The office staff were very friendly and efficient. The vet (Dr. Nesbly? Not sure spelling, sorry ). we saw also was great and explained what they were recommending for my puppy (with reasonable prices, example: exam fee was $65, and medications <$20, but this can vary). All of the staff that interacted with my puppy were very nice to him and tried to make him as comfortable as possible.Lastly, the office was very clean and I really liked how you do the check-out process in the exam room (helpful if you have any anxious/reactive animals). I live in Hinesville, but will be driving an hour to this vet going forward because we loved the whole experience.4/5 starts only because I haven’t had any experience with the boarding area, so I can’t speak to that.

I have a Westie and he developed a huge lump on his neck that grew into the size of a golf ball over 3 days. I was looking for somewhere in Pooler to take him because it turned into an emergency and his normal vet is an hour away. I called here and explained everything and spoke to Casey, she said they could get him in on January 2nd. But she said she felt it needed to be seen right away due to the fact that it kept growing; she went out of her way to give me several different emergency vet numbers and I was able to find one to get my baby seen last night. We found out it was an abscess so thankfully we went ahead and got him treated. I just wanted to say this says a lot about Casey and this company they aren't worried about just making money they genuinely care about our babies! I would recommend them to any and everyone after this wonderful experience!! Thank you so much Casey for being such a wonderful person and going above and beyond!

This animal hospital is HORRIBLE. Every time I come here it’s always negative energy. The reception desk workers are very rude to customers, always have an attitude For no reason. My cat is sick, and the doctor said to JESSICA to call it in, She never called it in. Also, when I went over to the medication office the place was closed. She never thought to mention that the place was going to be closed at this time. All she did was give me disrespect. And rudeness. If you’re going to act like that get Another occupation. Horrible every single time.

This is an excellent animal hospital. This is the first vet I have seen in my life that gives animals pain meds after surgery. I have had several old pet children reach end of life here. He is the first vet that I have seen who eases our pet children off to pet heaven. This vet is the best. Their fee schedule is reasonable as well.

I love these vets! They truly care about the animals, not just the money. We drive more than an hr to them for all our pets, passing several vets on the way... the drive is totally worth it!

I highly recommend the Doctors and Staff at Godley Station Animal Hospital. They are kind, caring, and supportive. I know that I am emotional when it comes to my fur baby and they listen to my concerns and they do their best to help my little guy. If you are looking for a Vet for your fur baby, I would go to Godley Station Animal Hospital. I won't take mine to any other clinic.

Not a fan of the boarding. Originally scheduled to pick them up Monday, but prior to boarding, rescheduled pickup for Sunday, and the associate verified they would still get baths on Saturday before pickup. When I picked them up, no baths were giving because the change was not communicated even tho I verified on drop off. Then I was told my GSD got ahold of a clipboard and ate some paper, but they don’t believe he ate the staples… proceeded to tell me they think he has anxiety when I specified on scheduling and drop off that he had anxiety and nothing should be placed in the cage with him. Got my dogs back smelling like urine. First time trying this facility, and once was enough. I don’t recommend boarding here.

The staff at this office are most kind people I’ve ever encountered. We unfortunately had to put my cat down and we took her to this animal hospital. They treated us with the most respect and were kind during an extremely emotional time. The vet was compassionate and helped me understand that it was the right thing to do which gave me peace. I even got to hold her as she passed and the vet got down on our level rather than making her sit on a table. I will forever be grateful that I got to do that. The vet techs were so supportive and multiple of them came in to give me hugs and grieve with me. They even made me a framed picture with her fur, paw print, nose print, and name on it which I will cherish forever. The entire staff went above and beyond to make one of the worst days of my life a little bit easier.

Did a great job with my little Azula getting spayed. She is home back to her normal self. Such a friendly knowledgeable staff as well. I didn't catch the young ladies name up front that helped us get her processed in but she was very kind and very professional.

