Putrid Prepared Meat!Today 4/27/24 I purchased "Garden Fresh prepared Turkey burgers" The marked prepared date on the package is 04/28/24. Yes that's right it was marked as prepared on a date in the future! SEE PHOTO I called the store as the odor was so disturbing when I opened the package I wanted to alert the manager to prevent others from purchasing the remaining packages and of course getting ill. As I almost did not believe my own nose. I had to convince myself after rechecking the erroneous date that this was indeed a severe hazard. The manager seemed not alarmed and simply suggested I discard the package and return for either a "fresh" replacement or a refund. I quickly brought to his attention that there were other packages that he should be alarmed about still in the store. His retort was to snap back at me that he had "said he would do that." I will not be returning for a refund or any "FRESH" meat again. As this store not only marks meat as fresh they mark it with preparation dates in the future. Buyer be ware!

I've been shopping here around 3 years now. This is an expensive place to shop at. Read the other reviews, this has been confirmed. I have yet to see customer service to match these prices. The illusion of the well clean and neat store, combined with customers that carry themselves well will fool you. Become a regular and you will see this. Once a regular, things start to go downhill. Speaking of becoming a regular, not saying things get personal, but they start treating you like you are just another person. Their cashiers set the tone.

I’m giving a three star rating, only because 2.5 is not an option. We have been weekly regulars at this market for years, and we have seen gradual but steady decline in some of the aspects of shopping that, at one point, made this store so unique. The store claims to open at 8:00 am on Saturdays. While the doors may be open, the store is not ready for business. For us, the meat section is one of the reasons we choose to shop (and pay more) at FM. However, the case is always empty until around 9:00. You literally have to wait an hour to shop for meat, even though the store opens at 8:00 am. It seems to me that management should have the crew in place at 7:00am, stocking the case and ready to go by 8:00 am. Two weeks ago, the entire case was shut down due to a maintenance issue. This was interesting as I had suspected the chillers were on the outs the week prior (our purchase didn’t last four days in our high-functioning g fridge. We did try some of their meal kits, but two of them were missing items and one was already spoiled when we got home. Perhaps management should revisit their maintenance provider? All of that said, the bakery and produce are usually well stocked and , well, fresh. The coffee selection is better than you’ll find in most places. It is hit or miss with the cashiers. Some are decent, some just a warm body in a green apron. Management seems to have settled for mediocre service, but now three years removed from the pandemic, there is no excuse for lowering the bar. Just down the road is a Sprouts market - a decent alternative. We will be heading back to FM today, and while it may not matter to FM if they are at risk of losing a couple of loyal customers, today’s visit will determine whether or not we continue our patronage there. I’ll close with this advice: if you are going to have the word “Fresh” in your name, you should commit to providing a fresh experience for customers. Otherwise, you are just an overpriced grocery store, with nothing special to offer. FM can do better than they have been doing in Peachtree City.

Hello,02/2024All of the staff that I have come into contact with are very professional and helpful.This is one place you can find a nice selection of items. Fruits, vegetables , coffee, plants ect.purchased some honey . I noticed when I arrived home the date said best if used by 2022. I returned it for a full refund.Thank you

Love the treats and food here! Super selection a high end yummies, along with traditional grocery store staples such as bread and eggs. MANY bulk nuts, trail mixes, and candies available to bag up; the best selection I've seen in a "grocery store". I don't like shopping, but I like going here!

They discontinued Smooth Operator coffee beans. I would drive 25 miles there for that and pickup other items. No more.

Not your cheapest grocery store, but they definitely were convenient for last minute holiday cakes and pies! They were open for Thanksgiving and had top class cheese cake, red velvet, and lemon meringue pie for sale.

Really really really nice place for anything, most things fresh ie flowers, baked goods, fruit and veggies, candies galore, kombucha, diary. Friendly, courteous and efficient staff. The have some sort of rewards program you can sign up for - I haven't had a chance to check that out. I had a great Indian dish that came from the nonperishable soup section 😋

Love Fresh Market! There's such a wide selection to choose from, and I especially love their ready to eat foods! The staff is very friendly, and the classical music playing in the background is a beautiful, upscale touch!

