The pharmacy is unreliable! My MD called in prescription and they did not even have medication. Stated the ordered it and come back tomorrow. Came back still not ready. Then next day the worker had (female) very Kurt and rude. No apologies just excuses! Switching pharmacies!

Lately, where is the pharmacist! Hours are 9:00AM-12:00AM if I’m not mistaken. I went to pick up my prescriptions at 8:30 PM. twice this has happened; a sign on the window, ‘ pharmacist not on site’ all lights were turned off! Could not drop off or pick up prescriptions. I wished I had taken a photo, but hopefully they get it together. I really needed my RX I did not have time to drive around trying to find a different Walgreens, and who’s to say the other Walgreens would have given me my meds because, it’s not the location my doctor called it in to be filled.

Great pharmacy system got my flu shot for 30 and cov for free... no insurance just part A but it does take Medicaid part b for free shots. Boosters shots cost 120 and up ...

Man those young pharmacy technicians are rude and I am laughing at this girl that assisted me she had a nasty attitude…. She is a nobody! But she acted if she was important or think her job so important!!! Get a life child!! 🤔😂😂😂😂 I will report to the supervisor in the pharmacy department!!

I have been sick for 3 days, so I decided to make an appointment to get tested for the flu and covid. When I arrived, there was a woman there with her teen daughter-looked maybe 18 yrs of age. They were clearly walk ins. The mom saw me approach the counter and she immediately ran to the counter reaching around me as if I wasn’t there, basically shoving the clip board in the pharmacy tech’s face. The tech took it and proceeded to check me in. I went to sit down and as I was waiting to be called, the mom is glaring at me and the daughter is attempting to tell her about her plans for the day. As I am scrolling through my phone, the mom suddenly yells out “look at her hair all disheveled!! Oh you came to get your little flu shot”. YALL THIS PERSON WAS TALKING TO ME!. im sick, i could care less if my hair was in a messy bun.. so I think to myself - I don’t respond to trash like this, besides my energy is drained from being sick. So- i didn’t respond. The pharmacy tech us standing at the desk staring at her at this point, and another comes over and quickly administered the girl her shot and sent them on their way.All I could think was WOW- my first KAREN🙄. and yes! This trashy psycho was of course- a white woman🙄🙄🙄 Aint this something

This is for the Pharmacy only..... I've never seen rudeness until I experienced the pharmacy staff at this location. Personally the Pharmacy manager Benjamin Seagron who I spoke to today. I called after having a major surgery asking questions on what I need to do to get a reimbursement on my medications that I have never been charged that amount for. I've been a member of the pharmacy for over 4 years and mother heard the conversation and asked Ben to slow down because he rudely tried to rush me off the phone without giving the details I needed to submit the documents for a PA. First I was never called or text as normal to pick up my medications. I also asked at the time of drop off could someone call me with the pricing for my medications and no one ever did, my partner had to get them for me and they didn't even explain that I needed a PA. I'm a manager over a Primary Care office and I would never make my patients feel the way Ben did today being that it's really sick patients in need of care. I don't like how he also huffed and puffed at me like it's not apart of his job to help a customer. I'm very disappointed on how I was treated and you guys need to have a reteach on how your employees should talk to customers. Benjamin should not be overseeing anyone in the field of medicine with that attitude. I will be seeking out to Corporate in regards to code of ethics. This is not the first time he has seemingly not like his job or friendly with customers. This is sad you have someone working for you acting like a monster.

A pharmacy tech named Shravan is the most rude and unfriendly tech I've ever had to encounter. He had no manners & no sense of urgency when it comes to the drive thru line. I pulled up to the window and it took him 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. He definitely needs to work on his customer service skills and time management skills.

Went there this weekend, store smelled like straight sewage. Went in tonight to load a card, guy said they can't load cards today. Not the first time it has happened. Why offer a service if you're just not gonna do it. Never has a manager there with a key or code to approve sales. Not to mention the terrible attitudes the employees have. If you don't wanna work there.....just quit. Stop giving ppl attitude bc you're unhappy with your life choices.

LOVE Walgreens, cannot stand this location. I drive further to go to a different store. The staff are rude and not helpful, and I've had nothing but issues with the multiple purchases I've made here. I do not recommend at all.

Went to the drive through pharmacy where I had to wait 20 minutes for Shravan to get my prescription. Not only was he extremely rude, but he looked confused the entire time. I do not feel comfortable with someone like this handling medication and do not recommend this pharmacy if you can help it.

Caucasian male enjoys attacking younger females based off of their purchases and makes extremely rude comments to them and claims he’s “joking”. Cannot believe the nerve of these employees. Manager could care less when the issue was brought to her attention. Just goes to show they allow their employees to discriminate and harass their customers. Would not recommend going here if you want to make purchases in peace with decent customer service.

