My wife and I were in the market for a refrigerator and after working through the different options on the floor, we were kindly greeted by Taniya in Appliances! She answered all of our questions and made sure that we were fully informed on pricing, delivery, and availability of the products. She was excellent and will come back to this location because of her customer service!

Every time I’ve went the employees have been nice and helpful. 8 times out of 10 the garden center is well stocked, however, I’m giving it 4 stars because the recent times I’ve been to buy wood 9/10 of the wood had knots and where crooked their fore it took forever to get 5 2x4’s. Overall great place.👍🏽

This review is for Russ! He is amazing. I came with a list of supplies and measurements for my DIY shelving project and he inquired about my project and was able to help me pick out the best wood, screws, and stain. He took his time and educated me along the way. He should really consider making a YouTube channel!

There's usually very helpful employees here. I always love the plants and gardening selections. The store is well organized and items easy to find. Plus, you can go on the app and see if your items are in-stock. The holiday items here are usually very unique and cool. (The Halloween animitronics especially) It's a one stop shop.

I went to the Window dept in Peachtree City, GA to purchase some bulk screening material that had to be custom cut/priced. There was one employee sitting at the desk talking to a customer. I waited for about ten minutes and he never even acknowleged me or offered to call for another employee to assist me. How can Home Depot only provide one employee to support the entire Window dept?

Aisles are always cluttered with random stuff from ladders to forklifts to random pieces of wood on carts.There are never enough cashiers, and always a massive line at self checkout. I'm writing this while waiting in a line that goes into an aisle for self checkout. You may want to blame the customers for that but thw bottom line is you have no set plan for self-pay overflow and not enough cashiers to prevent itThat's ridiculous and this is why I try my hardest never to shop here.Never enough associates to help and the ones that are don't know any more than you do. Or worse they only know about the area they are assigned to.Bob might be the nuts and bolts guy but if he's on lunch so now you get Jerry and Jerry is an insulation specialist and can't help you and advises you to wait to talk to Bob. Very cool, thanks. 1/5 awful experience.

I spend too much here and wish they loaded my car or helped get large order from shelves.... But workers just talk and socialize with each other while watching. Helpful if you find the right rare worker. Just take my 5 stars cause that is what the workforce is now. Lol use the app or website to locate what you need. Specific to every store.

As a realtor and a home owner, I tend to use Home Depot quite often. The PTC Home Depot is well run and has super helpful people throughout! I just did an online transaction with Home Depot where what I had ordered was damaged. It was so easy to get in touch with HD through text and I was very pleased with the customer service. Well done Home Depot!!

Just went into HD to grab a few items. And was greeted by each team member I passed. Ask in a friendly tone if I needed any help. And the store was clean and well stocked. Great job HD PTC!

Self check is exactly that. Your employees mess up more than I do and they cost me money. If you have issues with stealing get rid of all self check outs

We used to always shop at Lowe's for everything we needed but home Depot is closer to our new home. For the most part happy with this company. The paint department has some horribly rude employees though. Not all of them just a few of the females though. If I see a certain one working, I will wait for someone else to help me.

Great customer service today. We needed an item from the top shelf and we quickly received assistance. There was quite a line of customers trying to check out, but the employees were keeping us moving. Once we got to the cash register, we're were treated to smiles and pleasantries.

Got these awesome garden planters there! See the little plants that have the red stems they're actually floating in the water underneath the soil when they need water they sink down and back into the tube, no brainer when the water!

This isn't the Home Depot I normally go to. I was disappointed. No one knew where the cinder blocks were. I asked 2 workers, and each sent me on a goose chase. I was literally in my vehicle when I saw pallets in the lumber section loading area. Then, when I tried to pay, the self-serve I was at didn't have a "look up" item, and I asked for help, and she said ( while standing 5 steps from me) she can't leave her location. I had to wait until another worker was finished doing whatever to get help. Truly, this Home Depot wasn't the best.

Came in to get a few things when i got to the counter they rung up wrong price notified cashier named Laura she got a nasty attitude I just paid her and decided to go to someone else and get a manager thats when i met Brian he was very positive and made a bad situation great again only gave 2 stars because that cashier needs a attitude check to be in retail environment. Ps it was only a $1.33 but if it wasnt for Brian i would never shop here again.

Do not pick up anything complex from the curbside pickup. Online delivery cannot keep up with bundle orders and your order may show up incomplete and there's no way to track which pieces are missing. This is not the fault of the local store this is a home Depot corporate issue.

We’ve been renting some equipment here for the last week or so and the rental staff are very good. One of the rentals was a 20” chain saw and it ran very well with a brand new chain, full of gas and bar oil. The other rental was a 50’ boom lift that worked great and it was easy to use and tow. HD has slightly higher rental prices than the competition but from what I’ve seen you get what you pay for and having a brand new chain on that chain saw is a good example of that.

It all comes down to customer service in these stores. Most of the time, you will find what you need for your project, so my hang-up is the customer service, especially at the return desk. You really need to have people oriented workers doing that job or switch them out every 2 hours. Occasionally, you get a good person who seems to go the extra mile to be friendly and represent the store well.

PTC Depot doesn't have what all the other Depots have. And finding knowledgeable help is an adventure in its own. There are some great informative people there however. The stock is sometimes not what it should be and from personal experience there's a lot of repackaging of returns that aren't thoroughly checked out and if you're not careful you buy it, get it home and realize pieces are missing. Don't buy anything that has been taped up outside of the manufacturers usual security

I'm very frustrated with Home Depot and their delivery team. I ordered a new refrigerator on July 8 for delivery on the 14th. Confirmed by email the night before and a phone call in the morning. Delivery personnel had the wrong refrigerator. We spoke to someone at the distrubution center and were assured that they would fix the issue and it would be delivered later the same day. It wasn't. We were not contacted, we once again had to call and have now been put off for another 3 days. I am at a loss for how anyone can stay in business with this type of customer service.

I rented equipment from the peachtree city store on multiple occasions and 2 times now have lost out on thousands of dollars once we was on-site to do the work we had intended to do with the rental equipment all because the equipment tore up no sooner than we pulled it off of the trailer, and the service technicians that are suppose to come out and repair them have never showed and I have had to take the equipment back to the store which costs me more money in fuel, I own a small business and I always aim to please my customers in every way but on these two occasions I lost these customers and thousands of dollars due to not being able to get the job done because of Home Depot equipment malfunction

Won't go into the lengthy details of my experience @ the Peachtree City , Ga Home Depot which caused me a lot of stress, wasted gas & time . Needless to say, I will not be a patron of this particular store ever again. Customer service representatives need more training in how to help their customers especially when they didn't provide satisfactory customer service or the product that was ordered in the first place. I'll be shopping at the Newnan location from now on

I recently visited the Home Depot in Peachtree City and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and knowledge of the staff. The store was clean and well-stocked, and I was able to find everything I needed for my home improvement project. The employees were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and answering all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the staff's expertise in the plumbing department, as they were able to provide me with valuable advice on my project. Overall, I had a great experience at the Home Depot in Peachtree City and will definitely be returning for my future home improvement needs.
