The parking lot is small for the amount of business that they do daily and the parking spaces are small which causes a lot of fender benders when parking. The lot always has trash shrewn around as if it is used for overnight eating or campground for homeless. Whenever I mention the amount of trash to the management, which seems to change frequently, they appear to have an attitude and not very helpful. Most of the time boxes are unpacked in ilses, but when they are finally unpacked, the shelves seem empty. I guess quick turnover.

Nice selection of goods.Cashier were fun and encouraging. Very popular. They are dedicated to getting customers in and then out. More staffing has been added! Very popular. Shelves need to be restocked constantly. Sad to see how this companyhas gone down. This reminds me of how Dollar General and Family Dollar was in the 90's. This was a great company in the early 2000's.Get those people back to running this company. This is a much needed business in today's economy.

This store is going to pieces. The workers dont have the least bit of customer service. The manager stays in the office and the line stays down the isles. I understand inflation so the quarter isnt a problem but that customer service make me hate going in this store. I rather drive an extra 15 minutes to Richmond Hill than to put up with the nasty attitudes.

The store was a little packed with merchandise. Such as new inventory on their boats. However everything was easy to navigate! James whom checked me out was quick, polite and efficient! Very polite young man and he acted like he enjoys his job!

I love Dollar Tree mostly because they have the cutest cards at 2/$1.25 and the sparkling cider minis. This store has great deals on a lot of stuff for the price of only $1.25! Check it out! 🤗

Found what I needed, but the cashiers need to trained a little better. The girl didn't know how to take something off that she rang up twice and just handed me the receipt & bag with no "thank you", "have a nice day" nothing....Just Rude!You need to do better!

The store was ok. My disappointment is that you have 2 cashiers with lines that stretch halfway down the aisles. All the time, the manager and someone else sitting in the little office chatting away about what they had for dinner the night before. Instead of getting up off their buts and helping check people out.

This is the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree I've ever been in. Excellent service and the manager was polite and grateful when I spoke to them about how great the store looked. Also, the women's bathroom was VERY clean!

I just checked out through Megan. The only thing she said to me throughout the whole transaction was, "$11.35." Plus she was eating and touching my merchandise. Yuck.

I went there today looking for a particular item as I was not able to find it at another Dollar Tree. I saw a lady working in that department and asked her if she had it. After looking on the shelf, she offered to go in the back room to see if she could find it for me. Apparently there is a lot of stock yet to be put out. I could tell she was tired and overworked but she found the item for me and with a pleasant smile. This means so much especially in these days where there's a shortage of help pretty much everywhere.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I arrived to order balloons for my sons birthday. I asked the cashier for 8 balloons and she very rudely replied “not right now”. My shocked face must have made a statement because she then repeated herself with a “neck roll”. There is never an excuse for rude service. Avoid this store. There is much better service at the Rincon location if you can make the drive. I have been served professionally at that location at least 50+ times over the years.

This is CLEAN, well stocked Dollar Tree! I was completely surprised at the lack of clutter in the aisles! It's five minutes further than the one I normally go to...but finding everything I need in a well kept store??? THAT makes this Dollar Tree one of the best! Great job to the staff and management 👍

Very clean and organized but the manager can't stand when people shop there. She even complained because a customer put something back they didn't want and in the correct place..who does that. She huffs and rolls her eyes when ppl walk in. She is perfect for boot camp!!Does she know how she gets paid???

Store was CLEAN -unlike other Dollar Tree stores I've been in where the stock/boxes are on the floor making it very hard to shop. My cashier Gloria and the employees on the floor were very friendly. I will definitely be back.

This is one of the nastiest stores I've ever seen! We were greeted at the door with 2 trashcans that were so full trash was literally falling onto the ground. Upon stepping in we heard an employee being rude to a customer. The store was filthy and the employees didn't seem to care about anything that was going on in the store. We will never set foot in this store again!

The Pooler location is so much better than all the other Dollar Tree stores in Chatham County. Neat, clean, well stocked shelves, and helpful employees at this location. The other locations generally look like a a kindergarten class was turned loose in the store.

Was in the Pooler area in Georgia and wanted to run in a dollar tree for some dog toys and the stalk of the store seemed very picked over. If you want general stuff from there or picture frames I'm sure you'll have better luck but one of the more meh stores I've been to, just average .

Went in tonight just for a couple of specific things. Laundry soap and big envelopes. They had both. I can wash 32 loads for a dollar. At a hotel it is one load for 1.50. Location is convenient, the lines were short and the staff was friendly.

In the beginning it was pretty nice but now... I think the dollar tree 🌳 can invest more in dishes, like plates, cups, mugs, it's so poor in dishes at this store. The people usually love decorations stuff.

Went on a Sunday afternoon, many shelves low on supply. Ample Valentines, St Patty's & Easter stuffs available. Happy with the greeting cards selection.Long lines with two registers operating.

Not the nicest Doller Tree I've been to, but it gets the job done. This location definitely needs more staff to work the registers and stock the shelves.

Lady at register thought she was slick and tried to short change my child while I'm standing right there.Change was supposed to be $7.32 she only gave $7.00... I mean after probably short changing a few people that adds up.The manager said to me "it was probably a mistake"Please explain how when the register tells you how much to give back as well as receipt.If you can't read or add you shouldn't be handling people's money. Js

Everything is a dollar not like the other dollar store places. Nothing is over $ 1.00 in that store. Your hard earned money goes a long way here. You can even get frozen food here for just a dollar. Stuff for everybody young or old. Go there look around and you will love it. Give it a try...
