LOL. At the end of the day these people are very power hungry, my team lead got paid more to do an easier job while i walked around the store all day everyday . living off 500 every two weeks treated like i wasn’t working hard enough or doing my job when i was on our leader board everyday. this was my first job as a 19 year old i was very proud of what i was accomplishing here but my team lead had another idea. it was a very one sided hatred from her and i feel i was fired for giving constructive criticism. Thanks again for firing me right during the holidays and only caring about yourselves. I’ve seen ur true colors and the unprofessionalism here but thanks for the opportunity Carmen. :) p.s anyone over carmen please realize multiple employees come into work smelling like weed which is another policy of walmart and nothing gets said to them and nothing changes so for anyone who feels like me getting fired for constructive criticism is allowed but smellin like dope ain’t then you guys must check yourselves fast . thanks

I needed a ride along, none were available at 1 entrance. The very nice female greeter tried to get a fellow associate to walk down and check for me. Mumbled something and walked off in opposite direction. About half the staff is too be let go, but I must admit there other half was wonderful.

How much more unprofessional can the pickup dept manager behaved yesterday, Feb. 17, 24 by resending my groceries for pickup because of incompetent employees and my words. Then, she had the audacity to say, I am the manager-sorry I don't care about titles. Yes, I was extremely angry and used profanity because the employees in this department are lazy. Therefore, in her petty mind she believed she would punish me and I wouldn't have groceries in my home this day. Ms. Petty, my friend is picking up those same groceries today, 02/18/24, for me from your Walmart in Perry...smh at an ignorant entitled manager. What did you accomplish, nothing!!! Pray ma'am! If you can't manage w/o getting your feelings hurt and being emotional with customers this is not the job for you!!God bless, Audrey Manuel

Plain and simple, poor folk, lower class folk, middle class folk as well as upper middle class folk need a store like Walmart, especially in small towns. Not everyone can afford to buy from the small trendy boutiques, nor can everyone afford to pay the prices charged by many of the super Malls. I thank the Walmart company owners for keeping prices affordable for regular folks. Now, is the Walmart company perfect? No, there is always room for improvement.

April 01, 2024 around 16:30I came into Walmart for a straight talk sim card kit. I normally don't shop at any Walmart but this one allows overnight parking for trucks (thank you). Believe me when I say I has super shocked at how kind the employees were a great big THANK YOU to Miranda and the young lady that was working in the electronic department. Thank you Karla (manager) I appreciate all you did. You could definitely train others on customer service, you are wonderful! Glen in electronics could have used better customer service towards me, his age gave him a pass from me (only 1 pass granted).Now to the meat of this review, Walmart associates I came across really received 5 stars, but the straight talk rep ( light complexion guy with plaits and tattoos up his neck (red lips) was a problem. Very very very rude disrespectful person. His choice of words to greet me was "SUP" . Not just once but he said it 3 times. I have reported him to T-ROC Global his employer. I am always proud to see the youth working and doing productive things but there is no recuse to be unprofessional or a koof!Hope not to see him again when I come trucking through Perry Georgia!Light Laughter Kindness

All Walmart are basically the same. You get in get what you need and get out with pretty much 0 human interaction if you wish. I can never give them top ratings bc of the self checkout and the lack of checkers. There should be more for people with buggies full so us quick shoppers can get through quickly.

This is very upsetting because I love Walmart. But the money center took $100 from me and refuse to settle. I called cooperate to see if they could resolve problem. I tired calling customer service over and over again no answer. Sad part is it was an manger that gave me the wrong change back from a personal check. Cashier made a mistake and rung it up for $50 but I wrote check for $150. Manager said she couldn’t give me the other$100 unless I wrote another check. I said no. So when I got my bank statement they actually cash check for $150. So they keep $100 of my money. That dishonest. I wouldn’t want any manger work from me in a big chain like Walmart and you can’t trust. I still will continue to contact store. I don’t live in Georgia or I would of went back to store in person. Am 600 miles away. I was in town due to work. This makes Walmart look bad.

"FRESH PRODUCE" is always rotten abd blimey, or ripe and has to be eaten the very sane day it's delivered, EVERY SINGLE delivery order, the OLD Roy dog food and 12 pack of Mt.Dew cans, turn out to he "UNAVAILABLE," for more than FOUR MONTHS, now, and if someone orders FRESH ORGANIC BLUEBERRIES, you don't substitute with NON-ORGANIC BLACKBERRIES. If you order a dozen eggs, would you want to be substituted with the most expensive loaf of bread that walmart carries?? If I order 4 12-packs of 12oz. Mt.Dew, I get sent 4 12 pks of 20 Oz. Mt.Dew plastic bottles thst I can't open, due to arthritis I now have bloody blisters, trying to open these bottles thst I was charged twice the price for and I can't drink them to take my meds. At least 25% or more, of the items you go in to shop for, are out if stock, everytime you shop at this store. Who does stock & inventory at this store? Maybe train them how to. This store is one big clusterfk

I would like to see most businesses training their employees about the basics of customer service. When you say "Excuse me, I have a question", it would be nice to hear "What can I help you with?" instead of a blank stare. And also being made to feel like you interrupted them while they were in the customer service area "at work" is not sending the right message.

As a non US citizen on vacation these supercenters are always amazing places to walk around. You can pretty much get anything you'd like.To me it seems the prices are fair and the products are of good quality. I'm always somewhat jealous when I walk around the meat section. So many delicious options to choose from.

Wow very nice walmart. Extremely organized super clean including the bathrooms. The only down fall is that the toy section is very weak, each aisle had a little bit of toys and the shelfs were looking very empty. Pros great pricing and plenty of parking.

Walked in and the the first thing I noticed was the greeter. A very friendly and polite young man. He had a huge smile and was very welcoming. The store was probably the brightest lit Walmart I have ever been to and very clean. I walked through the store and was being greeted by many of their employees. We were just passing through on our way to FL from TN, but the people of Perry have a great Walmart.

Went to Walmart tonight and we let my 4 year old son pick out a toy for as an early Christmas gift. He picked out the super colossal indominus rex that was on the shelf with all of the other toys and Dino’s. He was so excited and carried it around the whole store and went to check out and item wouldn’t scan. A team lead told us “it’s a Black Friday item, can’t sell it to you or I would lose my job. Asked for a manager. Was told the same thing. They said someone must have stocked it on accident. That is their fault. We offered to pay FULL price on it and they still refused. Gave us a $15 gift card and sent us on our way. Called corporate and was informed they COULD have sold it to us (managers discretion). My son was so upset. Went to target and they had them in stock. Do not recommend shopping at this Walmart.

The online site showed five RV surge protectors and when I got there I was met with an empty shelf area. Located store assistance and their site also showed five in stock but we could not find anything. It was a wasted trip and left me without : protector for the night due to the late hour. I normally have success at Wal-Mart and I don't like to write bad reviews.

Avoid this Walmart if possible, the place is always a disaster. For the past few weeks they have blocked numerous isles and walkways at peak times with stock and pallets but no one actually around stocking the shelves. Just a horrible business model.

Customer service here is a joke. I called the Auto Center twice, and the phone rang for a combined time of 8+ minutes. And called the help desk, and that number no longer works.Why doesn't a multi-billion dollar company have better service? Or employees that even care to answer the phone?

I was traveling and needed to pickup several items. It took me 40 plus minutes because there wasn’t anyone on the floor to assist customers. I needed assistance because this was my first time visiting this location. I ran into a Walmart employee who was off duty but was willing to assist me which I thought was extremely thoughtful. Huge store. Just needed employees on the floor to assist customers with their needs.
