We were in this store Friday evening (3/22/24), and while using the self- checkout had issues with the digital coupons. Charlene went above and beyond helping us ( explaining and walking us through the process) Thank you Charlene!!

This has to be one of the WORST experiences I've Ever had at a Kroger. I came her on Thursday afternoon, got 10 items, and went to self check out. After I scanned all 10 items the machine said that 10 were scanned and it would not let me continue to check out. So that's when a Young Black girl comes over with an attitude and says, " Can you move"‼️ That's when I tell her if you can't ask me Nicely or say "EXCUSE" me then I'm now Moving, simple as that‼️ I told her that's NOT how you talk to customers especially when people like me keep you with a job‼️‼️ of course a little white boy comes over sounding like Lil Whyte (🤣🤣) Trying to explain to me that's its her and a white woman job to watch customers at self check out and I told him that's not my issue!! My issue is the black girl stand in my face telling me that " Can you move⁉️ She didn't have to disrespect me but she felt like she Could🤦🏾‍♂️‼️ 🤡's like her Don't deserve to be working with the public‼️ Once I my items were verified No one apologized for the big confusion or the number of items being correct ‼️ I wouldn't go back here, i can spend my money elsewhere ‼️

I usually try not to complain but I am at my limit. Every time I use self check out and have the coupons that were sent to me to redeem from Kroger's the older lady Ms. Beverly has a problem with it. I'm not sure if it's because it's so early or she just grumpy. Either way, we all have good and bad days but the energy and customer service I received is unacceptable.

Super dirty parking lot. Super dirty store. Everything looks really old and worn down. Of course there’s litter all over the parking lot. I can only imagine what the back looks like where customers do not see. There was also Pee all over the women’s bathroom

When we arrived in Perry we were excited to see a Kroger. Then we went inside at 7:15pm on a Saturday night and we were disappointed. According to the info on Google Maps they close at 11:00pm. This location just doesn't live up to the quality or line of products that we have done to expect. Most of the "to go" food selection was gone. So we left and drove to Publix at Paradise Shoppers of Perry where the quality and selection of "to go" products were plentiful.

Walmart Closed 10 minutes early went to Kroger and it was very nice...very nice employees even at 10 minutes till closing time. We were able to get what we needed and out by the closing time. We thanked them for letting us in so close to closing time and they said they appreciated our business! Would recommend!

We were in Perry and had our grocery list, so we stopped at Kroger to do the shopping a day early! This store is smaller than the one we usually shop at in Warner Robins, but it is well marked and the space is utilized very well. I can't think of anything that wasn't in there that is at the other store. It was not at all crowded and we had no trouble finding the things on our list! We were done and on the way home in about 40 minutes! We didn't have to do any more shopping and we were done a day early!

I only went to the gas station area Andrew Utter the only worker saw me walk over an call out for help for 3 mins before I went to find him an he was rude an never gave me my receipt but did manage to throw my money down"here". Very rude not a fan

Kroger can do better for this community. Limited selection, empty shelves, small deli, no prepared foods. Small meat selections, tomatoes were two types only. Very good staff. Overall I was surprised that this was a Kroger it looked to be a low end independent store.

Perry is the worst store. I don’t go to this store usually because of broken equipment or plain dirty ness. Just went after over a year going somewhere else and guess what? Broken equipment again!! Not talking about carts but issues with scanners not working again. If this was the last store on earth then I’d rather go hungry then ever go there again!!

We love our Perry Kroger. Although the store is smaller than other stores, we are able to find all of our grocery needs here. The staff and manager beat other local grocery stores, hands down, in friendliness and help with grocery needs. Our Perry Kroger has a true friendly old fashioned hometown feel that’s hard to beat!

Dirty, unorganized, unmanagedI'm from out of town and always thought Kroger was the equivalent to Publix. Nope - at least not here. In this area, believe it or not, Walmart is the clean, bright, organized place to go. By contrast, this Kroger is like going into a 3rd world country. It is obvious there is no competent management here. It is dirty, stock falling off the shelves onto the floor, generally very untidy and uninviting.

I generally do not post grocery store reviews. And, I love my local Kroger! We were traveling this wkend and stopped at the Sam Nunn Kroger for gas and snax... in all my life, I have NEVER VISITED a nastier restroom. After seeing the restroom, I could NOT bring myself to shop for groceries. Absolutely Horrible! Unsure if I fault the establishment completely because LADIES USED THIS RESTROOM. Unbelievable...

Clean. Fresh air. Bought myself a beer for Christmas from a local craft brewery. Had some sushi. Walked around checking out all the neat deals they had. Read some magazines at the rack, planned a few cook book purchases for when I'm not homeless.Had fun.

Went to this store, and as I was walking up to the front of the store, there was trash all on the sidewalk and the parking/driving area close to the store. Upon entering the store, there was also trash on the floor in the produce department. There were not enough registers open either. I have given this store so many opportunities to get better because it's in my hometown, but I will not return.

This place is gross!! The restroom was worse then a gas station restroom. I have come to this location many times but this will be the last time. I just don't understand why you can't keep it clean for the customer. Corporate office needs to do something about it.

They're too expensive never had what you want anymore. The only thing about johnstown Kroger is the staff. They're always nice, greet us with a smile 😊 and almost always have a bagger at every open register. That's one other issue. Why is it when you go on the busiest time of day and there's just two registers open? Sad

This Kroger is relatively small. But they still have a decent selection. The staff here are exceptional. Friendly, willing to help and great attitudes. One of the few, that still have a small town grocer feel.

I like shopping at Kroger because they offer coupons that are specific to my shopping needs. And you also get gas points that goes towards your price on gas. Also, if something new comes out, Kroger will most often have it available for purchase. And another great detail, they have a clearance section of items that maybe dented in shipping for a lower price. You think about it, most people like to look at clearance sections. I know I do! I have gotten products from it that I haven't tried before.Kroger is a pleasant place to shop.

This used to be my one and only, my favorite grocery store and I shopped here for years...however, it has gone downhill drastically....it smells bad, it is dirty, the shelves are not properly stocked, and it has the rudest employees i have ever dealt with... employees taking breaks are usually sitting out front smoking, which is inconsiderate of customers. I just ran in today for a few items and was reminded of the many reasons I usually shop elsewhere! I just don't understand why corporate allows this store to continue to exist under these conditions....gives the "kroger" name a terrible reputation. So sad.
