This is a small-town veterinary clinic. I fell in love with them instantly. Pretty much got a quick appointment and was greeted by friendly staff. I, unfortunately, do not have a regular schedule, and I try and get my cat's nails clipped when needed. I always call with short notice, but I always get an appointment that fits my schedule. Very clean inside and friendly folks. Google wants me to update this, and nothing has changed. Still love the staff. Wife and I took our pet to the vet here. She was friendly. We paid our bill and left happy. After about a week my wife received a text saying we owed 40 or so dollars for a test they didn’t charge for after the initial visit. The person on the message told my wife that we needed to pay the bill by the following Wednesday or we would have to pay an over the phone deposit before every visit. This is unacceptable. Sounds very fishy to me that they have to have payment for something that next time week. Most businesses give you 30 days. Not one week to pay a bill. We have a vet in Vidalia we use regularly and only used this vet because our normal vet was out of office with a large animal emergency. It’s a shame, I heard great things about the vet. It’s a shame that her business manager or collections person is aggressively running away business.

I am on a fixed income took in several animals that have been dropped off on side of road 6 puppies less than 6 weeks old 4 kittens showed up at my home called animal control they couldn’t do anything because they were not aggressive. 2 cats sneezing watery eyes just needed help little advice was on hold 6 min after told what was going on. Would not help hung up on me. Sad when poor animals are on their own and it’s all about the almighty dollar this place is no good lady was very rude uncaring

Great service, great people and they really care about your furry family member. The vet and staff came to front and spoke to me and explained everything to me after my dogs surgery. 🐕

Great vet. Understanding and compassionate. Makes u feel at ease with decisions u have to take to make your kitty or dog behave better. Don't be that mush and follow her advice. She and her staff are the best.

Incredible staff members and a doctor who clearly cares about animals. Not only are they kind to me and thorough in their explanations, but they know how to put my anxious pups at ease (which is quite the feat!). I highly recommend this clinic above all others.

Best service around! The Doctor and ALL the staff are amazing! I have 3 large dogs. They get right down on their level and talked to them and me! Great experience every time! I had an emergency and they were beyond amazing! Highly recommend!

She is excellent, I carried my dog with a torn ACL, she explained and showed what happened to her joint, went with shot and pill. I highly recommend her.
