I picked up medicine for my friend not knowing anything about this fabulous pharmacy. They knew her personally and made sure all her medicines were up to date. I found out they deliver as well. No wonder this was her pharmacy choice.

I needed a liquid antibiotic for my animal and they were the only place around that could do it. I was in a tight time crunch and they mixed it up in 15 min for me. Great pharmacy and I would highly recommend

Conveniently located. Super helpful and friendly staff. Free delivery in the Peachtree City area. Most prescriptions are filed in 15 minutes or less. Pediatric/Flavor compounding, Pain management compounding, Dermatology/ Cosmeceutical compounding, Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and Veterinary compounding are things you can get here, but you would not find commonly in a big box store pharmacy.

On Tuesday August 15th, I walked into the pharmacy. There were a few people behind the counter; however, the female that I made direct contact with (she was standing closest to me) refused to acknowledge me. She was making eye contact that made me very uncomfortable. I finally told her that I was there to pick a prescription/stated my name. I haven’t been there before so I didn’t know the protocol. She very “dryly” said to go to the register and she looked in that direction. JUST RUDE! I proceeded to go down to the end of the counter where she directed me and got my prescription filled. But what really gets me is this …….as I was walking towards the EXIT, another lady walked into the store, made a few steps in, and this same employee greeted the lady with a cheerful “how can I help“. I will never step foot in the store again! I’m not sure if she’s a racist or what her problem is, but I refuse to be disrespected and give my money at the same time.

OMG after dealing with the rude Ahole teenagers at CVS, this pharmacy is a joy. I have switched all my meds to here. If I never set foot in a CVS again it will be pure joy. The employees at the Pharmacy Place are polite, helpful and actually friendly. I made a point to visit all my Dr.s and ask them to change my preferred pharmacy to The Pharmacy Place. Life changer

The Pharmacy Place is a wonderful pharmacy. I hesitated to switch for years. Wow once I did I have been nothing but thrilled with the amazing service and experience. I was concerned about not having a drive thru option. Well I do not miss that at all. Prescriptions are always ready in no time at all. Lastly I love to support local business!!!!

Never left their unsatisfied, they actually knew your name when you walk in the door! Manager of store is very nice along with all staff. The male Owner however, is very rude with abrasive communication claiming he “doesn’t need our business!” Therefore even though the staff here are incredible, why give money to benefit this owner? We removed all our business.

My doctor's office recommended The Pharmacy Place for a hard-to-find prescription. Because they are not a big chain, they were able to order it that day for arrival the next day. When the pharmacist saw that the co-pay was high, he went to the pharmaceutical company website and registered for a discount card on my behalf, lowering my co-pay from $100 to $25. The store is spacious and comfortable. They even have a cozy waiting area with couches, magazines and a coffee maker. They don't have a drive-thru and their hours are limited compared to chain stores, but I would go out of my way for this kind of service.

I have a family of 6 and have gotten all of our medications there since the Pharmacy Place opened. The staff is always very caring and helpful and it is so nice to go to a place where they recognize you and they take that extra mile. My experience here is SO much better than Walmart or any chain pharmacies where you are herded through like cattle and you and your prescriptions don't really matter.

I can't say enough about this pharmacy. I have been going to Kroger for 20 years and even though I am closer to Kroger, and they have a drive thru now, I will never go back for my family's prescriptions. It is well worth the 15 minute drive to The Pharmacy Place. They are all so friendly and helpful there. The pharmacist, Hiran, is very knowledgeable and very nice. He helped me save a lot of money on my prescriptions. If i could give them 10 stars, I would! Give it a try, you will never go back to your "big box" pharmacy again!

You can definitely believe the reviews- I was skeptical but am actually here now & am EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of care & service & the VERY short waiting time for a flu shot compared to all the other pharmacies in town- I called 5 other locations in PTC today & most put me on hold for over 5 min- but not the Pharmacy Place- they answered right away & were polite & very accurate with their no wait time on flu shot- I’m ecstatic & will be transferring my family’s prescriptions here! The flu shot was even $10-15 cheaper than other locations (my insurance makes me pay out of pocket for flu shot- but pharmacy ran my insurance just to be sure- they accept all major insurance carriers).

I am so glad my doctor recommended this pharmacy! I can only say I wish I found this sooner. Just like everyone else's reviews, the staff is so friendly and they are happy to answer any questions you may have.They also go out of their way to help you. I had my daughter prescription at Publix and Publix looked it up and said the insurance didn't cover it. I didn't think anything of it at the time. The next time I needed a refill, Publix was out so my doctor's office called around (which was so nice of them) and the Pharmacy Place had it. I went there and I just assumed I would have to pay again out of pocket. Nope! The insurance covered it!Last evening my daughter was sick and I went to Walgreens because it was too late for the Pharmacy Place to be opened. I regretted it right away, I was ignored when I first got there and when she "noticed" me, I was not greeted friendly at all. I waited for it and about five minutes later she told me the insurance wouldn't cover the $100+ prescription. I thought about it for a minute and then asked for the prescription back. (Which surprised her)I went to the Pharmacy Place as soon as they opened today and asked if the insurance covered it. The lady there immediately ran it through the system and it took her about a minute to let me know insurance did cover it! It took about another two minutes to fill it and the pharmacist answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

Twice have had RX for my dog compounded here. The first time they supplied no information on the bottle identifying the concentration. Even after I expressed my concerns they could not tell me what the concentration was . This last time they compounded her med and told us there would be sediment in it from where they crushed the pill. They also did not flavor it in any way. I could have just crushed a pill in syrup at home for a lot less.They need to demonstrate more care in the preparation of medications for pets.

I can’t tell you how happy I am to be able to use The Pharmacy Place. Other pharmacies in the area took hours if not a day or longer to complete a prescription. The Pharmacy Place typically has them ready in 10 minutes or less. Their prices are better than anyone else in the area. The best pharmacy in PTC.

The name 'Pharmacy Place' is somewhat of a misnomer in the best ways possible, because Hiren runs his business more like the small town customer experience-oriented apothecaries of yesteryear than a modern day, big box, retail chain pharmacy;and I have come to really enjoy the benefits of using a small indie pharmacy.A few years ago I went to 28 ITP and OTP south side pharmacies trying to find a place with my Rx in stock, I was visiting my family in PTC and someone recommended The Pharmacy Place; low and behold Hiren had in stock and has always been able to fill it without delay in the five years since 2016's mass ADHD medication shortage.

Hands down the best pharmacy. Locally owned, staff is personable, Phar Tom is always available to answer my questions, Jordan will take the time to talk w your insurance if there’s an issue, THEY DELIVER- literally my car broke down over the summer and the Pharmacist/Owner Hiren delivered my child’s antibiotic to my house (after normal delivery hours). They send a text when your prescriptions are ready. It’s just nice to have a caring, customer service based, locally owned business bc they are rare these days especially with pharmacies.

The pharmacy is very clean. I'm accustomed to labels being printed on medicine or at least receiving something alerting you of the specifics as to how to take the medicine, how to store it, etc. The cashier was friendly but this wouldn't be my first pharmacy of choice.
