I gave it one star because the guy who worked the counter was nice and helped me find a grommet with fuel lines for my weedeater gas tank. The grommet looked bigger than the one that was in it, so we tried to see if the new one would fit and it was alot bigger than the old one. So the nice gentleman went and asked the mechanic I think his name was Alan if the grommet would fit my gas tank and he said it would if I removed the fuel lines and then put them back in once I got the grommet in. So the mechanic Alan came in and I just asked would greasing the grommet help and he stated "just get it done" and kept walking by. So I continued to try and make conversation about another lawnmower shop that was in Ellerslie called Yancys and asked what happened to them? Did they close down? And that's when Alan sarcastically answered stating " I dont know what your talking about , I stay over here" and kept walking off. He was just rude for some reason and could care less about trying to help or even conversate. So won't be going here anymore!

I am not sure what everyone else was talking about in their reviews. I dropped off my lawn mower on Friday knowing they would not be able to work on it until Monday afternoon. They completed the work by Monday morning which is even earlier than they said. I am grateful to have a place to take my lawn mower that is so close by. I will definitely take my mower back there again.

1st time we every went here. We dropped off a lawnmower, at the end of March. No call from them. We finally called, almost 2 months later. Then was told mower's brand new battery was bad. Supposedly they tried to charged it several times. We had no problem charging the same battery. Mower was parked outside their fence. It was obvious they didn't want our business. We wanted to support local businesses. Sad to know this local business couldn't have been more professional.

Not the best customer service. I was looking for a used mower but he didn’t even bother telling me info on the mowers they were selling. I guess they do pretty good business because there was no interest in selling lol.

Hometown small business and the place had the things i needed.A Friendly environment and i was treated like family and i would like to say i appreciate it...great experience with the Business owner , and i felt as if he went out of the way to.find everthing i needed and the one thing that he did not have in stock, he directed me to a local place that may have had it for me ..5 stars for Cook Auto Supply ..thanks ,CJN.
