Came in to get lunch from the deli. They had these spicy and sweet tenders. They were great! Wish I could have paired it with a salad or raw veggies, though. Maybe they can offer salads at the deli as a side option. Otherwise, the young lady who served me was very kind and helpful. It was very generous portions. Served as my lunch and afternoon snack. I will be back.

I wish I could say nice things about this hot bar & sandwich counter but I can't. I've visited twice in the last 5 days to get food only to be told that my food couldn't be made. The first time it couldn't be made because they only had one chicken tender left and the lady who frys the tenders was on break and it would be a 45 minute wait. So you mean to tell me that out of all of the employees in this store only ONE person is the gatekeeper to frying chicken tenders?I stopped by today to get some popcorn chicken at 545 pm & the hot bar was pretty much empty. I asked for some popcorn chicken & guess what they told me, I had to wait 45 minutes again. This time the employee said she had other things to do. I asked for a manager & the manager said that there were only two fryers & one had burnt grease in it & the other had chicken tenders in it. It seems like it's poor management because there is a no way that a fryer should need or have to be cleaned in the middle of a shift especially at dinner time!Do better.

You can almost always count on an AMAZING shopping g experience at Publix! I was even more surprised this visit the manager Shawna not only bagged my groceries but walked them out and had a conversation all the way to the car! I’m 38 years old and have never been more pleased with a quick stop to the grocery store!!

Some people think they own this store, and minorities shouldn't be in there except to work there. The disgusting stares are awful. Great store though and nice selection.

Thank you to the bakery/cake decorator that made the most beautiful cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday! It was magical and delicious and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! They matched the picture I brought in perfectly!

I like it that they have a good quality fresh chicken liver that I use to make my dog's food. I thought I'd try a new oatmeal creamer as it was "on sale". However, when I went up to the register it rang up at full price. They got the manager which they could have just given me the 99 cents off on each. After I walked back there and showed her the sign that said they were on sale she continued to argue that they really were not on sale and that they were full price and I understood that they left a sign but she continued to argue with me which really left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience. Not one time did she apologize or take responsibility for them incorrectly being posted on sale. I couldn't believe it. I've never had an experience like that at Harris Teeter.

i don’t instacart part time here at this location sometimes as their customer service is horrendous especially within the deli people. I don’t see why it’s the deli workers concern about an order that i am doing not only were they rude and asking me “idk how we could confirm the order when the computer isn’t working on our so let me just figure out how we can even know about your order. i informed the customer about what happened that their order was not ready due to their system being down and tell me why your deli worker felt the need to tell the customer “our system is down but i told your shopper they can get in line and order it for you but she was in such a hurry she didn’t wanna wait” now i would like to know how and why that is any of their business when it was a fault on their end because at the beginning of my shopping i went asked was informed it wasn’t ready just yet to come back once i was done shopping and when i come back they want to say the system is down where is that an invitation for the workers to speak poorly on people that are actually working to help not be malicious. ontop of it they cost me the tip the customer put in as they got mad and went off rudely to me upon delivery.

!Very upsetting! Publix slogan says “where shopping is a pleasure” for me personally it wasn't a pleasure at all, not once but 2 times when I went to shop at the Publix at 101 blue moon crossing, Pooler GA 31322. last week Saturday October 28th, 2023, I went to buy a loaf of bread and asked the cashier about a discount it had, the cashier ended up speaking to another employee by the name of Yanit who was very rude and unpolite she turned around and said she wasn't going to speak to me. I told her I was going to speak to a supervisor about her poor customer service and her response was that she didn't care. So, I spoke to the supervisor and explained everything about the situation with his employee Yanit, he apologized and said he was going to speak to her.I went back on November 4th, 2023, to shop and when I was leaving I ran into this same employee Yanit, she approached me, yelled at me and told me that I was a ridiculous and stupid Hispanic person. She even said that I should go again and speak to a supervisor with her very unprofessional attitude.I went and spoke now to the store manager Raynor Saleen. These are the kind of employees that don't make you want to go back and shop at the Publix store and rather look for other choices.

Terrible customer service. Ordered delivery, and the driver from Instacart tried to deliver to the wrong city. Called the store, customer service laughed at me and said it was on Instacart. They used to have good customer service.

I really like going to Publix in Blue Moon Crossing Pooler because it is always clean, organized and I can always find what I need. Now there is a cashier named Deanna who has no courtesy, you greet her and she doesn't greet you, you talk to her and she doesn't say anything, she is very serious/ grumpy, that’s is not professional, she is not friendly at all and it is not customer service, I don't know why they have her working as a cashier

Prices can be a little up there,,but if you actually want to feel like they are trying to make your shop a nice event in the day of boring things to do,,this is the place! People are great! 1 little thing though,,yall never have plain wings available when I come! Always the hot and spicy,,bummer! Love the subs and the bakery dept will ensure you are never able to stick to your good intentions of no sweets!! So much good stuff!!!😁
