I stopped in here with my mama while road tripping from CO to GA! LOVED THIS PLACE! I wish I could take the whole place back home with me! We got two beautiful succulants to take back with us to Colorado and they have been doing great so far 🙌 everything is so green and beautiful! The plants are so healthy and HUGE! We also got some delicious salsa, apricot jam, raw honey comb and MY FAVORITE BOILED PEANUTS!!! idk what they did but they were to die for! Absolutely love this place and can't wait to go back! Wishing I could have there boiled peanuts right now back in colorado!! Until next time polks! Thank you what a great surprise off the highway for amazing snacks and great conversation! WE WILL BE BACK :)

Excellent customer service. Had a great variety of products and all at good price too. They accept cash and card in case anyone was wondering. Offers a bunch of canned goodies, sweet treats, natural soaps, scented candles, fresh and frozen produce. I spent about $20 and it was money well spent. Check it out and support your locals!

I spent $34 on some vegetables 1 cucumber 1 grapefruit 1 orange 1 green tomato 1 avacado that went bad quickly a basket of strawberries n less than pound of okra n some black eye peas i felt it should be $24 at most. I been going for years but this time I felt over charged. I won't be going back. And the customer service was not that great. Workers seemed over worked n mad about it. A few summers ago I remember the location off of Skidway also not friendly. They seem tired of the business.

Seriously great service. We were looking for local produce closer than Savannah and using Polks delivery every week has been an absolute life saver. Very convenient plus great quality produce and other items! HIGHLY recommended!

A complete and utter gem! I am so grateful that a friend told me about this incredible store! Polk’s hasfresh local items at fantastic prices from nearby farmers and producers that truly care about their animals, crops and customers. I was really impressed with the selection and customer service- I found everything on my shopping list and Becky and Denise were exceedingly helpful. They were delighted to share information about each product with me and they informed me of some new items they expect to have this summer. Even though this was only my first visit but I already plan to be a regular.

The store is nice and they have good plants, however the food is overpriced. 4 dollars for three oranges, all of which had mold inside once opened. Seven dollars for a cookie.

I shop here often since moving into the area of August 2023. I really like this produce market. They are usually open Wednesdays through Saturdays. My shopping tends: I usually buy more vegetables than fruit like corn, Bell peppers tomatoes, onions and brussel sprouts. If I do buy fruit it's the seasonal blueberries, peaches, apples or persimmons. I also buy milk for my 4 year old son here. You can buy boiled peanuts, eggs, Amish butter, honey and many other things. Make sure to check out the freezers, I once bought whole chicken, sausages and soup from the freezer. We went as a family to pick out our pumpkins for Halloween recently. I can't wait to see what they bring out for Christmas time.

My dad brought us here as soon as we landed! I own a charcuterie business and was blown away by the variety of jams and canned veggies (so blown away that I ended up having to get another checked bag solely for my items from the market🤣🤣). I shouldn't give this secret away, but it's one of this hidden gems. This places is little from the outside, but has so much good stuff. Watermelons were amazing, all veggies are fresh and clean. Meats, jams, pound cakes, flowers, cheeses, goat soaps, eggs, dairy, etc... I didn't even make it to the back rooms yet. Thats today!

Not great for stroller/wheelchair access - even though I called ahead of time and asked. But hey, I figured… let’s make the best and ask them to please grab my 3 items for me if possible. ( support a local business) … only the lady who help me almost seemed disappointed and disgusted that the people at register asked her to help me. She was very short with me, rude , and rolled her eyes when coming out the door to see I was on the other side of the wall walking towards her. So I asked “ are you okay?” She replied with “yeah- just looking for you.”I simply replied with “ have a blessed day “ and headed to another store.Maybe she was having a bad day? Maybe she does not care for the shade of my skin? I’m not sure but either way customer service is everything. Needless to say, sadly , I will not be back and will not recommend. Even if I am traveling alone w/o a stroller.

Produce is good however I bought a bushel of peanuts that was 95 dollars and went to food lion and it was 52 dollars. I understand local market would be a little more I would much rather support our local businesses but when it’s 45 dollars more it makes it hard to do

An abundance of flowers or plants. A variety of fruits and vegetables too. Staff were all courteous and polite and helpful. Love the "gift shop", and the dreamcatchers, and homemade jam/jelly/preserves.

Awesome, friendly, and helpful staff! Always feel welcomed. Super fresh fruit. Great prices!!! Definitely my go to spot...oh, and they deliver too!!!*** UPDATE ***Still my go to spot! I don't buy fruit/veggies anywhere else, unless they do not have what I need at that time.Not to mention, their pound cakes are AMAZING!!! You could literally eat the entire thing in one sitting!!!All employees are sooooooo helpful and sweet.

Amber was so helpful and patient with me when I inquired about the elderberry and honey for my moms allergies. Very down to earth and sold me some good stuff for my mom. I appreciate her and this gem of a store I stumbled upon.

We stopped by after learning about this gem from a search for GA peaches. What a fun! We bought some delicious peaches, tomatoes, and corn. We also purchased a pound cake at the checkout counter! It too was fabulous, wish I had the recipe!!! We will be back, I'm still kicking myself for not buying the blackberries! They were beautiful. We will be back!!!

What a great find! New here to Savannah area. I uncovered this place. Lots of really nice options. The owner is super sweet. Amber was so cool and really fun… everyone helping me find things and Amber played with my little one. Picked up -Tomatoes, eggplant, string bean, potatoes, peaches all very tasty. Our new favorite place in Savannah 👍🏼

Lots of plants out front. Inside where the veggies, fruits and homemade jars of salsa etc are is very small. Not set up for good flow of people. Veggies fresh and tasty. Thought prices were average to slightly high. $1 per ear of corn. I got 2 ears of corn, 2 sm/med eggplants, 2 peaches, 1 bottle of soda, a prepared side dish of mashed potatoes that would feed about 4 people generously as a side. $28 total.

Great experience at Polk's! Friendly, helpful people and I paid a fair price for my fruit & vegetable plants. Small town service with good pricing, and I'm happy to do business with a locally owned business as opposed to a huge corporate conglomerate. I'll be back!

I been getting Polk box weekly delivery, but forgot to order this week. Very cute little store. Love all the plants outside. Next time going to bring my phone to know what each are. I found a banana tree, I been looking for one for years now. Love your company. Love your store.
