Ace is the place w/ the helpful hardware folk's and to make it better, if it ain't broke don't fix it. There there's a wide verity of tool's and equipment w/supplies to help you get started & or finish up your work projects and building of sorts. I find it to be the go to for me.

It's a small Ace with personal service. Like a lot of people, would love see an expansion here that includes a larger garden center but also understand the economy of our area

Large selection and knowledgeable staff. They had my parts in stock at a reasonable rate. Much better service than a big box store!.They now carry a variety of Hunter Cattle Farms rubs and seasonings for smoking/grilling !

Every time I go to Ace Hardware, at least one employee will stop and ask if I need help. They always take time to help me find whatever I’m looking for. It’s always been a pleasant experience visiting the store. I read some negative reviews pertaining to nasty attitudes and I agree that a bad attitude will ruin a business. I don’t want to do business somewhere if I’m treated poorly but so far, I have always been treated with kindness and respect in Ace Hardware.

Today I went to Ace Hardware in Reidsville Georgia and I was granted so much professional help. Although it is very hard to find help in a hardware store these days this particular visit as a woman I felt like I was the only customer in the store I was getting help left and right I was very pleased with the service that I received and they delivered my wood because I was ready to rent a U-Haul truck to bring my wood here to the house because I have a small car but here comes by Angel and says I will just bring it to you. I was like wow really so I was able to buy everything I needed which total just about $400 to begin making my brand new table for my kitchen thank you guys at Ace Hardware you guys are the best and you guys rock totally!

Had everything I needed however when it comes to patience one of the employees that works in Reidsville has none. Just got off work and normally have no time to do much of anything. Needed to pick up some supplies, I got it but the cashier who seemed cool at first got a nasty attitude with me because I guess I was a little slow for him. I'm sorry I'm tired sir. I work 12+hr shifts feeding your family. To whomever that was, Go F*** yourself.

I love this Ace Hardware in Reidsville, GA. They always have what you need. They always greet you and will help with with anything. You can get lumber and building supplies delivered or just a key made. They have a garden center. They sell cute Georgia boots! They have lots of stuff ladies like besides flowers and plants! The store is always clean. Stocked and well organized!

So many nasty attitudes in here! Wish there was a closer hardware store. Sometimes they accept the rewards program and sometimes they don’t. I guess it just depends on the day. It’s really a shame they’re always so grumpy when we go in. They usually have what I need but I try to avoid going here.

After the local Lowe's dropped the ball on my order for a job and left me with 4 men sitting idol on a job site, Elliott and Logan were able to fill my order and have materials on site in short order. Basically they saved me hundreds of dollars by having high business ethics. That's why I use Ace Hardware of Reidsville for almost all materials on jobs I do.