I’m giving this 5 Star Rating to showcase the friendly staff as well as the products they offer. We ordered the Thanksgiving Meal due to our schedules and it was amazing!! I love visiting Fresh Market and there on a weekly basis. I’m concerned that my app says I haven’t earned any rewards. The way you have to put in your number at the register each time is cumbersome and often, my number won’t work and I have to give it verbally. Why is this process so complicated?

Very very clean and organized. Prices were noticably higher compared to Kroger. Se stuff my wife wanted was expired but still on shelf. Cara Cara oranges were moldy. Cashier was very friendly.

Never been treated so rudely in a grocery store. Went to buy Flank Steak for a receipe for my wife, needed 1.5 lbs cut into strips. Their $27/lb Flank steak had just a few ounces left. Asked them to cut me something similar, or as close as I could get, into strips. They refused to do it! Saying "they couldn't cut it thin enough." What does that mean? They basically refused to get their hands dirty. Fortunately, I went to Publix, they were SUPER FRIENDLY and actually had the meat and happily cut it into strips. And it was $17/lb. Never going back to Fresh Market. They're FRESH alright.

I have been shopping at Fresh Market for approximately 6 months mainly for fruit and no sugar items but was delighted today to find almost everything on my grocery list that are specialty food items. A man named Barry? in the meat department went out of his way a number of times to show me where items I was looking for are located. When I spoke with a manager to praise the help I had received, I was very happy to learn the store is expanding its vegan food items. They also had a few no sugar, low sodium deserts for my husband whose dietary requirements are often difficult to find. I will be shopping there weekly as a result of this visit and highly recommend this store.

Great small market. Personnel are friendly and helpful. This market has really fresh vegetables, a lot of organic vegetables and a varied, expansive meat department. They will cut the meat to your specifications, has cuts that are not easily found in the chain grocery stores. It also has a wonderful seafood/fish department and carry smoked salmon sold by the pound. It's bakery has store made desserts and breads from the very fancy to more plain fare. The sushi is made fresh daily and the chef's specialties are excellent. It also has a small gift/floral department and the flowers are super fresh and last longer than those bought at the grocery stores. It stocks several hard to find pantry ingredients and has a good selection of wines. The roasted chicken salad from the deli is made several times a day on site and is delicious. All in all, if you want something unique, different or organic, this is the place to go. The biggest negative is that it is generally more expensive than other places but the quality and range of choices make up for the increased prices.

Shopping in store is pricey but nice. Very disappointed in my experience today regarding calling to reach the prepared foods department and the bakery though. Both call attempts resulted in me waiting 10+ minutes for anyone to pick up, and when someone did (both times) it sounds like they just picked up the phone to stop it from ringing. No response. No answer. Unfortunately, I will have to use another place for my catering event as I was unable to reach anyone by phone to verify important details and unable to come in store as I’m planning an event remotely.Update: Called back a final time and pressed 7 for “all other departments” , lady picked up who sounded irritated before I said anything. I told her I had been unsuccessful in reaching other departments all morning. She said nothing thereafter- not hold please or let me see if I can reach them. Just silence. Maybe two minutes into no response, I said hello a couple more times and then I was hung up on. Catering aside, I’m considering not shopping there anymore, in any capacity! Awful encounter!

Best grocery store I ever have seen. They have a huge variety of fresh food. They have sorts of food that is difficult to find other places. The atmosphare is calm and relaxed, playing classical music. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

We ordered the thanksgiving meal a week before thanksgiving and it was amazing! Our food was cooked perfectly and the flavor incredible. Turkey, stuffing, potatoes all were perfectly cooked. The people who prepared the meal were friendly and professional and the order was ready on time. The price was very good. Thank you for a great meal!

Awesome selection of specialty cheeses. Fresh breads, and super delicatessen. The bakery is incredible. They lack a few basics... and desireable items, like energy drinks...or flavored creamers. Produce is definitely over priced, yet meats are fair. Always clean and the prepped dinner packs are great for our family.

A lovely store, and great selection. The only thing that could make it better was if they carried Wisconsin brick cheese. It really makes a delicious homemade Detroit style pizza! We made do with mozzarella and Monterey Jack though.

Love it!!!! I Always go for the freeze dried veggies and dehydrated sometimes sugared fruit!!! The sandwiches are fresh, made to order and delicious. Nice candy selection.... Wish they had more sugar free for my gram...A million and one tired if cheese lol Always receive wonderful customer service throughout the store. I've never been anywhere like it.