I went to buy 4 products which I separated in 2 small orders.One order was of two sunscreens which had tags for buy 1 get one 50% off... the cashier didn't want to honor this as she was ready to put them away under the counter because it wasn't ringing up the sale in her register.. I had to tell her a few times that I wanted the products and them to honor or verify the sale as the tags were there and I read them many times to confirm they were these products (which they were and the sale was on date).So then comes a rude customer saying... this always happens, she's always doing this, I need to go, she's always holding up the line, I need to go (this was just my 2nd time there in about 4 months or so and I just moved here so in actually... all my life)... this customer was waiting for literally one minute and started his attitude. (But I said nothing back, I'm a very calmed and respectful person... it takes a lot to get me to respond to nonsense but he was starting to get on my nerves)Then the cashier (with a bothered attitude) tells the other worker who had the card to void, change or authorize a purchase... he walked two or three steps behind the counter and looked as he was going to check the sale tags but didn't even leave the counter area and just said "I don't have time for this"... and told the cashier to process the sale with no friendly attitude either.The cashier messed up the transaction a few times which then meant that this "manager" had to give his card to fix her mistakes. This cashier was not friendly at all.I will not cause a scene but I know I have the right to be honored whatever sale they have, even more if it's an on going sale. It's NOT my obligation to leave an item just because they feel they don't have to do their job. No!!For my second transaction of 2 items, she didn't even wait for me to hand her my $20, she just took it from the counter (almost under my purse) and after she had it in her hands, she asked "you are going to pay with this right?"...At the end.. I said thank you a couple of times (just to be courteous, even if she wasn't) when I was putting away my change and she didn't even respond until I looked right at her eyes waiting to be attended with good customer service and when she noticed me looking at her then she responded with something...not even understandable and with no serviceable/ politeness tone at all.Ohhh... she didn't even let me put my change back in my purse because she had already called the next customer to pay... where was the social distancing there?! Mind you, I had my son with me too. It was rude and unpleasant to buy just 4 items in this store. I don't even want to think of the customer service if someone has to purchase a small grocery or various products from this store.Walgreens, you can do better... get rid of any worker that doesn't know how to attend a customer with respect. They are not giving any service, they are just affecting this store.

I had stopped shopping Walgreens for 2 reasons: lack of customer service and routinely overcharged. February 14, 2022 I ventured back in to Walgreens located on Jaybird Alley and Peachtree Parkway. Bam! They got me again. Overcharged on Blue Belle ice cream 7.99 on sale for 5.99. 2$ overcharged. Customer service? They do not greet, offer to help, etc.I now must drive back to thus Walgreens for my refund. Your Company cost me money and gas.I look forward to hearingfrom you.Allison Levierge

I received a 60 gram tube of Clobetsol Prop from their pharmacy. I have used this cream to treat Eczema several times. When I opened it, it was watery and I thought they had given me the gel version. Twice I tried it anyway and it did not work, like it always had in the past. My wife and I concluded it had been liquified somehow. It was not the gel version. I wanted to exchange my nearly full tube of defective medication for a new one. But the Walgreens pharmacist told me to contact the manufacturer ! I did try but discovered it is made in Spain and got no response from them. After my Aetna insurance co-pay, this tube is $80. I threw it out. Walgreens does not stand behind the products they sell their customers. Go someplace else that you can trust.

Excellent service. A thousand congratulations and thanks to the Latin boy who is in the pharmacy. He had already heard him asking a few questions before delivering a medicine. Today it was my turn, before he gave me the medicine, the first thing he did with a genuine expression was to ask "Are you pregnant? And as if you wanted to give me the medicine" I thought it was excellent from him. So sweet.!

Pharmacist is no good here. Find a different pharmacy. There was a simple issue with my prescription (I was told to take the meds for 16 days and I was only given 8). The doctor didn’t respond so I was out of luck. Pharmacist at this location would do nothing. Called another Walgreens and they said it wasn’t a problem to give me extra doses to hold me over. In other words, this pharmacist just made the choice to not help. Go somewhere else.

Went to the pharmacy for the first time and didn't have a good experience. They weren't friendly or willing to go beyond passing meds. Maybe that's the culture there or they were just so busy that they couldn't give me their undivided attention or even pretend to appreciate me being there. The first person to "help" me told me that "she didn't know what insurance I had" when I asked her what kind of card she needed - would it be something like a Blue Cross Blue Shield card. Sorry for asking a stupid question but I never use my civilian insurance since I would normally use my VA insurance if I pick up any prescriptions. I sat down and pulled up my insurance card on my phone and went back to another person to "help" me. She was the same as the first. I was told the wait would be 30-40 minutes. I asked what the cost was but she couldn't tell me because "it wasn't typed up yet" (whatever that means) and didn't offer anymore information. At that point, this was the second person who was not nice to me so I said I'll just go. She handed back my prescription with absolutely NO regard for my patronage. I'd rather be in pain than to let them help me.

