The place I used to take my fur baby went out of business so I had to find a new place to take him, after researching & talking to others I picked The Groom Room and I have not been disappointed, the prices are pretty comparable to other groomers and when I took him in the 1st time I found out one of the groomers worked at his old grooming shop! This will be his new grooming spot, they make my baby look so handsome... And honestly it's worth the money because I don't have to do it myself! 10/10 recommend!

Sydney did an amazing job with my extra fluffy, extra spicy and unfortunately extra matted cat. She was able to remove the horrible matts and we are extremely grateful, she feels so much better! Thank you so much!!!

last week i took my puppy in for his groom and they did not disappoint! His haircut was super cute and the staff were so nice. Make sure you ask for sam she was great. Marty can’t wait to come back!

I highly recommend the Groom Room! They do such a good job with my uncooperative wild child. She always comes home looking great and it is so easy to schedule an appointment. Very thankful for them!

I am beyond impressed with the Groom Room! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They noticed an odor from my new puppy, Merle’s, urine and suggested that maybe I should get it checked out by his veterinarian. Honestly, we were just at the vet a couple weeks ago and he was fine but per the groomers suggestion we followed up the next day with the vet. Sure enough, our Merle had an UTI. Because we caught it in advance we were able to prevent some possible serious and expensive complications. I know that groomers do not have the veterinary degree but they love these fur babies and will provide whatever knowledge and experience they have to help! I highly recommend the Groom Room for all your doggies needs!Merle and I thank you Groom Room for helping us!

Took my Rottweiler Hercules to get a bath and nails done…. He was so nervous at first but they took their time with him now he loves his “spa” days! Definitely would recommend The Groom Room to everyone I know! Awesome place for your fur babies!

I took my dog Arya in last week for a bath. She smelled great, and they were able to clip her nails. No other shop was able to do her nails. Staff was really nice and knowledgable. They were able to answer all of my questions. I'm taking my other dog next week. Thank you Groom Room!

Hi there, I brought my cat Jewels in to have her first ever lion shave and I just wanted to say that since that day she has just been the happiest cat in the world!! I don't think we could have imagined that she would be happy with being shaved, I was always so worried to shave her and now we will keep her shaved down because of the difference it has made! We are so happy with how she looks and with your staff, she was done in less than an hour and her coat looked very consistent throughout. Even friends and other family members have commented on how much she wants to be petted and loved on and how much more social she is after being shaved! We will definitely be coming back, so that you all very much! 💙

Thanks so much Alanna from the groom room. We took meatball for the first time after having problems with petsmart. She made sure his hips were supported being that he is 11yrs old with hip problems. And also the timely manner of which everything was done. He has separation anxiety bc he even goes to work with his mom. Very professional atmosphere altogether only took an hour and a half. Hope you guys enjoyed meaty as much as he enjoyed you all! Be smart and choose the groom room of perry where all of our needs were met!

I am very picky when it comes to groomers. This groomer is not only incredibly professional, she listens to what you want, verifies it and makes your baby look fabulous. My baby girl needed a haircut, and I trusted her, and my Houdini came out looking beautiful. And she could not stop giving her groomer kisses.

I’ve never been the person the leave a bad review. If I don’t enjoy my experience I’ve always just kept it to myself, but I can’t let this one go. If I could give 0 stars I would. We had taken our sweet baby here for monnnths and absolutely loved it. Sydney was, and still is, an angel sent from heaven. She is the sweetest soul, took such good care of our baby, and always EXACTLY what I asked her to do.Fast forward to two weekends ago, I take our Daisy in for a normal grooming and it was a different girl, her name is Taylor. I was bummed to not see Sydney but did have faith and trusted in Taylor. Little did I know. I explained everything down to the T about what I wanted done with our puppy, so agreed and I went on my way. I come back about an hour and a half later to make dog completely shaved down, nails not cut, three different cuts over her body, and an attitude change that I have never seen before from my dog. We tried to reach out to the company via Facebook messenger and all the owner did was try to defend and justify what Taylor did. Not even an apology. Our dog then go severe anxiety and diarrhea, neither of which she has ever had a problem with. I brought her to work with me and she started growling and barking at people… again, she’s never had a problem. She loves every single person she comes in contact with. We tried to reach again just asking if anything had gone wrong. We are obviously not dumb or oblivious that even our sweet pup could have misbehaved, and if she did I am fine with them having to reprimand but I would have like to know so that we could have known what was going on. They read the message, never replied, and two days later my husband and I got a call that we have been criminally trespassed from ever stepping foot on The Groom Room. Mark my words, they did something to my dog and wanted to take legal action from us being able to find out what it was before we could. I only wish the absolute best for Sydney, but the rest of them can go to hell along with the business
