I definitely will not ever take any of my vehicles here again. My vehicle had no issues. I took it to them for an oil change. Immediately after it blew up with no oil in it. They first lied about coming and picking it up to take it to the shop to check it out. Then they lied to me about fixing it. That’s ok because my God will make a way. He knows what happend and who was at fault and imma let him handle it. I’ve been using them for years and never had any problems until now. If you get your oil changed there better be sure to check your filter and oil when you leave from there or you may be like me and wish you did.

I called to ask the guy if he could please help my daughter as she was coming into Pearson from another town with low air pressure. He told me no because he was about to go home. He knew she was traveling alone and from out of town.Disappointed mother

We are on the road, passing through Georgia, heading from Florida to South Carolina. Our van began having issues with the breaks and thankfully we came across Pearson’s. The guys were amazing, understanding that we are traveling, and got us in and out right away. The Best experience we could have asked for in our situation. Highly recommend them!!

We were heading to Helen GA to camp for the weekend. A tire blew out on our camper. Pearson Tires was the closest shop to us. We called ahead of time to make sure they had the tires we needed in stock. They did. We showed up 15 minutes later and were pulling away with new tires in 45 minutes. They worked diligently and fast for a customer showing up with no appointment. They did an awesome job. The tires were reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend this company. They did the work, and it was perfectly executed. They couldn't get my clutch replacement for two weeks, but it wasn't their fault!! I didn't have any where to be, so it didn't mess me up too much, but 4 stars for everything thing else. Trustworthy & Professional!!

The DeLeon family are great people as far back as I've known. And despite most locals being genuinely ignorant of the family i am not although I am a local.Service was prompt, competent, courteous, and without the normal vehicle service representatives attempts to increase cost.Enjoyed the visit.
