Bernadette has been our one and only groomer for our now 10 month old goldendoodle Evalynn. From the beginning Bernadette has loved and cared for Evalynn as her own. She always gives us tips on training and does a fantastic job at grooming and making her feel comfortable. Evalynn always comes in with a wagging tail ready to be groomed. I’ll recommend Bernadette again and again !!

My afghan hound, Margot, is a frequent visitor to Bernadette in Pooler. She does an amazing job with my dog’s long hair even though my diva dog is not a fan of baths. Since the second time I brought Margot in, she will easily go with Bernadette… I couldn’t be happier with the service we receive! Margot & I highly recommend Bernadette!!!

My experience with Bernadette at the Pooler Wolfgang Grooming Salon was extremely positive – she is very friendly, knowledgeable, and loves animals! My dogs bath and trim were just as I had wanted. I have a bernedoodle with high anxiety around people he does not know. Bernadette went very slow with him and was very kind and gentle. My dogs looked wonderful!

Bernadette at Wolfgang in Pooler did an amazing job with our dog Peppa. He suffers with anxiety and she was so patient and kind to us and our dog. He looked amazing when we picked him up. You must go see Bernadette if your dog suffers with anxiety at the groomer.

Made the mistake of giving this place another try as it is close to my home in Westbrook, only to be further disappointed. Dropped off my dog just before his 1 PM appointment. Called just after 3:30 PM as I had not heard anything and was told he would be ready in 20 minutes. Picked him up, paid the bill and once at my car noticed what an awful job was done on his haircut. Went back to show the person at the counter. Was told the Groomers had gone home for the day but that I can come back tomorrow for someone to fix him lol! If I wanted such a poor cut I could have saved the money, time and hassle and handled it myself. Now I am to waste more of my time because of poor service that I have already paid for. Please just issue me a refund and let’s be finished with each other. I am happy to take and post photos if that would help you.

My husband brought my sweet girl, Bristol, to get her hair cut yesterday. Ten minutes into her session, he got called into work, and seeing as I was already at work right next door to them, they let her stay until they closed at 6, then walked her over to me! She is a Boykin Spaniel, which are absolutely beautiful dogs to begin with! But the way they cut her hair just made her SO GORGEOUS! They cleaned her ears, they bathed her, trimmed her nails, sprayed her with some wonderful smelling spritz…and the cherry on top? They put the prettiest bow on her collar, then they painted her toe nails my favorite color, purple! Every single person in this place is just so sweet and kind! They really care about your dog, and making you and your dog feel good and comfortable! As long as this place is open, it will now be the ONLY place my five dogs get their baths/haircuts at!!

We really love Woof Gang. We have rescue dogs and they often are timid, especially at the groomers. It is hard to find groomers that are kind and patient. My dogs get excited to see staff and the grooming experience is positive for both of the dogs. The staff makes the whole experience comforting. We previously used the Starland location, now that we live close to Pooler we are so glad to see Woof Gang has a location here as well. I also appreciate how easy it is to book appointments and the appointment reminders the staff sends out via text.

Richie went above and beyond what was required or requested of him by staying over to schedule a much needed grooming appointment for my fur baby. Every time I’ve visited the shop or communicated with him over the phone, he’s provided outstanding customer service. He deserves a huge raise, for he is truly an asset to Wolf gang bakery.

We had a wonderful experience with Allison, groomer at Wolf Gang in Pooler yesterday! We have a 120 lb giant breed Newfoundland dog who has difficulty walking as he is still recovering from surgery on both hips. Allison was so patient with him & did a great job grooming him. I would definitely recommend her as a fantastic dog groomer! Thank you Allison!!

I never write reviews but I felt the need to after my horrible experience. After my go-to groomer moved out of state, I've been looking for new groomer for my golden retriever and decided to give Woof Gang Bakery in Pooler a try. I made an appointment for a full groom and the appointment was for November 7th which was about a month or more out. When the time came and I arrived for my appointment, the girl behind the computer said that somebody made a mistake with scheduling and that they wouldn't be able to see my dog that day. Although I was understandably frustrated, I stood there while she looked through the computer to find another day that I could come in for an appointment. She finally said she wouldn't be able to get him in until November 30th, which was over 3 weeks away. Keep in mind that I was a brand new customer and this was my very first experience with Woof Gang Bakery. I explained to her that I made this appointment over a month out and even received the reminder texts a few days prior and that she should be able to somehow accommodate me. She basically just shrugged and said sorry but the next appointment wouldn't be until over 3 weeks away. I told her to just forget it and I walked out. I'm glad I drove all the way out from Richmond Hill with my dog for an appointment I made a month prior just to put my dog back in the car and drive back home. I sat in the car and made an appointment with PetSmart down the street and they were able to get me an appointment 2 days later. I will NEVER step foot in a Woof Gang Bakery again.

Unpleasant place, they offered me a grooming service for my pet for $55 dollars, but when they were entering the service, the woman told me that it was worth $70. I feel robbed by the hairdresser and there was no manager in charge. Be careful, they are abusers.

Cannot say enough good things. I have tried, time and again, to cut or grind my dogs nails myself. She won't have it. I bring her here, the prices are amazing, the staff is awesome, it takes like ten minutes, and we're out the door. The selection of treats is amazing. It's all I can do to get my dog out the door without grabbing things as we walk through.

Such a great experience, start to finish! The girls at the front desk are amazing and friendly, store is super clean and organized, & the grooming services are affordable and fantastic! I brought my mini schnauzer in for her holiday trim with Allison, and she did a phenomenal job. She listened to my concerns, asked specific and relevant questions about what exactly i wanted done, and took such great care of my baby! Sophie is usually very nervous & shy in new places, but when I came back to pick her up, she was running around, playing with the other dogs! 5 stars for sure, I will be back!

When checking in, was told I would save money with the spa package, I said ok. It was quoted at $70. When I picked up my Toy Poodle I was told that the price just went up for the Poodle breed. That the charge was $110. I went in circles with the groomer and cashier at front counter a few minutes and got no where!! My dogs cut was not like I asked, she was not trimmed around her eyes, it looked the same. Later I called a different Woof Gang Store and ask if there was a special price for the poodle breed and was told that there was not! I was very dissatisfied with this service at Woof Gang Groomers in Pooler, Ga.
