I've visited Costcos all over the U.S. and Canada, and I can seriously say that we have never ever been disappointed.This store was exceptionally clean. Very well stocked.What more can I say, "We love Costco!"Oh, don't come in here with a large motorhome or camper. There is a large sign stating that you must be under 12 ft 3 inches to enter, and they have a large steel beam position over the road that I'm assuming is 12 ft 3 inches high.

It is a very convenient place to stop, fuel up (no problem with a travel trailer), pick up groceries, grab a snack, and get back out on the highway. Easy access in and out. The gas price was very welcome (relatively speaking) and appreciated.

It is very large, corridors and corridors of all kinds of items.We have found very good prices on kitchen things such as plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans and some smaller appliances.The area of ​​fresh food very well achieved, everything super clean and tidy. Since having kids, Costco is a necessity of my life, the store is very clean, the staff is very helpful, the checkout is very fast and easy, I have no complaints. I like the merchandise. I like the Kirkland brand, lots of healthier options for my family.

A very good store. Huge selection of items from “soup to nuts” and great prices. For now, they excel in their gas prices and excellent prices for their clothes. Unfortunately, for now, they don’t offer delivery or internet purchase service. And their Paris location is a bit far from the downtown metro area. However, accessing the store is doable (take the time to make yourself a specific list of items you are interested in if you want to make your visit there efficientI’ve been a member for many satisfying years of which I have never regretted. I’ve saved a lot of money And used almost every one of their services, like car rental and travel benefits. Each item or service they offer is meticulously reviewed by their merchandisers before they are available to you. I can’t say enough good things about them. 😊

A large and clean Costco. This location is also great between Savanna and Atlanta. We got some food and filled up the car for the long drive to Atlanta.

Good place to shop. I prefer Sam's club, but the better traffic in the Costco area makes it worth going to more than trying to use the I-95 exits near Sam's club.The online stock doesn't seem to reflect what's actually in stock in store. Go early if you hate waiting in lines on the weekends.

Biggest complaint is not enough cashiers open. Every single time I come here, the lines are MASSIVE! Self-checkout had long lines. Only 2 regular lanes open. Ugh!

Gosh, where do I begin...friends of ours have a Costco membership and went shopping one day and knew of the Organic foods we ate and so they snapped pics on their cell and sent them to us with prices. We decided it would be a savings to us, to get our own membership. Plus, we would be able to get items we ate on an everyday basis at a savings. We shopped for a couple of hours, filled our cart full, and walked 2.75 miles going up and down aisles.**Worth noting...The pickled beets are delicious. My mom used to make those as a kid. Great find at Costco! My only item I could not find was shredded unsweetened coconut. I asked staff and they said Costco doesn't carry it.It was a fun and productive trip to Costco!Gas prices were good at Costco, we filled up on our way back home.

I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy here. We have always had an easy time dealing with them. Wayyy easier than any other pharmacy we have tried.Today I had an issue with my dogs arthritis medicine not being shipped in time for him (from an online pharmacy) he was going to run out so I tried to call my vet to get them to send a prescription over there so I could pick it up but they were out due to a medical emergency.We spoke to Jennifer and Kaitlyn at the pharmacy. They were very sweet. The pharmacy took the time to call the online pharmacy and get it transferred over. They did a lot of work but finally got the prescription and I was able to pick it up so my dog won’t be in pain tomorrow. I am so grateful that they went through the trouble and were so sweet about it. I really appreciate their positive attitudes and hard work.

costco was extremely crowded. we went to see the transformer table road show. beings we have a regular membership and bought the table our membership was flagged. we were then honored with a sales pitch of how we should upgrade our membership to the executive. which is a $120 a year. we normally don't spend a lot a costco. this was a rarity.so if you have a normal membership and by a big item they will take your card and hold it hostage until you hear the sales pitch.

Got the membership when they first came to town. Didn’t like it. I got a refund. My friend told me go back! It’s been well over a year they have changed! Long story short. No. In fact it’s exactly the same. Sams club is much better! I’m an introvert when I go shopping and Sam’s club has the app to skip lines and an actual self check out not ran by associates practically up your rear end while checking out. The lines to check out are to close together. You can barely get the cart between them. Self check out doesn’t have any hand held scanners. The food at Sam’s is cheaper and the same quality. Costcos pizza is a little better tbh. But I’m not going to shop in bulk for the pizza. I also did price comparisons and Sam’s came out on top 90% of the time. The space between the cars when parking is not enough for a cart. Won’t ever be returning.

I am a loyal Costco customer . The store was clean and organized and this review is for Pooler location only. Here is my experience for giving a bad review. I was checked by an employee at the self checkout area asking for my card and wanting to see the picture on the back of the card. I understand why this was done but I think this should have been done at the entrance when I showed my membership card.Then I was called out by the same employee for using my husbands card. She put me on the spotlight in front of other people. Telling me i cannot use my husband’s card and if I wanted to I can get a membership of my own for $60/year. But why would i pay for membership if my husband has an executive membership which he pays $120 for it. I was profiled and i shouldn’t have been tested like that but in contrary other people were treated just fine. Managers name was Majery. This practice of catching people in the self checkout is a bad idea. Just check people at the entrance and not embarrass them and the company. And i was not using any ones else card. It was my own card and i was humiliated and treated like i was stealing someone’s card. This is absolutely not acceptable for such a big wholesale company.

Annoyed by the number of times they asked for my Costco ID. By the time I'm at the checkout, don't bother me. Check the ID even I walk in, verifying I look like the picture at that point makes your entire system a failure. You want to stop friends from using the membership, check the picture at the beginning...

So I went shopping today .At the exit the staff did not check the woman’s buggy in front of me. He was like have a good day ma’am and she left.When it came to me he was looking at the bill and every single item in my cart !I was like this is not a self check out purchase …the cashier rang these items up sir .. and I really need to leave the store .

This is a very nice Costco. And because it's the only one in the Savannah area, that's a good thing. The best part is they have tons of pumps at the gas station and there's very rarely a long wait.

I recently visited Costco in Pooler, GA and it was a great experience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The selection was impressive, with plenty of options for groceries, household items, clothing, and electronics. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend Costco in Pooler, GA to anyone in the area looking for a great shopping experience.

Nice place, great deals on meat and nice selections. A little too pricey on fruits and vegetables though. Aldi's is better on them. But I still like it. They don't have the collagen I use anymore.

Went in on December 13th to get our membership cards. Shauntell is the employee who was at the membership desk and helped us do that. She was very friendly and helpful. Even though this store isn't in a convenient location for us, we will definitely make the trip more often if the store has employees as great as Shauntell.

I went to Costco today and needed help finding items, I asked an employee named Jada,she was so helpful and kind, had excellent store location knowledge , took me right to my products and even showed me some alternative brands to choose from. I was amazed and have never had such a great experience shopping at Pooler Georgia Costco.1 million bright shining stars for Jada!

It is always a pleasure to shop at Costco. Checkout goes so quickly. They help with scanning the heavy items and offer to scan all items if we look confused 🤣🤣. They are always pleasant at check-in and have enough charged electric carts that I never worry that I will have to walk the store on days my knee is killing me.

Good choice, selection, much cleaner then. Sam’s. However I want to scream with the slow line to get out. Only thing in my cart was two cases of Prosecco and Kristin had to count Every Single Bottle as the line stretched back to the checkout. Aaaargh!