The Best Animal Hospital in the Savannah area!! Dr Howes has been our vet since we moved here in 2006 and has helped us through some difficult pet moments. He’s kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. His vet techs and front desk staff are always helpful and pleasant. It’s a busy place but they still manage to make time to listen and provide whatever help they can. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nounou my support cat did not deserve to die from overdose of Anesthesia.the bill was exactly equal to my deposit of $600.00 - it was not 300 or 800.I don't see the previous complain or review, I was planning to take off, but as they removed it, then I wrote it again.Noynou did not use the cat litter for 4 days, Zack gave him anesthesia for 13 lbs, ignoring the fact he was heavier due excessive urine and poops in his system, so he died from heart attack. in my opinion the lab test did not my cat description, and has some discrepancy in it.and this was the second time within 2 month to take him to this clinic for the same reason.NO HE DID NOT

Godley Station has the best Vets there that care a lot about your pets. Dr. Hiers left to open her own practice 😞😞. She always took good care of all our Golden's. We've been going there ever since they first opened. I just wish some of the girls behind the reception desk were more friendlier and didn't talk so fast.

I've been going to Godley Station Animal Hospital for over 15 years. I would not trust any other doctor with my pet than Dr Howes. Extremely knowledgeable and always honest.

Do not recommend !!! My dog has been going to them since he was about two-three months old. They were great at first, however the last couple of times have been off but I just thought they were having a bad day,well today I realized that they are just extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the lady doctor (Not sure of her name) She was so rude that I had to walk out of my appointment.(Next day -Update )Ms.Beverly the hospital’s manager spoke with me for nearly 30 minutes in the most professional way…she was really sweet and explained a lot of things to me…she seemed genuinely concerned about how the terrible visit made me feel and we both decided it could have been a misunderstanding on both parts

The best Vet. Techs & Veterinarian!! Took care of our puppy Sophie w/such love & care!!Dr. Zack Nesbit was OUTSTANDING!! Explained e.t. & extremely patient w/our high octane Dalmatian & Weimaraner mix! He gave us handouts, provided tons of education r/t to her food, allergies, & her skin regimen. Wow! Vet Tech also remained so calm around our crazy puppy too & passed on information about Sophie & their services provided there!! I was blown away!! Thank you so much❤️

Our vet in Atlanta recommended Dr. Michael Brown when we moved to Savannah. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and just plain nice. He let me ask all my questions and didn’t rush me through the appointment. I felt at ease with Dr. Brown looking after my pup, Nugget. His recommended course of treatment for my pup’s infection and tips/tricks for helping him to settle in to a new home worked out perfectly. I trust Dr. Brown with caring for my pup and will definitely go back to him if we need to. Despite looking apprehensive in the attached photo, Nugget warmed up to Dr. Brown quickly and didn’t want to leave. Thank you for taking such great care of Nugget and for putting me at ease with all of my concerns!

They are unfortunately not attentive with animals here. The communication with the pet owner while an animal is in boarding is an area they are lacking in. I would not recommend.

I used to give them 5 stars. The vets office is still good. The kennel however has gone way down hill. The last few times they haven't answered their phone or called back. Then I had to go in and make an appointment. This time though I couldn't go in. Called every day for a week and left 3 messages. Finally I get ahold of them and they're full. Now we have to scramble because the kennel can't check messages. If I could give a 2.5 to split the difference I would. The vets office is still good with great staff.Update when I did get my dog back she was sick and had picked up kennel cough.Update they now require dogs 10yrs and older to have an in person vet consult to board your dog. I've been going there for years and boarding her there her entire life.

Dr.Michael is a blessing from heaven and no I am not exaggerating. He and his staff also in the boarding facility have helped me and my l'il white (chiauau) through some trying times. i don't know what I would have done without Dr. Michael and his supportive staff.

They traumatized my cat.We had a very affectionate loving cat. After we took him to this place to get vaccinated a year back he does not want to be held anymore. We hoped he would get better . After a year we realized they damaged him permanently. It is too sad I can’t prove what exactly they did to him. The young assistant who also was rude and cold took him from me and I have no idea what they did to him behind those closed doors.

They kind of seem a little pricy because I'm cheap but the staff and doctors are so much nicer than the profit driven Port City Vet on Jimmy DeLoach. Much more relaxed environment and enjoyable.
