A good size store that is very clean and well stocked.They have a friendly and professional staff working here.🍔 There's the usual PFJ food along with a Denny's inside for food choices and of course they have my favorite bean to cup coffee ☕!🚻 The drivers restroom is clean which is always nice. Also there's a decent size laundry room right across from the drivers lounge.🅿️ The truck parking lot is a good size and for the most part it's easy to maneuver around.

This is one of the better Pilot/Flying J s! This is well maintained! All the fuel pumps are working and are clean. The Denny's is still open serving great food. The inside of the store is clean and well stocked. I'll remember this store and stop here again!

Disgusting!!!-If your hungry, thirsty or need a shower? Do NOT stop here:/Fountain machines are still out of order! Only had a bit of pizza, no other hot “on the go” foods. The hall floors leading to showers need cleaning & garbage cans all full.The showers are super small but look clean at first sight walking in,but once your inside & actually look around? Just disgusting! You can see in the piks the back & sides of toilet!!! Literally DISGUSTING!!! Mold in shower tiles! Broken fixtures in shower & OMG the temp of the water? There’s one temperature-warm! My husband is a truck driver so we see these places daily. The store itself was ok,not good or great but ok & the staff was very nice! They have the new self checkout but it just backed people up honestly. You managers got to get that place cleaned up!

Stay away from here, dishonest as hell. I was Amazed at the price of grizzley wintergreen. $3.42 a tin as marked on the shelf... until I purchased 1 and it rang out at $5.92. The manager seemed helpful at first, and said that it may be if you buy atleast 2, so I asked for 4, it knocked 50 cents off each. $5.42... then I had to sign up for rewards, no discount. Said he couldn't do anything to honor the price as marked on his shelf. I walked out to my truck to get my camera phone just to take a picture of the price. He removed the price tag, and pulled the rest from the shelf and called me a liar.Here is the kicker that corporate needs to know. My wife also was in there to grab 2 packs of smokes... THEY HAD WYOMING TAX STAMPS ON THEM!!!If this station will screw me out of $5-6 bucks on chew, and sell my wife cigarettes stamped out of state, screwing Georgia out of tax revenue. What will they do to you on gallons of diesel or everything else? 🤔 maybe 0.98 gallons per 1 gallon at the pump? I don't know. They permanently lost me as a customer. I hope this is not a system wide problem for them, and it was only this one bad apple.

Can only use self checkout very limited food options thank goodness there is a Dennys. No hot water for showers( been here for 2days and no hot water either day). Showers are extremely small. Just not a great place to be stuck for more then a 10hr break. For the pictures I was up against the door trying to take these.

Flying J, Pilot stores and refresh locations have proven to be consistent with polite, very hard working accommodating, polite staff. All of these seem to uphold a very high standard of quality and satisfaction for customers.

This station has nice Diesel fuel pumps for regular trucks with a nice convenient pull through design. It Also has a few camper / RV parking spots, but they are way too narrow to fit side by side come to find out.The store has a good selection and the bathrooms where clean, but small.

Each time I stop here I am reminded of how happy I am to be getting closer to cutting all business with Pilot. This Flying J used to be my favorite and I would stop on my way home or on my way out. Granite part of the blame goes to my fellow drivers who have basically turned this place into the human waste landfill it has become. This place is absolutely disgusting and I'm actually surprised health department hasn't shut the place down. All tables in restaurant and drivers area is filthy and sticky, as you walk thru the place your shoes stick to the floor, bathrooms need demolished and start over since they don't look like they've been cleaned in years. Crew is the best part of this place but management reflects what management should not be but hey look at who their bosses are in Knoxville Corporate office. Do yourself a favor and just got to a different travel center, you will stay healthier forsure!

Has propane for RVs. Came to the Pilot J not too far from here. Didn't have propane and they recommended we come here.Laundry facilities. 3 washers and 6 dryers. Use the app for easy use of the washer & dryer. Love this feature!! Not as clean as I have hoped but gets the job done.The waiting area is clean and people can easily social distance.

This Flying J is extremely big parking lots now you got to be very alert meaning that even though it's a big parking lot it's going to be full at midnight inside it's really nice doesn't have all of the things I'm most of them have but it's okay there's a Denny's restaurant with a good good service it has a lot of shower so it's a good place to come here and not have any delays I do recommend this place for a long stop. Good amount of diesel pumps with gas pumps as well.

Trucker beware at this location Its dirty and nasty. I wish I hadn't spent 350.00 on fuel here. No hot food. I wasn't plan on eating here anyway. Because just walk in I lost my appetite. Fuel pump had no paper towels and no soap to clean my windows. Next time I will be stop by Love's truck stop.

This location was horrible I hate to admit because I use pilot/flying j exclusively. The common areas were dirty, the floors looked liked the hadn't been mopped in days. The shower I had was disgusting (photos attached) shower 11. The counter staff customer service skills were mediocre at best. The customer bathrooms for some reason at 3am were not clean & were quite gross. The breakfast biscuits this morning were old probably a day old. The lady at the counter said they were fresh but clearly weren't so I got a refund. This location is definitely overdue for renovation & some staff changes.

Always open. Flying J is the Walmart for Truckers. They have a lot of goods and services. Showers and restrooms are clean and food is available all times of the day.

Just like most pilots and flying J’s decent parking, showers, restaurant. Only thing is the food at the counter was pretty scarce. When I arrived the barely had anything made. As I was checking out then they brought out more food but not a lot at all. Also they should have food 24/7. It seems like after around 10pm they put the food away until the morning when breakfast comes out. Not good for the night drivers who want to grab something to eat and go.

The clerks and managers are helpful there. I am just returning to driving after two years. Everything has been upgraded. They want customers to checkout at the self checkout. However, I’ve noticed most customers want to be rung up at the counter. The girl with the dark brunette hair is not friendly. She has a mean and hateful spirit. She doesn’t want to be bothered with customers who looks like me. That’s why I gave the store 3 instead of 5 stars.

Place is nice and clean. Large parking lot. But is near full around 6pm. Showers have plenty of hot water with good pressure. Stall is plenty big. But the sink area is a little small. I could see were the bigger guys might have a problem with it. But it was clean in the shower room and even the fan covers were clean. Maybe someone does read these reviews.

I guess pilot flying j is leading the race to the bottom for poor service and facilities. Fuel islands are cleaner than average, but still lots of old spilled fuel, guess pressure washing no longer done anywhere. Assigned shower 13, pictures enclosed, shower head leaks in several places, one of which soaked my towel, hanging in hook outside shower door. The sink has no aerator on it, causing water to leak onto counter soaking my stuff. And the most telling item of how much effort management puts in, hanging on door, announcing shower power, buy 500 gallons, get free shower a day for next month. Only problem is it's been 1000 gallons for over a year, which means no manager has looked over these showers in OVER A YEAR.Also, has a game room, that you can smoke in, only problem is drivers lounge is stinking of cigarettes, I shouldn't have to breath second hand smoke.But pilot / flying j REALLY CARES , YA RIGHT

Dennys was awesome! Food was fresh and my server was on top of everything. Overall very clean store . but i have 2 complaints. Pics I have included is complaint 1. That child seat needs to be fixed or taken out completely. And those cabinets need to be able to close securely as it isnt just truckers that visit this store. Children can easily get in there. And number 2 is to the fellow truckers...if you are too scared to back here go down the road. Waffle house has abundant parking! No need to crowd the already cramped entrance !
