Awesome pet store, every time I go there with my kids, the staff interacts with us and shows us cool birds, lizards, hairless Ginny pigs and fish. My cat really likes the catnip toys they sell there a little too much but that’s kitty cat business. Most importantly it’s a place where they remember your name, just a good classic example of a small family ran business

Such an amazing place with a fantastic staff. Had some questions regarding my new fish tank and nursery sett up and they were more than helpful. Zach was very knowledgable on the proper set ups I would need. Very helpful.

I have a great experience every time I go. The customer service is great as well as the animals and products that they provide. All animals seem to be in healthy conditions and some are even allowed to be handled.The staff is very factual about their animals and can help as much as they can. Definitely worth 5 stars and to purchase a companion in the process. Will go again.I hope the store begins to expand and receive more attention.

Went in today to pick up some toys for our ferrets and truly enjoyed the whole experience. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. They have a great selection of food, toys, and all the accessories you need for your animals at reasonable prices. We will definitely go back.

I love the betta fish but fell in love with the sweetest little hand raised parakeet today. Service is wonderful. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend stopping by if you can.

This place is amazing for those who want learn and get comfortable with any type of pet. As a grown man I was terrified of snakes… until today. Now, I’ll be purchasing my first snake from Mrs. Toads Depot. My son was also able to hold and adjust to a bearded dragon which absolutely made his day! This is also a place where regulars make you feel extremely comfortable and create a family friendly environment. THANK YOU TO THE AMAZING AND KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF AND OWNER!!

I actually enjoy this place! It’s grown a lot and the owner and manger are amazing! They answer any questions you have, (though it’s always best to do your own research BEFORE buying any type of pet!!) and are very helpful!

We were about to spend over $40 on fish but the owner called the store and accused my husband of stealing something because he was looking around for me in the store, claiming he was “checking to see if anyone was watching.” We are honest people and are very well off and have no reason to steal and have several friends in law enforcement that could vouch for us. He even emptied his pockets and lifted his shirt to show them there was nothing there. How the owner handled her business was very unprofessional.

Staff is THE BEST!!! Have been looking into getting pets recently and had very specific questions that the internet and the generic pet store could not answer (AKA Pet Smart). They were able to answer all of my questions and more!!! They had the best selection of animals of all the pet stores in the middle Georgia area, (I’ve been to every one). And if you were looking for something crazy, expensive, and hard to find, these are the people to go to! I am going back next week to pick up my mudskipper! I’m so excited and I appreciate the staff and the store! Best pet store around!!!

They have an AMAZING variety of exotic animals! Weather it be snakes, bunnies, birds, bearded dragons, and even ferrets sometimes! The staff is always SO FRIENDLY!! You couldn’t ask for a more friendly group of people to talk to about your animals!! Will definitely be returning!!

This shop is like a 2nd home to me! The staff and animals all feel like family! It's always a joy to stop by and shop or even just to look around! Would highly recommend for any exotic pet needs as well as fishing bait! Prices are super reasonable!~

I would never go in there because I knew there were animals in their that were not taken of, like the small cages with 4 or 5 birds in a small aquarium and could not move around. She also has sold animals to my friend that do not live a short time and she will not except responsible. She knows she is the only pet store in perry and takes advantage of people. Some one needs to check her store out because I do not believe she cares forfo ainmals.

Loveeeee Mrs.Toad’s Depot! I go in every week or week and a half to grab feeders for my precious babies! They always accommodate to my snakes preferences! Staff is amazingly friendly and just met the owner the other day! Completely amazing! Definitely recommend to buy here and see all of their inventory!

This Friday they held a leopard gecko for me and I’m so happy with it! (We think it may be a boy.) So this makes a leopard gecko and a pastel ball python that I’ve got from them both at great prices!! It’s a little bit of a drive from Macon to Perry, but “toad”ally worth it. They are so committed. They have furry pets and fishes and other reptiles too. Definitely recommend checking them out.

I really love this little place! Every person that helps me is so patient and doesn't make me feel like a bother whenever I'm indecisive or need help figuring out what is best for my pets needs! We've been to Ms. Toads many times over the last year. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. We have purchased a few reptiles from her, mainly ones that were rehomed and the animals were all happy and well fed.

I stopped into the pet store just to see what was available the staff was amazing and greeted me upon entry very knowledgeable and helpful! Super willing to help I highly recommend stopping in and seeing the store! Prices aren’t ridiculously high either! If I could rate 10/10 I definitely would.

Great variety and friendly staff. Such cute bunnies!Update 3/16: we bought 3 bunnies on 3/12 and as of today 1 of them passed away. We apparently purchased him sick and are very upset about the situation. The owner of the store did not respond immediately and now that the bunny has passed we can not get a refund or exchange. So now I had to have a bunny funeral and a very upset 7 year old. We will monitor the other 2 closely and hope for the best. Would not recommend purchasing live animals from here. If you need supplies and are close then ok but not getting my business again for sure. Devastated.
