Took my Doodle in for a bath and cut. he has been going there since a puppy. After driving home it was obvious that he didn't get bathed. I noticed him shaking his head quite a bit. I checked his ears and there was noticeable gashes. No one mentioned my dog was injured. Called the store and was told the groomer wasn't in. The lasersons grew larger and was quite alarming.Had to take him to the vet and now he is on anxiety medicine, pain meds, antibiotics and has to go in every 3 days to get his wound taken care of.Not only was it an arm in a leg for his initial visit (not washed and injured). He had to be taken to another groomer to be bathed and a vet visit and ongoing vet appointments and STILL NO CALL FROM THE OWNER.BEWARE. No pet should have to suffer like this.

Ollie loves to come to daycare here. He’s always tuckered out after his time there, which is what I was wanting! All the staff that I have met has all been very nice. They are accommodating and helpful when I call on the phone or message.

I want to first say that since moving to Union City, GA 2 years ago I've been bringing my pup here and only recently have we noticed the lack thereof.Okay so first my pup is a 3-year-old, he's a Standard Poodle (70lb +).We always get a full groom which is $150 +, according to the person that answers the phone a full groom is ears cleaned, teeth brushed, bath, cut, nails, and private area trimmed.Late 2023 I noticed that he would come home with still hair in his ears, I wasn't sure so I asked and they said "Oh yes it's included sorry if she didn't get to it this time you can bring him back". Automatic NO! because before I swiped my card for payment everything should have been checked off...Alright we're all human and make mistakes let's try again...We went back everything was done, awesome amazing.I started to notice when I stopped checking his ears were fuzzy again. So my pup some how developed allergies, he's never been affected by allergies before but sure fine okay.I noticed he had a bad rash on his sides, his hair was falling out and he was so itchy.So I told the groomer let's cut it all off, we took his hair all the way down. I was fine with that because I wanted him to heal. Took him for his bath last week 4/18. Paid $70 no mention of what was or wasn't included, the only thing I didn't want was him cut because helloooo he's already naked.My baby came home with fur in his ears YET AGAIN!!!! He cried trying to scratch his ears, so I took him for an emergency appointment.Our vet said that he not only had an ear infection, but there was bacteria and yeast build up for months. I told her that's crazy because he just left the groomers YESTERDAY, she said if you just took him to the groomer why is there so much fur in his ears? She said you need to find a new groomer ASAP because they don't care about your babies well-being.Didn't have to tell me twice, one thing I don't play about is my fur baby.I called to cancel his appointment that I had already set for May. I told the young lady what happened and guess the response I got?"I'm so sorry to hear that, I hope you have a great day".

Amazing! We brought our boy here yesterday for a full groom which includes, nail trim, hair cut, bath and he smell good and look good when we picked him up. I highly recommend them.

I have gone to a few other places before getting a recommendation for U Dirty Dog Peachtree. Page is beyond exceptional she is spectacular. We started with a consultation and she even pulled out swatches which is a first for me. When my mini poodle came out for the reveal I was floored. Page understood the assignment… Fantastic service and great positive vibes. Did I mention how happy I am with the service, cause I am.

Traveler loves daycare! Wonderful caring staff who took great care of our puppy. The facility is clean & well organized. The staff answered all of my quaint and assured me that my boy would get the exercise & care he needed. First time my dog has been groomed. They had patience with her, even though she is scared of everything. She smelled clean (this picture is not from the same day as the haircut). She looked so much cuter with the pink pins they put on her ears.

My pup stayed here for a weekend and apparently loved it! He was such a happy boy when I picked him up. They even gave him a quick bath the last day. ♥️ Will definitely come back for boarding and self-washing!

When I boarded my pet for 6 days it was agreed that he would get groomed the day before I picked him up. The morning of pick up I was told he would not get groomed due to bookings. Why wasn't that said to me before my $210 boarding bill. Never again..

We took our Manny to U Dirty Dog in PTC for a bath. We found the location easily, the staff was helpful and friendly, the facility was clean and setup well. The tubs are large with all sorts of supplies on hand from drying towels by the box to shampoo, conditioner, and aprons to protect your clothes. We will be back to U Dirty Dog 🐕 for sure!

So far so good! Troy seems to be super knowledgeable, and his employees are top notch. Shout out to Connor & Cayla, who put me at ease when leaving my other son (pup) for boarding.. He's been there going on 2 weeks now, and when I went to 'check' him 'out' for a couple hours for a trip to the dog park, he was wagging his tail when we got back to U Dirty Dog.. That tells me that my puppy is being treated well and was happy to return (although I must admit, it seems harder on me than on my dog..but I'm glad he's enjoying his vacation 🐶 ).*Update* Still everything is going well. I brought my puppy's blanket and pillow to him because we're having to board him for a longer amount of time than previously planned. I got our pup this Labor Day weekend just so we could spend some much needed time together, but will have to take him back again tomorrow. Cayla is keeping his motel room comfy for him, and even offered to wash his blanket and pillow! I really appreciate these guys; most every employee I've met thus far appears to be super powered animal lovers!! Thank you guys, thank you so much for caring for one of my most precious loved ones ❤️

I absolutely love this place! And even more importantly, my giant furry beast dog actually likes going there too. They know her by name and greet us whenever we walk in. The self bathing for pets is great! Super fair price, and they provide everything you need. They have a great boarding facility where you can tell the employees love taking care of the animals. To top it off, they have a huge variety of healthy and top of the line pet food and treats. The owner is amazing. Stop in and say hello to Troy and check out their facility. I promise, you won't want to take your pets anywhere else.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my grooming experience at U Dirty Dog and my email interaction with the owner. After picking my dog up from a full groom, there were 2 noticeable wounds located on his stomach. I understand small scratches can occur during a shave, but these were not the results of a small mishap.I was never notified that an incident occurred. Not only should my dog not be harmed during a groom, but I should have been notified immediately.I emailed U Dirty Dog and explained the situation in hopes of preventing this from happening to another dog. The email I received in response belittled the injuries present and did little to resolve the situation.When taking a dog to a groomer, it is expected that the health and safety of the dog should be of utmost importance. By failing to notify owners of incidents that occur during grooms, U Dirty Dog displays a lack of care for the dogs they interact with.

Great facility but in self wash area, the water was so very hot, even to my touch. We could not adjust the temperature.🔥We tend to assume that the optimum temperature to bath our dogs in is what feels warm enough on our own skin. However water that feels warm to our touch is over 38°C, and is in fact too warm for your dog’s bath. It s/b adjusted as to keep your pooch comfortable and from panicking. At least allow your clients to adjust the temperature.

I've used U Dirty Dog multiple times for grooming, boarding and daycare. Online booking is simple but the staff is also very friendly and helpful. I know she's well taken care of because she always comes home feeling good and looking great! I have other options closer to my house but the overall experience makes the drive 100% worth it. I just wish I would have found U Dirty Dog sooner.

Great self-service dog wash! They provide all the necessary tools. We also used them for last minute boarding. It was fine under the circumstances, but we would prefer solid walls dividing the kennels.
