I had no problems finding what I needed. The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checking out took longer than it should have though. Most people in line did not have many items yet the line moved very slowly. The cashier called for assistance and another employee was very quick to respond and to assist waiting customers. She had her register open and the line moving very quickly. The original cashier was friendly but not very attentive or helpful. She was more involved in trying to have a conversation with the other cashier than with keeping the line moving and helping customers. My list was short and my items were easy to find. I would have been out of the store 10 minutes after I went in but the cashier had me in the store for 20 minutes instead.

Store has OSHA hazards every exit....unkept on merchandise , just about most aisles had stock on floor, overhead merchandise was still in boxes and not on sales shelves for customers, also overhead merchandise was is too heavy/big or long and bulky for take down of one person, keeping store neat, clean and presentable is not in this stores minds, just closing up and going home is how it was represented by staff as well as attitudes were not the best and reflected towards customers.....this store needs help from staff that cares about their store, once it represented well with merchandise/ pricing and stock on shelves ( not overhead) and no clutter in the aisles. Attitudes need adjustment from staff so the customers know that you really care ....not attitude of it's a paycheck.....

The store is a mess. If your handicapped don't even bother entering this store u will get hurt. Aisles are not wide enough not only that but stock is everywhere on L-carts. Only one cashier on front and the store seem to always run out of bags. What could be a 5min trip turns into a 20-30 min wait just to check out.

I love dollar general for the quick pick up of the household needs when I'm in a hurry to get in and out! They usually have the best deals on paper products, cleaners, laundry soup and all the personal care products.

In line now. 8 ahead of me. 1 register open. Like this every day. Store is an absolute mess. Stock scattered everywhere. No organization. Store is dirty. This is ridiculous. Where are the district managers? Somebody needs to do something. Send secret shoppers.

What I like about Dollar General is that it stays open longer than our grocery store and it has pretty much what they have..now what I don't like about Dollar General is the store is cluttered and the check out lines are LONG...I'm just thankful we have one.

I love Dollare General, but they need cashiers, and stickers! Quit working folks for that lil bit of money! They are the reason for your business! Y'all got enough money to keep that store stock just here stockers, and keep y'all cashiers at the registers!

Love the store and the prices but if you are looking to get in and get out quick, this is not the place. There is always one register open and a pile of people in line. To pick up 1 item, it will take you at least 10-15 minutes.

I usually always love it for the prices and varieties. However, yesterday and today a new cashier, a young man, was very, very, very, patient with me and my two children who couldn't make up their minds about which pair of earphones they wanted behind the counter! All the while, we had a line full of people behind us & I was so embarrassed to be holding up all these people. But he seemed to have kept his cool and acted as if we were the only people in the store at the time and took care of us before worrying about anyone else!!! He looks to be n early 20's, VERY SWEET & Handsome with blonde hair... Had to describe him, bc I don't know his name! I must say tho, his personality alone...Would make him hireable anywhere!!! Thank u, SOOOOOOO VERY MUCH to the man I speak of! Sincerely, Kimberly Christian Sapp!!!

remodel looks great. checkout can be a little slow though.. sometimes employees move in a nonchalant manner but overall, the selection is great and prices are decent

Their milk is so friggin expensive its ridiculous. And they dont have price labels on over half of their items, making it hard to shop.

Totally NOT happy at the moment by some woman working the register and if i can ever find a way to reach CORPORATE mgmt.i will fill an ear. i WILL NOT be accused of lying/stealing by ANY store representative like that. Let alone smeared to the next customer in line while i stodd right there...how shameful!

Very well stocked, lines were little long but I believe that was just the time I got there. They moved us along well enough.

The one in Reidsville I don't know how too do the on line thing with the coupons I ask one employe how to do it she said she couldn't touch my phone so did she,help me no she did say come,when I down load my coupon & she would give,me my charger back cause I had to pay full price. Now that's wrong so if you don't,have a phone r a,computer u just ( SOL) out of luck.. But I did go back the,next I had down the coupo to my phone but I still couldn't use it because it was not going some,where, so again a other employee could noot help me. So again I had,to pay full price. So will I be going back to that storeHELL NO.

I their employees are great and friendly and the storage right in the manager's awesome they had one one employee there that was not good but they had let him go and that was the best thing I did for that store.

Good place to grab something quick. Count your change because guy that worked there shorted me $5.00 and had to call the manger to open the registry to give me the correct change.

Sometimes the isle's are hard to manage due to the products not being put up in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the place is clean just a little cluttered sometimes.😊😊

The store always has merchandise sitting in the buggies in the isles and there is always a long line. Its very understaffed and under stocked.

Everytime I go in there, they are out of things.. always..and sometimes there is stuff packed in the isle u can't get through...I don't waste my time... sorry

Isles are cluttered with boxes and unattended stocking carts and most of the time you have to wait on cashier's to return to the checkout area. !
