Normally, I would tell you that Lowe’s is a great place to shop. They generally have a good selection and reasonable customer service. Today however, is not one of those days. We ordered a barbecue grill and we ordered it assembled. That was all fine and good. They rolled it out to our car. The wheel was falling off. They still tried to get me to take it. Their explanation was well. We probably shouldn’t had to roll it out. Grills have wheels so that they can roll, to be told that the fault was having to bring it to the car after I paid for delivery was completely unacceptable.

Thanks to Pam and Chris for helping me complete my materials list for an electrical project. I had no clue on what the items were but with their assistance I was able to check off everything on the list and was confident that I got the correct items for the project. They both were very knowledgeable of their section and weren’t afraid to solicit help from someone else when they had questions about an item.

Walked out! This is the second time with no service whatsoever. First time buying (5) ceiling fans and this time a new lawn mower. After spending a few thousand dollars here, they won't get another penny!Got to check out no help on self scan. Waited while 10 employees ignored us. Also 3 ignored us while trying to load in the flat cart. Left the push mower in the buggy and walked out. Tired of these places having sucky service and spending my money there . I'll pay more somewhere else that appreciates their customers. Not one employee asked if we needed help! They weren't busy!

Not a good experience. Untrained employees who do not know the basics of store stock sending me to opposite ends of the store, to wrong locations. 4 employees did this including a manager. I asked the manager to walk with me and show me, since I had just been to the area she was sending me to. Midway there she threw a big fit and walked off. I finally found cement blocks (they are not in the garden section) and the cashier refused to ring them up and told me to use the self checkout. I ended up leaving the store and left the metal cart loaded with the blocks. I went to a different location Lowe's and was in and out the door in 10 minutes, and the cashier range it up, no problem. Pooler Lowe's is obviously successful with a certain type of consumer, but I definitely would not go there for building materials because the employees do not know what are building materials. My friend who does construction work said the Pooler Lowe's used to be a good store when it first opened, but it has really gone down hill. The employees seem like they would just as well be working at a BestBuy's as a Lowe's. It was really clueless, and I say that gently. The error is the dishonesty, and they send you to completely wrong location in the store and make no effort to get it right. I avoid the Pooler Lowe's.edit: Your immaturity in business leadership is highly evident in your reply when you answer me by telling me what, "you want." To answer your reply, You shall know them by their works. I prefer you do not insult me with a vacant programmed reply just like the numerous similar vacant replies you put on here to reports similar to mine. Customer service is not your priority. Hiring untrained employees and turning them loose on the public and allowing them to be vacant and dishonest just like you is your mode. You should be ashamed. You do not take care of business, you do not train your employees, you do not hold employees accountable to be honest, accurate, and direct and to seek answers when they do not know. I do not like being lied to by employees. I really do not like being misdirected and lied to by four employees in a row ending in a manager refusing to ring up my purchase so that I can go do my work. Maybe your leadership needs to spend less time enjoying themselves on the golf course. Why would I return to this messed up store after your vacant reply from "management?" Good Luck because you need it. Let me give you a hint, Work Ethic is a Good Thing. You should try it instead of dragging down the USA. I'm not going to give you anything. I have to earn my way. Do you think you are a charity and expect the public to give to you? You're really intent to mess over the public with your main office entitlement complex. You have it so backwards and you set a bad example for corporate governance.

I've got to commend Lowe's on keeping the bar high.I rarely go in one with a bad experience and this Lowe's is no exception.Most of the random projects I undertake for work, at home and for friends Lowe's is my go-to.I highly recommend this store.

Lowes has won me over again. Clean store, clean parking lot. Great selection of plants, and vegetables to grow. I went looking for a smoker and I left with a Pitboss Pro...20% off plus they assembled it free of charge. Overall a great experience.

Do not use Pooler Lowe’s for Kitchen backsplash… they damaged my drywall and said it was in the contract to not be responsible if they damage the walls. Absolutely deplorable!!!!… so disappointed

This is a good store if you go and get what you need, just don't order anything for them to pull and get ready for you it will take forever or in my case you may just have to go somewhere else to get what you need

They had what i wanted/needed in stock & at a lower price than Home Depot. Tub/Sink porcelain touch-up and Ceiling popcorn spray. Comparison shopping is a plus. Thanks Lowe's.

Went to this Lowe’s to grab the right flush mount light. They were sold out of the ones I wanted but I scored an upgrade for only 20 bucks more. These isles are more organized than the one on Abercorn. Only complaint I have is that they can’t give you the military discount if you have to check out yourself even if an assistant is there and can verify. She was still friendly though.

This lowes continues to disappoint time and time again, and yet, it's the closest store to me. I have literally ordered and paid for a washer and dryer, given a delivery date.....only to be told the day of the delivery (after the delivery window) that they don't even have the items in stock! Mind you, they took my money, scheduled my delivery for the next day! There are a small handful of staff that actually wants to help customers, the rest see you and bang a hard u-turn and run away. For the last week, I have been trying to get a question answered by the pro desk...which seems to never be staffed? I've been in the mid morning, mid afternoon and I've never seen anyone behind that counter that wasn't just running the register. If you ask those girls, they just say, "Oh I just work the register, not the pro desk."I cringe every time I walk in here, but Home Depot is on the wrong side of town and in a much busier area...come on Lowes, you can do better than this!.

