Very clean bright welcoming colors as you enter and greeted!! Immediately asked if I have been before and wanted to make sure how to dispense the flavors. Prices are great and the yogurt flavors are nice. I would prefer a bit more choices maybe more fruit inspired ones but summer is coming so let's see what pops up!

What a fun store to visit! It is bright, colorful, clean ( including the bathrooms) and definitely a family friendly environment. The kids loved it and why wouldn’t they with so many flavors of yogurt to pick from, not to mention the toppings. I am lactose intolerant so I was happy to see they offer a variety of non-dairy flavors. The topping bar selection was impressive which also included fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. They offer indoor and outside seating which was nice. We always enjoy outside seating when the weather is pleasant. Our overall experience was most enjoyable and we will be returning again and again.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and enthusiastic. Even when busy it’s so efficient that it takes no time at all to get your yogurt treat put together and paid for so you can enjoy your yogurt with toppings. The selection of toppings is quite impressive too. The place is spotless and welcoming. I always bring my family on a hot day, after we go out for a meal, or just when we feel like a treat.

We love the renovations at this location! We’ve been coming here for a few years. Bright and cheerful. The staff and owner are always welcoming. I also appreciate the options of oat and almond milk yogurt. Looking forward to many more visits with the this summer!

Update: Thank you to the owner for responding. If you are the very kind young woman that I speak to very often when we visit your establishment, then I am thrilled that you are still the owner. I was told otherwise when I visited this week. When YOU are there the shop is spotless, very well attended to, and you are warm and welcoming. I will come in and visit with you to tell you in person how your shop looked the last 2x we visited. Thank you again for responding.Let me begin by saying that I have brought my family to this TCBY for the last 3 years, almost weekly. This location has been consistently CLEAN WITH FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE STAFF. I went last Saturday and was horrified to see frozen yogurt caked to the machines, dripping down the walls and onto the floor. The topping section looked worse, if that was even possible. However, it was busy, and I choked it up to that. We all have off days, no? Today, Tuesday, I brought my daughter back. The shop was less busy, but absolutely filthy and I was so disappointed I had to ask the girl behind the counter if this TCBY was under new ownership? It is. Look, I am not a negative person, and I DO NOT WANT THIS BUSINESS TO FAIL, but I cannot go back to this establishment until MAJOR CHANGES are made. You will not pass your health inspection. In a few weeks roaches and ants will take over, not to mention if the staff is not constantly maintaining those machines, bacteria will grow and your going to have a freaking lawsuit on your hands. Please, please, please get your act together and be diligent with cleanliness. The people of PTC want you to succeed. I will be back in, as will others, to check on your progress.... I will not purchase anything more ,until I see a safe, sanitary environment has once again been restored. I will gladly change my review, if things change. I truly hope they do.♡

I love going to this TCBY! It’s always roaring with happy faces and have a very friendly environment. The staff are always friendly and I go there quite frequently. As someone who has a very limited selection of restaurants I can go to due an autoimmune disease this store has never gotten me sick.. and that’s saying something!! The slightest bit of cross contamination has me sick for days so it’s nice to have a go to store. They have gluten free and dairy options and label them so that way I know which ones I can have! Nice and clean everytime I go in.

Always high quality, consistent and good value. As a local business owner, I’ve had many chances to interact with this TCBY. They’ve always delivered above and beyond my expectations. I can personally say the owner has high standards and cares deeply about the quality of service that is given to the customer. He also is intentional about caring for his employees. So many reasons to love and support this TCBY whether for catering or enjoying a treat in-store.

Had the truck out tonight for an event!! Best decision I have ever made! Friendly, great with the customers made sure everyone had a great experience. The store gets you all the treats, but having TCBY come to you and brighten the day of dozens of kids by surprise is 1000x better!!

Yikes!!! What a horrible experience. My wife and I walked in to get some frozen yogurt. The first thing you noticed was how extremely hot it was in the store. Clearly the ac was broken. Then when we walked to the back to get the yogurt there was a hand written sign stating “ due to high demand the yogurt machines could not keep up”. So instead of frozen yogurt you got warm liquid yogurt. How gross!! I understand things happen and equipment breaks down, but why would you continue to sell a product like this. Was there no consideration for your customers health. You are serving dairy products in a store with no ac, your frozen yogurt machines are not freezing the yogurt, in fact they are putting out more hot air. You should have closed the store and not sold anything. Your workers are a bunch of kids who had no idea how to handle this situation. Ugh and gross. I doubt I will ever come back.

I honestly think this establishment is amazing! The owner is very kind and would do anything to make anyones experience happy and enjoyful. Some places have off days and their ac does break. Its a normal thing. I have no bad review about this establishment.They have done the hardest they can to make this place shine for us people. I will gladly say that I will definitely be going there more. I have seen restaurants that know their establishment is a disaster and still leave it that way. Maybe the TCBY staff has to clean with chemicals. They don’t want yall seeing them put chemicals near the toppings or on the yogurt spouts. Thank and Have a nice day 😊

I was especially impressed with the hard-working employees—one of them in particular was working so hard and fast I asked for his name (Collin) so I could leave a good word. Hard to find employees like that in the food industry. We will be back for sure!

They always have such nice little workers here. Occasionally the Owner is in and never seems happy, but the place is kept clean and the variety is nice. Unfortunately, they change flavors so much that I can never allow myself to get attached to one lol. I love the strawberry boba topping though. Come here for a quick tasty treat at a place that keeps their shop pretty clean.

Nice atmosphere, and very fun little stop with the little ones. Nice variety of flavors and toppings. A little something for anyone from the chocolate freak, to those looking for healthier toppings. Staff always helpful and friendly. After getting their app I found out that they are always running some kind of special. Definitely worth a stop.

Good atmosphere. Small sitting area, but it's not usually too crowded. Good prices for the yogurt and they change up the flavors every so often so it doesn't stay too stagnant. Not a huge fan of the frozen yogurt places, but this is probably the best out of all of them.

Love this place. You can't find this yogurt hardly anywhere, so I was delighted that they are in the same plaza with Kroger. Try the watermelon flavor, it's delicious! Also, ask for their senior discount. Enjoy!

I have been a loyal customer of the Braelin location for years and admired the way they handled the pandemic with high standard for cleaning and safe distancing the customers etc . So disappointed to see that despite we are still in a pandemic time (although vaccination is going on , we are still not at the end of the pandemic) they lift the restrictions allowing each customer to serve themselves the ice cream from the dispenser multi used by several people and no adding a glass for the toppings which can be served by people without allowing social distance. What if someone coughs and sneezes over the toppings ? There is no glass or anything to prevent that. They added 2 sanitation stations ; one of them was out of sanitizer and the employee attending the counter just saw it and did not care about refilling it . I am not retuning until seeing actions to protect the safety of the customers during the pandemic time .

I love this place. Great service and wonderful yogurt. It’s the best anyone could ever ask for. I have been going to this place for a long time now and it has been one of the memories of the life that I share with my family. I would say that I is one of the best branches. I am so glad a friend of mine introduced me to this place. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone out there.

I was really upset that I went there and they didn’t have no brownies I been looking forward to adding a brownie to my cookie and cream frozen yogurt and they repleaced it with lemon cake ???? Wild I hope they don’t do that no more
