I tried questioning the costs of medicines and was told it was correct. After about 3 months go by, I find out that I am using someone else's insurance. The pharmacist tried to tell me to call my BCBS and see if they would refund me lol. Completely neglecting any mistake on CVS's part. Even the young people they hire here are pretty ugly. All around bad experience coming from someone who has used this location for the last 7 years.

You know when you call to get information and you hear, "Uhmm....I don't really know," then it's time to get a new pharmacy. The last thing anyone needs to do is pick up "A" prescription and end up in the morgue with a grieving family because the "I don't really know" lady gave you "Z" prescription. It's happened places before, but it's not happening to me! I've switched to Amazon Pharmacy and it's sooo much better!!!!

The pharmacist is excellent. I think her name is Cheryl. The tech named Blake is very good and helpful. Very busy when I was there but everything was running smoothly.