It’s very disheartening to write a bad a review. I don’t enjoy doing so. We went to Lowe’s because we wanted to have work performed by a company that can back their product and work. We new if something was Incorrect they would make it right. Unfortunately I was very wrong about that judgment in company character. Had a door installed in December. Few days later I noticed the door was crooked and would not latch. I called and informed them that I could not lock my door. Took a week for someone to come back out. At that time all they did was drill an extra screw into the frame. I new that was not going to solve the issue. I was correct. Called back and informed them I still could not lock my door (this would be two week my home is unsecured) another contractor comes out and drills out the latch hole to creat more room for the latch. At that time the seal and brick molding were coming apart. The contractor inspected and informed me there was a manufacturing defect with the door frame and that a new door and frame would need to be ordered and installed again. I understood, something you can’t control so we ordered another door. Shortly after that the door started leaking on the inside of the house but unfortunately I just had to deal with this because the door and frame are made to order and takes three months. Three months later the contractor leaves me a voice stating the door is in and ready to schedule an appointment. I try calling him back but can never reach anyone. So I call the store. I then find out. No door was ever ordered. I asked to speak to the gym who I understand his name is Charlie. Throughly this whole 8 months process that I am still dealing with. I have never spoke with the GM. Either he is refusing to handle the situation at all, meaning refuses to perform his job, or his staff is refusing to let him know what’s going on. So the door was never ordered. This doesn’t make any sense because the contractor has been trying reach me to schedule an appointment so for some reason he thinks the door is actually at the store. So another door and frame must be ordered and that will take another three months. Six months a door is leaking water into my home. Six months the door frame is falling apart. Six months I can’t talk to the Store Manager. Now six months after initial installation the door has finally arrived. For real this time. It will take two weeks before they come out to install. Not a real priority to them. First time appointment attempt. Contractor no call no show. I waist one day of work. I call the store. Pointing out again I request to speak to Charlie the store manager. Again I am denied that conversation. I am told they changed the install date but no one informed me. Second appointment date. No call no show. Again I am told they changed it but did not inform me. Again a waisted day of and again denied to speak with store manager. Third appointment date. This time I tell them they should bring dry wall with them because it has been raining all week and I’m sure there is water damage behind the wall. Appointment was for 9am. Guess what? Yup no call no show. I call the store. I am told the appointment is for 2pm. (That is incorrect of corse but I took the day off so I will wait). 2pm and no one shows. I call the store. I am told the contractor just picked up the door and is on the way. I live 4 miles from the store no big deal. Then an hour later. No one shows. I call the corporate office. They tell me there is more in the system stating appointment is cancelled due to rain. Of corse I know it’s raining because water is coming through my door. Guess what?. Next day I’m at work and the contractor calls me and say he needs to do it today because the door is leaking. Of corse I know that already. So I leave work. Again loosing money. They start to work on the door and then act surprised. Call me over and say sir you have water damage. I asked them to refund me for door or repair damage. They said they would repair month later. They send a letter stating they will not. Door is still leaking

Doesn't matter what Lowes you go to, the employees think the customer works for them. Ask a question about a product in stock and they look at website NOT store inventory. I HATE Lowes.

Very helpful employees. Just bought a stove/oven and refrigerator from them. And a good place to send your husband to get him out of the house!8/23/23 got spray paint and pavers. Found what I wanted!12/7/23 needed pool chemicals. Quick in and out.

It seems like the front end cashiers are here to collect a paycheck.Shy or Shay however her name is spelled. Front end cashier at the self checkout.Was talking on her cell phone via hidden(through her hair band) air pod. Her conversation was rather personal as she was loud and clearly not paying attention to customers (reason she’s at work) to help and provide outstanding customer service. Seems that Shy or Shay forgot all that and wants to have personal calls while on the clock. I mean is Lowe’s failing these employees by not giving them a break or a meal time? Or are these employees that entitled?I can’t do that in my job, how can these employees do this?These employees are the face of the business, their professionalism is what drives us the consumer to return! I could easily go to Home Depot and get better service there.Do better Lowe’s!

A lot of the items you look for are posted in the incorrect aisle and become hard fine. When you then try to get help, they either don't respond to being called or take so long that you just move on and leave the items you need.

2 times in a row I went to the store to purchase an item that lists 47+ in stock. The first time I went, the item was put in the wrong section way up in the restocking area. The next time I came back 2 weeks later it still hadn’t been restocked. Each time it took over 35 minutes when it should have been an in and out trip. I found a manager who was actually willing to help, but I will take my business to Home Depot if this is going to be a regular experience.

Asked to have blinds cut. Simple ask right?? hours later no go. Blinds still sitting on the machine. Good luck trying to find any help here. Not my first bad experience here just the first time reviewing.

Pooler lowes. Do better with customer service! Attempted to buy wire. Could not get any help. They have the wire in a locked cage. Press help button and the intercom goes off for 5 minutes straight. No help. Go to service desk, they call for assistance. No help. Press button again. No help. Call store while standing in the store. No answer! Call store manager, no answer. 25 minutes of non sense. I Leave the store to head to Home Depot. As I'm walking out the door there are 4 employees standing around at customer service and 6 employees talking by the exit door.
