A marginal shopping experience accompanied with the usual no-help associates. WM is continually complaining about losses at self-checkouts - I had a full trolley of merch & wouldn't you know it, NOT A SINGLE CASHIER LANE WAS OPEN - thus forced to use self-checkout, a slow and exasperating ordeal. The associate in this area was only concerned with my double-bagging canned goods & other heavy items, telling me that's the reason their prices are always increasing!! šš©I'll never use this particular WM again... Amazon shopping is looking better & better š

Always love their Tire and Auto Department here! Top notch service, super friendly, fast and efficient. Best of all, actually competitive price! Today I got full cleaning, full synthetic oil change and new wiper blades for less than $80! Highly recommended!

Walmart shopping experience can be a bit scary and annoying due to long lines and check lines not being up and operating for customers. Why?????Great experience at this Walmart. I will travel here just for the peaceful experience but hey that says alot about the area it's in, right?

It's never fully stocked, staff are lazy, no help, and their self checkouts are a joke! All cards, maybe 1 or 2 self checkouts that actually takes cash, if you're lucky. Store is not clean! Watch out for card skimmers!!! My card was hacked 3 different times at this store!!!!!

My daughter was sick in bed. Still needed groceries for her husband and daughter.. so she placed an order for pick up. After a quick check to make sure I wasn't ripping anyone off. The kind and friendly young man loaded my truck, and I was on my way. Easy pezzy. I've never used Walmart for groceries before, but after this experience, I'll be back!

This Walmart is always clean and employees are always helpful. Speaking of employees, remember when that fire incident happened and this location was shut down for a good period. I ran into Peachtree City employees that were sent to other Walmart locations. Each employee kept saying they couldn't wait until Peachtree City was back up and running to be able to go back. When you here it from the inside, it's real.

This Walmart is the WORST for curbside pickup! Extremely long wait times even when pickup is outside of peak hours. Once I waited 45 min until I finally left without my grocery order. Thought Iād give them a try one more timeā¦nothing has changed. Not to mention, if you go into the store, there are no employees at registers. You must check yourself out (not a big deal unless you have a cart full of groceries which you must scan and bag) and there are tons of employees that are paid to stand around and monitor self checkout or review your receipt on the way out, just to ensure youāve done your self checkout properly.It should be rated 0 stars.

I stopped here to check out a black stone grill for my son. I bought a black stone 36 in griddle with two air fryers in it last spring and it is the best outdoor toy that I have. I absolutely love it and my son is wanting one. It was a little hard to find someone to help me but once I did, they gave me all the answers I was looking for.

Bought tires online and financed them on website even signed up for Walmart+ after agreeing to pay for amount $476.06 for 4 tires and installation and premium tire services for any issues that may arise....when I got tires installed on 04/17 they stated that i had to pay additional for the installation and premium services...I advised them and showed them that I had paid for everything in full...now got email that shows cancelled services which means that if I have tire issues I am screwed thus loosing my purchase...after chatting with help desk or lack of help desk....they told me that I will have to purchase those services again...I asked for a resolution phone number to go higher but gave me help desk number or lack of help desk which is same department...because of this I will not purchase any auto services with Walmart will not renew Walmart + and now I have no choice but to seek legal council to advise me and my rights at the state and federal level...

The grocery pickup is good. I usually don't wait a terribly long time. The inside of the store is clean, but, just like other stores, you have to check yourself out.

Nothing ever rings up the price on display or price on shelf tag. Pay attention. I'd rather shop anywhere else. Tons of teens hang out in store and loiter in parking lot. But safe walmart. Top in area. Normally clean and stocked well.

Kudos to Jose and Anthony for their services, but Travis who was the lead or manager as he put in the automotive department shame on you!!! On Sunday March 10 around 930 a.m . I went to Walmart in Peachtree City, Ga 30269, and although the store advertised openings at 7: 00 if try to get service before 11:00 it will always be a 3 hour delay, and so I went there to purchase a battery Jose looked it up I purchased it and took it with me because I was told it was a 3 hour delay. Came back with Battery close to 1, and Anthony puts in my car information into the Walmart automated system and told me that I was given the wrong battery and so we went in and here is where Travis comes in keep in mind that I just purchased the battery around 11, and so Travis test the battery for voltage and I ask did I get the battery myself and my response was, I would not purchase a battery without checking to see if I had the right one. OkAnthony gets the battery and Travis ok it, Anthony attempts to show Travis the receipt and then I ask Travis the price and he said it should be the same price, again attempted to give receipt toTravis and he said I can take care of the matter when the battery is installed, battery installed not the same price as previous and Travis denied ever telling that he told me that both batteries should be the same price, and then I told him he needs to honor what he said, and he then told me I can either pay for the battery or he will have it taken out, oh really, I then add ask for a manager he said that he was the manager back their and that he was going to be the only one that I was going to deal with and I threatened to call customer service and then he finally called a manager but it was too late because I was on the phone with customer service, and he continued to be disrespectful saying he did not put the battery in and I told know you didnāt because as you stated your just the lead and your only paper pushing, and long story short they honored what he quoted, so I guess the manager told him to make it right because when he heard me on the phone he said too late she is already on the phone with customer service. Make sure you get the price of a battery, tire or any service before hand because the will try to scam you by telling you the price afterwards and you will have to call them on it and this happens all the time at the Union City, Walmart 30291, that is why the will never get any service from me, and now I be looking elsewhere for service other than Walmart, Travis thought because I am an African American Women that I was just going to fold under and let him intimidate me and he found out the hard way.

