FALSE PRICING: hard working people, please start being aware of the advertising sticker price of the product(s) you're buying.The product(s) rings up HIGHER at the register than the advertised sticker price.It's already bad enough that the customer service is lacking, but being deceitful with the advertising pricing is all around wrong and stealing from the customers.Might I say this wasn't a flute, this has happened about three (3) other times before, one (1) particular time were so bad, after I got home and realized the few items I had purchased shouldn't have cost the amount I was charged.I went back to the store the following morning and spoke with the manager whom refunded me the six dollars($6) difference.Just recently (07/15/2023) I had three (3) different items and all three (3) were higher than the advertising sticker price, the rude male worker with the heavy case of dandruff whom seem to always have an attitude would ONLY do one (1) item price change, so I lefted all items with him and went elsewhere.Their excuses is, "we haven't got around to changing the prices" or "we did inventory".PEOPLE... PLEASE START BEING AWARE OF THE PRICES, and stop giving away your hard earned money.

I just went in for disinfectant spray. The lady was rude and told me to make my own spray. Now, in this picture they have 10 bottles of disinfectant spray snd alcohol holding it. This is not acceptable.

This place is not great.. they always have empty shelves.. they normally only have 2 people working and you have to track down someone to check you out. I had to correct a guy bc he rang up my items wrong. When i corrected him he got an attitude.. i told him it wasn't that serious bc i was tired of standing there bc I had waited 10 min already for him to come ring me up. He got even more of an attitude and was mumbling under his breath about "not liking people that do him that way".. so he re-rang up my items and got the correct total and then asked the other lady if I had been waiting 10 minutes for him and she told him yes, bc she was counting down the other register and had called him several times. I just paid and left at that point and he didn't say anything else.

I must say this is one of the best organized Dollar General Stores I've frequent. The company still seems to struggle with stock replenishment. This obviously is region wide. So many empty spaces. Company needs to repair the parking lot that floods. The management and staff should be rewarded for a good representation.

It seemed as a new employee was working alone and had to call the manager at home on how to process a FedEx pickup. More than 10 people in line beyond a normal slow wait time. She had a good spirit about it. She was very courteous. Overall not good for this store and location. With the past history a new employee should never be in this store alone beyond 30 minutes.

Went to 8 dollar general's just to find one thing that should be in all stores is a great sale item. Delectable squeeze ups for cat's. Why don't they come in every week not going to continue at least let customers know.

Zero star review. The staff at this location are insolent and should be required to take several customer service classes as they are all lacking the skills needed to serve the public. I have visited several times each with a different clerk and they all posses the same characteristic, a disdain for paying customers. After the clerk saw the price on the shelf was lower than what rang up, she told me "I can't change that". In what world would someone pay higher than what's listed. I will continue to shop the Stockbridge location because they are always at the top of their game. Move them to the new store!

Dollar General has most of what I need for quick shopping. They even had different brands of TOILET PAPER today. Except what I hate is these rude clerks that work at these types of businesses. Won't greet you, say thank you or you're welcome, acting like he was doing a favor for me by ringing up my stuff, because of course he had somewhere better to be and something more exciting to do. Store employee attitudes definitely help my decision as to whether I patronize a business. That's why I rated at 3 stars.

Unfortunately this place has nothing to rave about!. They have no baking soda no carpet deodorizer no hand soap etc shelves are on empty.you can get a gift card birthday card but essential stuff i don't think so. I gotta keep it moving.

I'm from out of town and was surprised at the size of the store. They're not that big at home. The store was very clean. The young man working was polite and helpful. His customer service was outstanding.

The best Dollar General around. Always clean and mostly fully stocked. Cashiers are always fast and friendly. This should be the blueprint for all the stores.

I just moved to the neighborhood and, the store was very clean, i could find everything I was looking for and the associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. This may be my new go-to store!

The cashiers are always complaining while assisting customers, why ??Complaining about pay, and how many customers are in line...Customer service is definitely not at this location...They need to pay more attention to customers and not on gossiping...Smh...
