Dr. Pierce always goes out of his way to listen to my concerns. Sometimes I don't even have to voice my all of my concerns, but he always seems to know what is worrying me. He asks pertinent questions and waits for my answers.

My mom took her Chihuahua to see Dr. Pierce for a second opinion regarding a collapsing trachea. Dr. Pierce called me so I could listen in on the visit. He is such a kind and caring person and instantly put at ease my Mom and her dog. Better yet, the medicine he prescribed and his suggestions have helped and the dog is doing much better! Although Dr. Pierce's office is about 1.5 hrs. from where we live, my mom said he is worth the trip! Thanks, Dr. Pierce!

Dr.Pierce is the most caring veterinarian I have ever has the pleasure of meeting. I took my much loved dary goat Una to him today. Una was very sick upon our arrival. Dr Pierce did a full assessment and quickly figured out what the problem was. Just a few hours later, upon following his advice, our beloved Una is almost back to her usual self. Dr Pierce took the time out of his very busy day to educate us on the inner working of goats, provide us with means to further our education with online resources, and give us some tips on animal husbandry that we did not know. You can easily tell that Dr Pierce is passionate about his career and genuinely loves animals, calling them "little people with fur coats". I will never take my animals anywhere else but here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We can’t say enough about Dr. Pierce. He has seen us through saying good-bye to a beloved pet, welcoming new fur members to our family, chronic ear issues, snake bites and everything in between. We drive 40 miles to have his care for our fur babies. His office staff is friendly and helpful and it’s clear everyone at the practice is there because they love animals. Everyone in our family highly recommends him!

I just moved here from Florida and my dog got sick they took us right in and got him on treatment plan ASAP . Went as a walk in didn’t have to wait much at all. My baby is back to normal and we are very happy . He has now become my Veterinarian for sure everyone was very kind and supportive great bedside manners with my puppy.

We had a sick guinea pig. They were willing to take her as a walk-in emergency, which most other vets around here will not even think about trying to do. Unfortunately she didn't make it. She had a bacterial infection in her intestines that was practically impossible to treat. The doctor was extremely nice and gave us advice to keep our other pigs healthy. All of this and he didn't charge us. Thank you to the doctor and staff we won't forget you!

It is a wonderful place for any animal especially your furry family members. My little mini dachshund, Dooley, was given excellent care and medical service while he was there. It is very affordable and extremely clean. I absolutely recommended Critter Care to anyone who needs to board their pet or if the pet is needing treatment of any kind.

This guy was nice at first. Later on Jekyl and Hyde personality. He is insane! Threatened to harm our dog with his own in house dog caged in the back!!! I’d never take my animals there again.!!!

We took a kitten up here that my sons found in the middle of the street.The vet there was freaking awesome. She was extremely personable, professional and caring. She made my (young) sons aware of the things needed to do for thier new pet. She made me knowledgeable of the things I need to purchase (at a good price!) for our new addition.This was my first time there and I'm glad to say it won't be the last.

We had an emergency on Memorial Day with our dog and we called the emergency number and Dr Pierce immediately called us back. He walked us through what to do and calmed us down. He was super nice and followed up with us multiple times!!!

The Dr pierce and staff are amazing they are always caring and compassionate toward all pets. Reasonable pricing. Unfortunatly we had to put our kitten down not to long ago, he did the best he could to help her, went above and beyond. gave us a few minutes with her before she was put down and their compassion towards us and our kitten is indescribable, they have a little candle light they turn on to show other pet owners that there has recently been a loss. Shawna and dr pierce took a minute to console me in grief, which shows the passion and complete devotion they have for their job. They are the best. If I could give them more stars I would.

I knew my 5th rescue dog was a senior, and it was so nice to go to a Vet that could see my dog on such short notice and gave me options and he didn’t overwhelm me with morose diagnoses. It was also very affordable, and I will be bringing all my pets there from now on.

Was told my dog had a disease and did not even take blood to check. She is doing fine now. Nothing wrong with her $80 for a her rabies shot. Do not like Doctor Pierce.

Very good friendly conversation. My dog jumped off my bed which is pretty high and I thought she broke her leg. They told me what to do that it wasnt broken . Which it's been a week and 1 day and she still isnt using that leg. So I'm thinking it is broken. So I think if I took her into the vet's office they would fix her leg or foot. But I dont have the money and I would b afraid they would keep my dog from me. I've heard that they will do that. And I just can't lose my baby like that I'm to attached to her.