I used to shop here quite often but this was my first time since the reopening.I got to the register and wanted to use my Ebt card but it wouldn't accept my pin number. I had extra on my debit and two gift cards so I figured no big deal. The two gift cards went through, but then it wouldn't accept my debit card.It kept shutting off before I could even put in my pin number. The cashier called over a manager who was instantly rude and swore something was wrong with my card but then said they would either end the transaction or I could use the ATM to pull cash. The ATM was broken so then she insisted we do a cash pull from another register which came with a $3.74 fee. We did this and it worked but she couldn't explain to me why if something was wrong with my card we could still pull money from another register. This was completely uncalled for. I was treated like a crook because the original register didn't work. I come to the nice side of town so I don't have to deal with rude people and broken equipment. If you're trying to be careful with your spending I wouldn't recommend coming here. I now have to readjust my budget to accommodate the mistake they made because they don't know how to troubleshoot their system. It's sad when you're only job is handling transactions and you completely goof it up when a problem occurs.

The "pickup" service at this Walmart is fantastic. I used it exclusively during the pandemic where I felt secure with my purchases. I've continued because of the great service and the ease of getting exactly what I need with the least effort and money. Professional and friendly salespeople. This is my favorite way to buy groceries.

Re: Auto Service DepartmentM Arrived at the tire center and waited in my car for 10 minutes. No one approached me so I headed inside. Another customer that came after me stated they told her to wait by the car so I turned around. The gentleman that greeted knew nothing about Walmart + service discounts so he went inside for the team lead. The confusion they had with me ordering my tires online was too much so I cancelled it and redid the order with them. I wanted an 1 hour and 10 minutes to find they not only had not started my car but had not printed out the work order. Multiple cars were in the service garage by this time and I was told it would take another hour to put my tires on. I could not wait any longer because I had a 3pm doctorās appointment. It was now 2:23pm. As they tried to figure out what happened I was asking to please return my keys because I was so late. I told them I could buy the tires because my store did not have them yet I will not take my chances coming back because of so much confusion I had experienced with them first talking to me about another customers car and not even starting on my. The team lead offered me a $30 discount for my inconvenience. Yet once the manager came up he made me even later by first not honoring the team leads discount offer then not taking accountability for his negligent staff. He told me do you want the $20 gift card or not for buying the tires from us. They should be thankful I even continued to shop with them. Then he did not know how to use the register to issue the gift card. He had to take more time finding someone to help him. As he did that I searched for someone to place my tires in. He finally returned and asked someone. They took their time so I had to help them get my tires in the car. Finally after helping load them I came in and he had figured out how to issue the gift card. So much training all around needs to happen at this store. I didnāt leave until 3:05 and due to that was issues a $45 fee from my doctor for missing the appointment. I will never trust to have any more services at the Peachtree City Walmart. I was not the only one having issue either. It was a mess and the manager took no real accountability or care to fairly compensate for the time and loss the customers had to endure. All he was worried about was getting his full payment for the tires that could not be installed due to their negligence.

Everytime I go to Walmart of Newnan. I become amazed at how badly it's ran, that I remind myself that by now, I should expect a bad experience at some point (more like multiple) there. There's a handful of great employees that keep it going and of course it's prime location. Walmart needs to step in here and remodel it's staffing, starting with the management down.

I'd give it 5 stars if there was self checkout. The Walmart heirs must be so happy, adding $3 to their heaps of money every time they make me checkout myself, which involves at least one call for help when it double scans and refuses to unscan it. Two times last I went, and have to wait each time.

Employee was really not understanding the halloween sell. It said "nothing excluded" so I got the makeup š then it didn't show the sell. She said not everything. I told her what the sign said and she said what management said. Let the sign match the sell or don't have it there at all.She was rude and unkind and pop an attitude. I thought Peachtree city was better š clearly not.

Really upset. Purchased Xbox during Black Friday sale. Paid for in full and scheduled pickup for Sunday. 2 hours before pickup get a cancelled order notice that they sold it out fro. under me. Isn't it reasonable to think if an item is purchased in full, credit card charged, and pickup scheduled that the item should be in a secure area waiting for me to pick it up. Apparently PTC Walmart does not agree. Do not trust them to honor your online orders!!!! Now the sale is over and I have to pay an extra $100.

I had a very frustrating experience here. Walmart was having a noteworthy Black Friday sale related to iPhones, and I tried to start the process online. The process indicated that I needed to complete the phone upgrade in person at the mobile section of Walmart. I called my local Walmart and the mobile team wasnāt in that day, so I called this branch and they told me the mobile team was getting in at noon.Here is where it all goes downhill. I arrive, and the mobile team isnāt there. They say they will be there around 12:30. Annoying, but ok. Then it hits 12:30, and no one arrives. Then 12:50, and no one is there. Finally, a manager comes out and tells me that the mobile phone team isnāt coming until 3pm.Apparently they contract with an outside organization, and āhave no idea what their schedule is, and no way to find out.ā First of all, what a bonkers way to run a business. Second of all, why not just tell me that up front instead of having me waste 2+ hours of my time?Regardless of if this was the staff or the mobile contractorās fault, it was a huge unorganized waste of time. They did nothing to make this right or attempt to rectify the situation, which is disappointing. Save your time and support other businesses that attempt to help the customer.
