Connie, the Pharmacy manager today went ABOVE & Beyond. I called with a pharmacy issue I was having with a store in Atlanta. She took it upon herself to call the Atlanta Walgreens pharmacy and teach the lady how to reset a machine to solve this issue for me. It made all the difference, and I needed it solved within the hour. It wasn’t even her issue, but she took it upon herself to help me. This is 5 star customer service. This is why customers return to a store. Thankful customer!

Shireen was the pharmacist who I discussed getting my shingles inoculation with. She was very knowledgeable and convinced me it was a good idea. The shot is was easy with no side effects. I’m so glad I got it because I saw my mother suffer with shingles at age 70. I was able to follow through with the second shot and the insurance was billed with no problem. She is an asset. Great customer service.

Wow! So fast and really helpful. I was just traveling through and forgot my meds. They had them filled in less than 10 minutes and found me the best possible discount card to use for them too! Really great pharmacy.

I just wanted to say how amazing the pharmacy manager at this location is. She told me her name but I already forget... but she was amazing. After trying several times to get our second covid shot to no avail at any walgreens, I called this location and spoke with the pharmacy manager asking if she had any walk ins available. She said she had one, but we needed two. She advised us to try vineville but they were booked up too. I called back and apparently in that time she called the other walgreens around the area (which I had already called and they told me no) and managed to get us 2 shots for walk in. She didn't even have to do all that and I really appreciate her going out of her way to find us available shots. Thank you so much!

Christmas Eve 945am and the pharmacy techs made eye contact in the drive thru but ignored me. They did the same when I finally came inside. The pharmacist ended up helping me, with a big sigh. Picking up prescriptions for a sick little girl means my nerves are frazzled but I expect better treatment from the people paid to take care of my prescription needs. No one likes their job all the time but this was enough for me to switch to Publix for good.

I have a love hate relationship with this Walgreens. I love the mobile app for perceptions. I can refill from it and track it's progress. The pharmacy staff is usually really nice, well Sam is always nice and considerate. They shorted me a medication one time by 30 pills. I called they denied it had two people look at the camera after the pharmacist was rude only for her to call back and say oh yeah we did short you. Swore I'd never go back but CVS is the devil so I stay.

Wanted to take minute to rebuke some the negative reviews of this Walgreens. Being a military family, we travel and move more often than most. This Walgreens is our favorite to date. They keep their promises, know their jobs, and are above board professional. Tierra in the Pharmacy has always followed up with me or my provider when there has been an issue with a prescription. She has called me explained to me in details that I could understand why Tricare would not cover the med and provided my Dr with an alternate. Just this past week, I needed to get refills of one med before we left on vacation and Tierra worked with my insurance for an early refill.

I love this Walgreen in Perry, Ga. The new pharmacist, Shireen Dhir, is so knowledgeable and helpful concerning the over the counter medication. She is very friendly, and she has an exceptional personality.

Pharmacy did not want to fill my RX because it was only about 5 minutes from closing. I didn't know this when I went there. I only knew i waited @ CVS 4 my RX only to be told they didn't have one of my meds. Anyway, she not so graciously filled my RX 4 me though & i do greatly appreciate it.

This walgreens has gone down hill thru out the years . Pharmacists have no personality and act like you are beneath them and have you standing around waiting before they slowly make their way to you, no apologies for the wait or anything. Rest of store staff tries at times but they all have no pride in what they do and all they do is stand around and look confused thru out the day .

Randy insulted me and my elderly mother telling us we did not know how to work our phones and tried to tell us that pictures were in a “special file” and that would not allow us to access pictures to print, when I tried to tell him that the picture was not in a special file but in the phones “photos” he did not believe me, I then put the picture in every single folder that holds pictures and the picture did not show up still. So maybe he was right and the picture was in a “special file” (which is a stupid term for someone that said he knew how to work the picture kiosk) or the system is messed up and needs worked on so that it has more comparability then a first-era computer and might need upgrading to semi-modern systems. Back to the point of Randy he was rude and condescending to me and my nana and if I can give zero stars I 100% would.
