I always have an amazing experience at the Peachtree city location. The front desk crew is always so nice and the groomers always do a great job. Mid cut, the groomer even called to make sure what they had to do with my pups undercoat was okay. The drop Off and pick up is always speedy and easy especially if you have a card on file. They send a text message to let you know they are ready for pick up. They give you the option to carry your pup or put them on a leash. They accommodate older dogs with special needs. Their hours are functional and they have an adorable boutique to browse if you want.

Our Aussiedoodle went here for her first professional grooming recently... and they did a great job! Everyone there was upbeat and friendly. And when we decided that "Bonnie" needed to be trimmed a bit shorter, they were quick to get her back in and she came out looking perfect! Prices weren't bad at all, and they have a cute little shop up front with some good treats and toys. Couldn't have been happier with their amazing service!

They are amazing. The girls behind the counter were super sweet and helpful to my wife and our little guy came back looking so good!!! For the price it is well worth it. They even have different specials on aroma therapy facials for your dog. Our dog is a senior and he hates to be groomed, but I have to say he made a total transformation from mess to yesssss.

Excellent groom!!! The Groomer we had before shut down. Arlo loved it there. We were so sad to see them go. We tried another groomer who couldn't get Arlo's look just right but then I found Splash and Dash! Now my baby looks better than ever. THANK YOU!

We love this place. Wally has been here twice but each time the staff was exceptionally kind and sweet to our baby. He comes out looking so handsome! They do a great job and their prices are reasonable and well worth it. Wally is an old, stubborn boy who suffers from extreme separation anxiety from me, however he was able to relax after spending the day being pampered. They are patient and very gentle with him. I def recommend this business.

This was my first time taking my my fur baby here and it was a wonderful experience. Tucker wasn’t anxious and looks great! I will definitely return! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly yet very professional! Book here! You won’t regret it!

It was my first time here but I definitely think I’ll be returning! the girls i spoke too at the front desk were so sweet and helpful and they took great care of my dog. My baby was done getting groomed in just a few hours and she was returned to me in perfect condition with the cutest haircut. They treated my dog very well and made her look absolutely adorable!

Found this little place when I was looking for somewhere to purchase Small Batch food. Such a cute shop and workers were so nice. Happy to see they carry several of our products we use! Will definitely be back.

My puppies - 1.5 year old; Marley & Maisey are very rambunctious and the staff here is so kind and gentle with them. They are chilled by the time they get home 😂😂-I guess the staff tire them out with the excellent grooming ❤️🎊🎉🎉 . Also my pups have dry skin and so far I haven’t had any issues with the excess scratching. Thank you so much for the love & care you show my pups. Final note-my pups have the monthly plan which works great for us.

I absolutely love them!!! The staff is so sweet and accommodating! They took good care of my fur baby (and he's cute again, he looked like chubacca when I took him in lol). We've found our new groomers (and I just happened to be passing by! I hate I hadn't found them sooner).

As someone who worked here, I want to say my main complaint is that this place couldn't care less about the animals. Animals are treated like objects, and if you are young you are treated like you don't know what you're talking about. (I have experience of over 5 years despite my age) I had to report a staff member for extremely (repeated) abusive practices such as screaming at the dogs, dragging them, choking them, and deshedding very harshly. They dismissed my concerns, telling me that deshedding is not a "friendly" process. I had to repeatedly avocate for the animals there being treated like living beings, and it did not work. The dogs were **often** in clear discomfort and pain. That woman should have been fired. It felt like an assembly line, not a personal experience. You were rushed and timed unreasonably. I also got into trouble for not forcing an anxious dog into being dried. They said me taking the initiative to kennel dry the distressed dog was disrespectful and against their time necessities. Splash and Dash crams large dogs into small crates, staff members claiming "the dogs will be fine if it's for a short period of time." I would take the time to rearrange the crates with no help from anybody else because I could not stand to see the basic needs of these animals neglected. I left months ago because it took a toll on my mental health. This place hired excessively and younger staff members were treated with less priority. They promised raises that they never gave, they let off more experienced workers because of their own overhiring, and they overall did not care about being ethical towards animals. I would never go back. Do not take your dogs here.

This is my first time taking a dog to a groomers, and I'm amazed at the customer service (even though I messed my days up yesterday) they were still able to get my boy in for his appointment today! He looks amazing, and I'm so happy that they told me how he was doing throughout the whole process 🙂 I'll definitely be back! Thank you so much

This was our first time bringing our doodle Kota. They did an amazing job. His summer cut is exactly what we were looking for. We had an inspo picture and his groomer, Beau, executed perfectly. The workers at the front were also so very nice. Specifically Mary! She explained everything in detail to us and helped us pick the perfect cut length for his coat. We will definitely be back. I took my MinPin Zoe here today and I was so happy! I used PetSmart before and she never looked or smelled as good as she did today! This will be where she goes from now on. I didn't get the young ladies name who did her but great job.

I’ve taken my dogs to this location 10 or more times and the experience has been great but this last time has made me regret ever taking my animals here. I brought my dog Bailey here and they somehow managed to poke her in the eye causing it to get infected and they cut her neck leaving a large scab. If they owned up to it I would have slightly understood but they didn’t even mention it and we noticed the issues on the car ride home. I understand that mistakes happen but at least disclose if you’ve made a mistake.

I gave two stars because I once loved this place . My dog has been coming to Splash and Dash roughly since the 2020. I was referred to them from a client of mine who has since stopped bringing her dog . I continued to bring my fur baby because I had no issues with them and I felt like they were patient and caring for my Pom . So it was worth the long drive from McDonough. Well sad to say I will no longer be bringing my dog . Idk if today was just a bad day from the staff and my dog altogether but I had to quickly return back after making it back home because they refuse to work with my dog. But things happen for a reason because I found another groomer local to my home that squeezed me in and did an amazing job they found a better way to keep my dog relaxed and got the job done . So thanks for the screw up now I can save that long ride that I was once committed to :)

My dog has severe anxiety and seizures as a result of it! She cannot be crated!! So I looked around for about a month or more when I recently moved to Fayetteville, looking for a place where they wouldn’t crate. I go to Sprouts all the time so I thought I would just call and inquire about their take on crating.. And much to my surprise the girl said- nooo problem.. They have an express service and they call or text when she was done so I just go right down and get her!! And what a fantastic job they do on my Rosie!! I couldn’t be happier!! I highly recommend this place!!

Almost perfect pricing, even the hair cuts are good, but I don't feel that I should have to remind the groomer to blow the hair trimmings from my pup after each cut. I'd get my girl back with 2 layers worth of cut hair still on her back and body in which in turn was all over my car and then all over my home. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

We've been using the same groomer for years, followed her to one of the big name stores, as well. (I know, but she and the rest of the girls almost cried when they couldn't take care of him anymore). In August my dog, Teddy, was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and so they can't see him anymore.After going through a lot of online reviews and calling around, I decided to use Splash and Dash. Their customer service is phenomenal, they kept Teddy relaxed and happy the entire time. He's a really laid back dog and super sweet. They walked him back to my car for me because I also had my two year old daughter with me. The price is fair and the cut was perfect!We will be going back, for sure! Thank you everyone!
