It always appears to be in disarray! This time, I walked in and was extremely nervous because I walked in and it was VERY dark inside & there was a strange looking man just sitting in the back of his truck on the parking lot positioned close to the front door. I thought I had walked into a robbery at first!!! Then, once I got 1 or 2 quick items, I stood at the register for 2 or 3 minutes calling/yelling and asking, "Is there anyone working the front end!" I heard coins out of the area that appeared to be the office, yet no one emerged. I decided to PRETEND to leave without paying (I left my cell near the register so I could show that I was coming back & not truly tryingto steal) figuring THAT would get someone to come out & it finally did.😆 Yet it's a shame that one must pretend to steal to get service.😕

This store is an absolute disaster. There are boxes of products EVERYWHERE that have been sitting in the isles for MONTHS. There are areas where you can't even get to the shelves due to boxes and loose items piled up and in the way. Ridiculous!

This store is typically very messy and sometimes even dirty. They don't typically have more than one or two staff members on the floor at any given time, so don't expect a ton of help. Corporate or management should consider that saving money by having less staff is inevitably going to hurt the bottom line, because I would only go to this location if I absolutely had to. Employees would likely stick around longer as well if they were actually supported.

This is by far the nicest, cleanest, most organized, best staffed and well managed Dollar Tree that I've EVER been to...and trust me, I've been to a great many of them! The store and the experience was the highlight of my week! Prices have just gone up to $1.25 per item in the Dollar Tree stores but it's still a great value and still well worth the trip! They offer a wide variety of products that I've never seen in other Dollar Tree stores and a lot of it are things that I'd never expect to pay only $1.25 for. The employees were very helpful and kind and the store was immaculately clean and very functionally organized! I'd recommend any and everyone to take a trip down to Reidsville, Ga and check this store out! You'll thank me for it later!

Some employees here are very rude and unprofessional. One of the stockers seems to be a junky yet has the audacity to snicker and harrass customers because he hates his job .

It is a great store . The workers are very nice and polite. They will help and assist you with anything they can they also keep a very clean and well stocked store unlike some of the other branches of stores associated with this one. I’m lucky to have such a nice one in walking distance

Loved their craft isle. They have a great variety of glass too. I'm only giving it 4 stars because they had alot of new goods to put up but it made it difficult to get around.

I love to shop at Dollar tree, the people who work there are always very helpful and kind, and Dollar tree also has very low prices they have everything I want every time I shop there I leave out happy with a smile on my face knowing I can go in fill up my cart and walk out a happy man is what I look for

This is a great place when you don't have a lot of money, I enjoyed very much shopping there, cashier was very friendly, and everything was just a dollar for real 👍 I will definitely be back!

DO NOT SHOP HERE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE. I called up there a day before asking to speak to the manager for a job and she told me to call up there the next day and when I did the so called “manager” has the audacity to have an attitude for no reason being extremely rude and she needs to lose her job 😐
