Literally the nicest and most understanding people I have ever met. My dog screams like he is being murdered if I try to clip his nails. I brought him without scheduling an appointment and they accepted him and turned my baby’s monstrous toe nails to beautiful nails even though he was really squirmy. 💕 They had plenty of patience and got the job done😌 10/10 recommend

What a great experience! I called in and got an appointment right away. Drop off was quick and easy. The setup is really nice and the staff is super friendly. All around a great experience, clean pups, and affordable pricing. Highly recommend.

We have a beautiful Blue Merle Sheltie named Patches. Lloyd has always done a wonderful job grooming Patches making him look so handsome. They really love the animals they groom here. We drive all the way from Perry.

This is absolutely the best groomer in town. My fur baby was red tagged at the vets because they said he snapped at them when they clipped his nails. When I decided to take him here they have no problem with him and said he didn't even put the noose on him, he just sat like a good boy. Animals know who love them. Keep up the good work and God bless you for being kind and loving to our fur babies.

When I first called to make an appointment to groom my 6 pound chitzu I was given a price of $50.00 when I picked her up they told me it would be $65.00. I cannot see paying that much for a small dog. They did an awesome job grooming her though.

The first time I used them they did good. This time it was bad. They bathed my dog. Cut under tail but left the hair on her bag legs super long. They barely cut any hair on her body except her butter and her stomach. Definitely not worth $50. If I had picked her up I would have had them fix it, but unfortunately my son picked her up and didn't feel comfortable asking them to fix the horrible job. Time to get a new groomer.Edit: They reached out to me. It was a miscommunication on what I wanted. They asked me to bring her back. They fully groomed her and apologized for the issue. I am very happy with the outcome!

The Staff at this establishment are very Professional and take Pride in their work. They do their Best to work you in their busy schedule which means a lot after visiting other Groomers in town. Owners are truly animal lovers! I have two chihuahuas that do not like having their nails clipped and filed. Other places did a poor job or either gave up! The owners got the job done nicely and were very gentle!