Whenever I need an OTC med after hours or prescription filled for a drug 4hat I can't get immediately this is my go to pharmacy. As I read the reviews, it was obvious so many thought they were too privileged to have to wait or pay attention to checkout. Sure the register should ring the correct price, but you're standing there. PAY ATTENTION! And your kid is in pain and you can't resolve the issue immediately, pay cash !nd file for reimbursement. I would not allow my kid to be in pain over some as minor. Grow up and see both sides.

I stop at this Walgreens at least 3 mornings a week. There is a Hispanic young lady who works overnight that is ALWAYS on her cell phone or so engrossed in conversation with some young man that she NEVER greet customers! She even text while waiting on customers! Young people in these times know absolutely nothing about customer service let alone good customer service!

Young girl with a “Guatemala” lanyard literally went through the ENTIRE transaction without eye contact, and she was texting the entire time. Did not say hello. Said NOTHING until she read my total, and was looking at/using her phone the whole time. I HATE that this is the only Walgreens, in the area, with these hours because the employees here are the rudest, least considerate people I’ve ever encountered at a Walgreens

This particular store is near my office. There is a cashier, Shelby, that is very friendly and helpful to everyone. It’s just nice to have someone there who stands out and interacts the way he does. A breath of fresh air.

Very poor customer service. On Christmas day my child got sick and our doctor sent a prescription. I was on hold 2x 30 min to get to speak to someone. They told me they didn't have it. I called the doctor and she said she had left a message for them since noone picked up the phone. I called the pharmacy again, waited 50 min and they hung up on me. After that decide to call customer service, they transfered me 4 times and finally got to the pharmacy and the hung up again. Called 2 more times, same thing. Finally asked for a store manager, unfortunately disn't get his name. Spoke to him, he kept telling me how busy they were. All I wanted was to talk to someone and ask if they can tell me how long before the prescription is filled. The manager was not very polite, it felt as almost it was my fault they were so busy. He promised to check with the pharmacy and call me back. Never called back. Overall I spent 1/2 day trying to figure out my child's medicine, but got it sent to Kroger and was ready early next day when they opened. Good job, Walgreens. You lost me as a customer. Well done.

The pharmacy is a joke. If you want someone handling medication for you that could care less about you, then go here. A group of incompetent, inconsiderate employees. Avoid the pharmacy here. They do not know what they are doing! After hours of waiting on a medication for a child that was in the hospital all day, I go in to check on it, and was told sorry your insurance doesn't cover it so we didn't fill it. They never thought to call and tell us that. How long would we have waited if we hadn't checked?! Now it's too late to take the prescription anywhere else. So our child will suffer all night until we can get somewhere else to fill it in the morning. All they has to say was sorry, that happened before they were on shift... how inconsiderate!

They make up rules here. Called to see if they had a medication in stock and they said they can’t give that out over the phone with no ID. So how were they able to at another location? Thanks, no thanks. Your assumption that everyone that has a prescription for a controlled substance could be an addict is false and quite honestly disgusting.

My girlfriend had an operation on her ankle after being up all night because of nervous about her operation. We dropped off the script at 2:23 pm. We were told 90 minutesIt has now almost 2 hours and still they don't have it ready. She is in a lot of pain and the waiting line at the drive thru pharmacy is full of other frustrated customers. Unacceptable and you lost a formerly loyal customer. Good job, morons.

I came in for the Aquafina special for 4.49 with card, normally I have had other Walgreens honor other packs of water for that price since they had it in the Aquafina spot on the shelf. Not this Walgreens, the cashier pretty much told me the sale had been going on for two weeks and it's too bad you didn't get here in time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ran in today to make a quick purchase. A customer in front decided to grab something else in the store while everyone else waited. The cashier Lori never voided the transaction to ring up the next in line, nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. I said to myself outloud “I should’ve just gone to wal-Mart”. She then took it upon herself to comment to me saying I still can. I’m well aware of what I CAN and CANT do. My comment was not directed to her so she had no right discussing the matter. When the customer finally made it back to the counter I pushed my items up on the counter and because one fell off from on top of the other she decided to try and take it personal and say “the next time you throw something at me I will have it where you never shop here again. She was buying a pregnancy test have some compassion”. Enough is enough. I left my items and walked out. I never picked an item off the counter up so how in the world was it thrown at her??? What’s funny is I’m supposed to have compassion for a cashier allowing a line to be held up for someone to run and grab a pregnancy test, but I’m the one 6 mnths pregnant standing in line ready and waiting? Horrible customer service.

The Walgreens is good but lately has been understaffed and unable to adequately handle the increase in customers over the last few months. HIGHLY suggest Walgreens look into expanding the pharmacy. It's the only 24-hour pharmacy in the area and the surrounding suburbs continue growing in population density.
