Can there be a zero stars. Horrible customer service and attitudes to spare. They don't greet you and act like asking for help is beyond their pay. If this is what good middle class people choose to deal with, try going to a bigger city. Any company who don't put their customers first deserve to be closed. Thanks.

The store used to look amazing but now, it's horrible. You can NOT walk down a lot of the aisles from rolltainers and boxes on the floor. There are so much merchandise missing from the shelves. I, being a ex-employee, believe that they need more people in there. They have sweet and professional employees in there but nothing is on the shelves, mainly it's all on the floor. No recovery, people stealing horribly. It's quite sad to go in there now. At least, the employees are nice and helpful.

This store is always overcrowded with merchandise in and around the isles which is a danger-hazard zone areaThere practically seems to be somebody new working the register almost everytime I visit there and that's approximately 2-3 times within a 2 week time span. Wait times at the register can be long and shoplifters can literally have a field day in this store if they wanted to. I go there for convenience of location and emergency runs but honestly prefer visiting another store when time permits.

Our Pembroke store has always look like a war zone. The store is dirty. They never have enough people working there. And the ones that do work there are only allowed so many hours. Dollar General Company evidently doesn't care about this store because it has been this way for several years now. The cashier who waited on me today was very sweet, and very helpful so I give her 10 stars.

The sales ladies are awesome. But when they get there new shipments in of merchandise. We customers can't even get down the isles or even look at anything on the shelf, so I have to drive 5 miles out of my way to another Dollar General that is always spotless.

I just rode a bicycle to this store an it’s 9:30 pm an there’s a sign that clearly says store hours 8 am - 10 pm but yet the doors are locked an they say they are closed

A complete war zone. You cant get any of the weekly deals because they literally NEVER stock the shelves. I've been in there several times with 2-3 people working and they are either chit chatting in the front or you have the guy that works there supposed to be stocking but instead he is playing his phone. This is the worst store I have ever been into. I go to the dollar general in Daisy, GA now that is literally down the road. It's always stocked and the people there are nicer. Don't waste you time on this store.

1 of my favorite favorite Dollar Generals, this store is usually neat and tidy. Shelves are always stocked with what I need, the only day it is just a little bit crowded is on truck day (thursday)when they're trying to put out their merchandise, but other than that I love this location.ever since they hired Brandy the Gm, she has really whipped this place into shape!

The store manager there is a great woman who does a great job. There assistant Alexis I believe, is a very hard worker and very friendly. Another associate Talia is a sweetheart and working hard as always definitely a keeper, this place is great and I would recommend it.

I think the DM needs to shape up. Staff is mostly not helpful and doesn't seem to really what to be there. I could run it much better , if they paid better and employed people that had some customer service skills. Total reflection of the Dollar General concept. What a shame in a very captive market in a small rural town.

This dollar general is disgusting. Only reason I'm even giving it 2 stars is because the employees I encountered were very nice. The isles were just piles of clutter the shelves were dirty and empty. Even the building looks old and nasty. They should just burn this while store down and start from scratch.

Staff friendly with all the customers.The MOD on staff was explaining to an elderly customer that they do not take debit/credit cards to pay for pre-paid cards. Who ever he was trying to purchase the ebay cards for kept giving him a hard time on the phone. She asked if she could possibly speak with the person. The person on the phone said fine. She tried to explain it to them directly that Dollar General no longer allows people to pay for prepaid cards with debit or credit. She handed the phone back to the customer. Whoever was on the other end continued to insist upon the eBay cards from the customer. So the MOD and the customer stepped a side, so other customers could make their purchases. The MOD was trying to explain to the customer that this was a chance of somebody trying to scam him.Praise God somebody was trying to help somebody from being scammed by these fraudulent people.

No matter what time of day I go in, I have to dodge or move boxes in isles. Also, I know that smoking is a personal choice but I believe it is very unprofessional for employees to be right at front door smoking. Especially when I have to pass through the cloud of smoke, them put it out right there just to come in to assist me.

Yesterday I slipped in y’all’s parking lot on some oil that was on the ground and hurt my leg very bad I can’t even walk now my husband went inside to tell y’all’s employee and she said oh well nothing I can do about it when he said he would be contact someone she said do what you gotta do how rude and unprofessional she didn’t even care to see if I was okay

This store is filthy. I have taken pictures of the floors which have not been mopped in since I don't know when. Lol. Never changes, long lines, poorly stocked shelves, Iles cluttered and barely passable, you have to get products off U-boats, rude employees. Under staffed! Simply hate this DG!

Very unorganized, very messy, stock to be put up still sitting in isles where you can't hardly get around it. But the staff is friendly and helpful but the need proper training and a good store cleaning.

They never got anything on the shelves there always emptied . People don't have any patience with only on one person at the register and they steal everything . I've seen them walk right out of the store with the alarm going off. Crazy

What can I say about Dollar general the prices are good sometimes they have things you need you can't find in town. It's worth stopping by you'll be surprised what you can find staff is always friendly 🙂

Too crowded with products in isles not where it's supposed to be. Staple foods not restocked accordinly. Today the store can't even open on time. They lost three sales because of it. This store is dirty and one of the worst.

Very displeased, with bags, boxes, all over the store. Could not reach many of the items, because they were stocking the shelves in the middle of the day. Only one customer at a time can walk in the shopping aisles. Often out of 🍞 bread.
