This is a wonderful resource for the community. We have had all our immunizations here, our Shingrix vaccine, our Pneumonia vaccine, our COVID shots and boosters. Our prescriptions are filled automatically and waiting for pickup, plus the store is stocked with absolutely everything imaginable over the counter, all at good prices. The staff is wonderful AND now they take FedEx shipments and will hold your packages for you. A great convenient resource

Awesome service… always polite and helpful. Everyone is just trying to get by these days. People don’t seem to realize how difficult their job is. If everyone could just be a little kinder please. The pharmacy team has helped me for years. I am very appreciative of them all.

Ever since Walgreens took over the Riteaid that I used the service has declined tremendously. I always have issues filling prescriptions filled. The will contact me and say that my meds are ready to pick up but once there, they say that it isn’t ready and for me to come back later.

They will not answer the phone. My wife transferred a prescription from our hometown Walgreens to the Peachtree city store on 74S & Holly Grove. She called and talked to the pharmacy tech at 10 am. 8 hours later the automated response says the order is still being processed. I can’t reach anyone in the store by phone. I just sat on hold for 25 minutes and eventually the message stopped playing and the music changed, so I gave up. Terrible service at this store.

This Walgreens is always lacking merchandise/products. Their fridges along the wall with drinks have been broken for MONTHS without fixing. It seems they barely replenish their products, what is this place?

I waited today over 35 mins in the drive through to pick up a prescription. I’ve never waited less than 15 mins. So slow.

The worst Walgreens to get through on the phone and the drive up pharmacy has to be the slowest ever.

Waited 2 hours for a simple antibiotic prescription.
