every day..Went by this store to get a few things and they told me the store was closed yet it was only 9:45..keep in mind the store was already closed when i got there so they locked the doors 20 mins before the time advertised..they advertise that they close at 10..If your business listing says you close at 10 you should close at 10..

Because whenever I'm in a family dollar store i can never find what i want. Plus they are the number 1 store to get hit for a robber. That's how I feel.

This place is a complete nasty disorganized disaster. Inside looks like the place got ransacked by a tornado ..outside looks like the city landfill..watch out for rat's and bugs garbage everywhere..buyer beware who knows what the prices are here..sometimes I think they make it up as they go..and thats only if anybody shows up for work
