Absolutely perfect! Had come here a couple times for treats for my dog and they have a wonderful selection! My dog Freya loves them! Brought her here for grooming and have nothing but nice things to say! Freya seemed really comfortable with L and they did such a good job! So much better than P3tsmart. L actually trimmed around her paw pads and did such a good job on her nails and feet! Freya looks so cute and lovely and fluffy! Will definitely make Bentley's and L our groomer of choice!

Savannah was amazing. She was super sweet and really wanted to make sure he was groomed to our liking. Her customer service was awesome. Price was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend her! For reference, we have a 60 pound golden doodle who got a full groom with a teeth brushing added on.Update 12/20/23- Savannah continues to do a great job grooming our doodle. Savannah is kind and has such a great attitude about her job. She is the best!Update 2/22/24- Amazing as always! And she never makes you feel embarrassed/guilty if there is a little matting.4/2/24- Savannah is amazing! I will not take my dog anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable too. Low stress environment for dogs. Her work and customer service skills are top notch.

I wish I could give them 10 stars because I received just the best service for my dog and any pet owner knows just how important and priceless that is. My shih tzu mix can get a little bit nippy when it comes to his paws and in the past has had negative experiences with pet groomers but I was recommended this location and I am so happy that I took it. They listened to all my concerns and they were so helpful and so friendly and so patients and so happy to serve as my pup. I will definitely continue to come here and refer them to others.

Took my dog Wendy to Bently's in Pooler after having her hair cut butchered at PetsMart. Kim did an excellent job assessing her, listening to my wishes and using her own expertise to give Lisa the best cut of her life! Granted she's only a year old but she's been groomed many times and this was the BEST! No wonder it's a longer wait for an appointment!

Elle did a wonderful job on my terrier who had knots and mattes. She took care to give realistic expectations on what could be done to work through them, while keeping my dog’s comfort and safety as priority. My pup looked super cute and was wagging her tail when she was finished!! We will absolutely being going back to Elle for regular grooming! The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful!

Bentleys is by far my favorite pet store in town. The staff is so kind and will go out of their way to help you. We (my dog Dax, my husband, and I) love our groomer El! He used to be terrified to go to his old groomer, but El is so good with him and he looks incredible EVERY time!! Highly recommend them for all of your pet needs!

My groomer Traci was a pleasure to deal with and i could tell she is a seasoned groomer with top tier experience. Found my new groomer!The only reason for a 4 star.. The young cashier in front.. not so friendly.

The staff here are all so kind and helpful. Our doodle sees Savannah for grooming and she is awesome! She is very sweet and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I also love how efficient the grooming is and that they only care for one pet at a time. At our previous location our boy would be there all day which was very exhausting to him but now he is in and out in 2 hours or less. The store is great as well and always has something going on for fur babies.

After 4 months absence due to surgical repair of his torn CCL, my dog (Tuck) and I walked into Bentleys and were immediately greeted by name. Tuck was showered with affection and didn’t even growl, which is his usual response to uninvited hugs😁. Savannah, once again, perfectly groomed him making his shaved hindquarter from the surgery much less pronounced. She is awesome. I highly recommend Bentley’s for all your pets needs.

Absolutely the best 1st time experience! The staff was so welcoming and helpful, even with my boujie pomeranian's. They gave us their undivided attention during our check-in and check-out process. So glad we decided to try them after our 3 years at Petsmart. The difference in the customer service is not even comparable!! We will definitely be back for our future grooming needs.

I have an overly anxious 11 month old cocker spaniel, and Megan was SO helpful with the entire process. She was caring & understanding to my dog and even called me to keep me updated on how she was doing. She really had her best interest at heart which made me feel like I made a great decision in coming here! She even worked with me on coming back in at a different time for a cut after her bath since she was so anxious. I would recommend Megan to anyone! She was amazing!

Friendly staff. Groomer did a great job on or golden doodle. Love that they notify 30 min before your dog is ready so they don’t have to wait long for pickup.

Changing my review to one star. We are so devastated and offended by the experience we had with the staff. We booked an appt online, received a text that there were no available times. "what?" I replied, that was the time available on line, then she texted back that the first avail was a week out. That week came, and we received a cancelation text. Then we rebooked, and received a text that the staff could not service her. The staff told us, since she is old, and will sit during the grooming, and one groomer has neck problems, the other groomer has back problems, they can't bend over. She's old, and maybe we should consider taking her somewhere else. I have the texts! I showed them to my neighbor, just because I could not believe what I was reading. "Is it me?" I asked my neighbor? Outrageous!! I was practically in tears at the afront - so old dogs can't be made lovely? What world is this? She's healthy. She sits in protest, because Pixie is respectful yet, a little willful.

We have been clients at Bentley's for a while, but recently switched from the Habersham Village location to Pooler because we live closer to Pooler. Savannah welcomed us and took excellent care of our Shih Tzu. She came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. She stays quite busy, but the wait is worth it.

I love my dogs (KIDS) Groomer, Kim. She knows what to give my pooches every time, unless I am more specific with what I want. When she is done with them.... they are more happy than I am. They're fresh and clean clean. Their grooming seems to only seems to last for a couple of weeks because they go roll around in the grass, mud, weed or dirt, just so they can go see Kim, aka Aunty Kim, just for a bath. Bentley's is the place to go. Reasonably priced. I love the kindness and friendly staff.

I waited for almost two months to book my dog with a specific groomer and on the day of appointment, she had been switched. The other groomer did an excellent job. Grooming is costly, sometimes waiting periods are long and having full trust in our groomers is of the utmost importance. I'm new to the area and Bentlety's was highly recommended as was the groomer I requested. Thank God it all went well. I recommend that a courtesy call be made to let clients know of changes. Other than that, staff was very accommodating, Elle, the groomer was great and they deserve a 5 star rating. Thanks

I have now been coming to Bentley’s to have my dog groomed by Savanna for about 2 years. I wrote a review way back when I first started bringing him to them. I am so happy that I have finally found a groomer that takes time with him and makes him feel safe after he had such horrible experiences before. I have also told other people who ask me were I take him.

They are amazing! My pups had a first grooming at Bentley today and the grooming lady did a great job.I am definitely take them back in November. The staff members are wonderful and friendly. The place is very clean and well organized.

Kim, the groomer at Bentley’s is awesome! She does a really good job with my Bichon Frise. She is patient and caring with your pet. Buttercup is always well groomed and smelling nice when I pick her up.

Everyone at Bentleys is so welcoming and professional. I take my furbabies here to get all their grooming needs. Kim is their groomer and she always give my girls a good shampoo and cut.
