I truly love this vet. They are always so helpful and kind to me and my fur babies. They deserve 5 stars!!That being said my last visit was a little uncomfortable for my old dog because the whole buildings AC has been out! Since around January?! He was panting the majority of our visit.Summer is approaching fast and it’s unfair the whole Petco staff has to work in those conditions everyday. I hope it gets fixed soon!

The staff were wonderful, very accommodating, and pleasant. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the A/C. It was extremely hot. If it wasn’t for the great service I would have gave it a one star

The staff did everything they could to keep my family and our pet comfortable for what is always an unpleasant experience. They have explanations for every step and allowed us to take as much time as we needed. It was the worst day but they did everything they could to bring empathy and have during our loss. We will never forget that

This is such a GREAT place....I'm real picky when it comes to me taking my dog to have a check up or even a sick visit however Petco really welcomed us in like we were family. The staff at the Peachtree City Vetco office are the kindest people. They are so helpful & caring! They have always answered my questions & helped in any way they could. Dr Byas is THE BEST vet I have ever encountered!! Thank you Peachtree City Vetco!!!

so disappointing. appointment was at 3:45pm, didn’t hear anything while waiting in an examine room until 25mins later when we went to find out what was taking so long. we were toldwe would have to wait another 10mins-15mins until my cat was seen. what is the point of an appointment if we aren’t going to be seen until 35mins-40mins after the selected time?wasted my mine & my cat’s time. he’s a nervous cat, i know those 25mins were not fun for him. they weren’t fun for me, either. disappointing.i would have at least appreciated being told about the delay at some point during those 25mins after my cat’s set appointment time.i hate that i put my cat in a kennel and drug him out of the house for nothing.i NEVER leave reviews for places, it just isn’t a habit of mine. but as an overprotective cat mom, i’m going to complain. so unbelievably unfair to my cat.i hope my review conveys just how angry and disappointed i am with vetco.

This past weekend, my 12 year old pup got really sick. I was BESIDE myself with worry, and every office I called wanted after hours fees because it was the weekend. Our normal vet, that we've used for 12 years, told me it would be $175 just to come in to the office. I got online with Vetco, booked a new pt appointment and saw them Monday. Not only did thet take great care of my dog, and for a reasonable price, (my total bill was only $177, INCLUDING 5 meds,) but they made me feel comfortable and like I could trust what they were saying. Dr. Cannady was wonderful and her assistants couldn't have been kinder to me and to my very sick dog. She's now feeling better, I'm not homeless after an emergency vet bill, and we've made some new friends!!

Really enjoyed the customer service that we received and all the helpful information. They took care of my dog and her pain. The staff was awesome the receptionist and the doctor will definitely return.

The team and doctors are amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Kristi, Vicki, Jackie, Holly , Dr Bias and Louann were wonderful. They loved and treated my pet as one of their own and kept me updated thru the day on his surgery progress. I would highly recommend them for any veterinary needs. 5 stars

Sadly we had to go here to put down our 14 year Greyhound Lab mix Phoenix. But the staff couldn't have been any nicer. Phoenix was suffering and had numerous issues. But they were very fast and efficient and compassionate.

Dr. Byas, Kristina, and Holly were amazing! I brought my Lola in because she was having seizures, in fact she had one while we were there. Kristina acted quickly and took Lola to Dr. Byas, they got Lola to calm down and the seizure to subsided. Dr. Byas then came in to talk to me, he shook my hand, introduced himself, and explained what was going on. He came up with a plan of care, and showed me what to include in Lola's food since she won't eat dog food. Kristina advised how to get Lola's prescription filled, and even told me how I could save a bit if money! Holly was great in that she took the time to call pharmacies to locate one that could fill the prescription, i had gone to 8 different pharmacies but no one had the dosage that was prescribed. The staff at this location were extremely welcoming and caring, this has been the best experience we've had with a Vetco location so far!
