I didn’t go to this store to purchase anything.I was intrigued by the funny name.As far as the store goes, it is a low end, very overpriced.Don’t understand why people would want to buy anything from Piggly Wiggly 😂

Went in to use the coinstar.. waited 15 min for an associate at the customer service desk to cash my voucher. It was for $XX.99 and they gave me .99 cents. Any person with some thought would round up to the next dollar, not break open rolls of change to give back .99 cents. Just goes to show the kind pf people they have employed here. I will happily take my business to the other half dozen grocery store companies over a piggly wiggly.

How the heck this store stays in business is a mystery. The prices are ridiculously high and the entire store stinks. Food Lion, Publix, Walmart, Aldi, are all in the area and are clean and even more importantly affordable. So few people shop here for a good reasons.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Very dirty, mold all over the shelves and vents of refrigerated cases. The meat department has a really bad smell that actually made me gag. Staff was friendly. I will not be buying anything from here.

I called three times to find out if they had roasted whole chickens. I never got anyone to answer the phone call.. Someone picked up and then hung up, not even a HELLO, or may I help you .Dead air... WOW.. I took my business to FOOD LION .

Wow, most expensive store i ever been in. It was so bad, after putting about 8 items in my cart, I realized it was already over $40 and just left the cart and walked out. Nothing in the store is under $5. Do not shop here, I understand they may have to charge double to stay open but walmart, publix and food lion are all near. This place isnt needed.Notables:-1lb bag of lima beans(pw brand) =$6.79-frosted flakes reg size =$6.99-vanilla waffers (pw brand) =$4.99-gallon of milk (pw brand) =$4.79-2 cans of pork n beans = $3.00-box of hamburger helper =$2.79-chicken broth = $4.79-oreos reg size =$4.99

He’s serious about his job and takes customer service to such a high level. He is the epitome of what great customer service look like. You guys really have a gem on your team

Awesome I go there for the deli. Last time I was there I had to fried pork chops. Piggly Wiggly is an awesome place.

I came for double A batteries, but they were out.Generic peanut butter was almost $7 so I'll look elsewhere for that.

Prices are high everywhere but the looks of peoples faces going through the check out line.... well made me cry. Then my 4 things turned into 25$ i was like gor what!!!!!

Prices are in line with local competition. Plenty of staff. Bakery has general selection but no special items such as pretzel rolls. Deli is closed early evening. Clean!

My grand nieces and I solely went to purchase some cakes! OMG, the homemade half cakes like caramel, red velvet and carrot cake are so delicious looking. They’re $15.99 each and worth it. They also sell the regular cakes for $6.99 - $9.99 like sour cream pound cake, lemon, strawberry and Mississippi Mud cakes etc. I know Piggy Wiggly from Starkville, MS for having yummy cakes. I’m so glad they’re in Savannah, GA also! All the cakes are delicious! You won’t be disappointed! The cashiers and customers were all so nice to my little grand nieces who were dressed like bunny rabbits. I love the friendliness atmosphere! Thanks😊

Very uncomfortable shopping here. Manager, Hugh, was very inappropriate. Staring at me inappropriately and asking me very personal questions. Do not feel comfortable shopping here as a small woman and will not be coming back. Filed a corporate complaint as there are a bunch of young, small girls working in the store whom I’m sure he is inappropriate to as well.

Store sells products that expire the same day. Do not shop here. They only care about your money not your well being. At expired dressing that was purchased within an hour of use and have had non stop diarrhea. Management told me “all product’s technically expire when they leave the store”. It’s called customer service. Grow some balls and own your mistakes.

Not as good as they use to be, I get that it was the week of Thanksgiving but you would think they would be on top of their game! They are priced way to high for the products they sell when you can get them at other places at a better price. For a few things it's ok but for over all shopping go somewhere else! The layout isn't great hard to find some items and the over all appearance isn't that great.

I have never had anything bad to say about store.If you don't like shopping at Piggly Wiggly there is Walmart .Most people like home town stores ..There are 2 on highway 80.I like short commute and with Pooler growing leaps we have so much contested traffic.pooler Parkway is awful.

Nice local southern grocery store like a food Lyon or a ShopRite but little more pricey so I’ll go if they have any good sales and they have a decent selection of wines for a decent price have the three stars because of the prices are little crazy

I used to love going here. Not quite as cheap as Wally World, but cheaper than Publix. But now, what the heck happened? I understand inflation went up by 9% or whatever. How in the world does that equate to an 80% increase in food prices? No thanks. Guess its back to Wally World.

This Piggly Wiggly always have great prices on their merchandise. I just want to know, what has happened to your sell of NO SALT CHIPS? I cannot find them here anymore. Are they popular and sell out fast? Or are you trying to give me high blood pressure with all the salted chips!! Lol

I try to be supportive because my husband loves the Piggly Wiggly. Not too long ago I ran across some molded green meat in the meat department and today my husband came home with a strawberry bar cake, covered in a strawberry sauce and plenty of whipped creme- so pretty. When I cut into it, the "cake" was so old, stale and dry it had holes burrowing through it...that's how old it was. Another disappointment and I think I know why I don't shop here. Meat department and now the bakery........OMG! I'd rather pay more for quality. Sorry, but this is true!

Nice place general grocery store. Does Have a per plate meal during 10:30am to 4:30am be sure to check it out. Usually only 7.00 per plate.
