Bought 2 lunches from Deli at Publix on Hwy 74, PTC, GA, shortly after 12 on Jan 12 to eat in store. The vegetables were completely cold. Maybe the warmers were turned off or not working. Lousy Meals as a result!

Ordered a sub ahead of time for the first time and possibly the last. Used the wrong bread, didn’t press but barley toasted it, hardly any sauce if any and didn’t use the correct sauce. The only time I’ve ever had a complaint about Publix subs but the first time I went here ever and also first time I ordered ahead. Not something I’m willing to experience again

They took the salad bar out. This was one of the main reasons I shopped at the Wilshire Publix. Still have olive bar but no containers to use.

Great place to shop. My wife & I filled our cart and thought we had spent $500. When we checked out it was $313 which surprised the heck out of us.

Lady at the pharmacy prepaid register was SUPER SLOW! Took 10 minutes to tell me I’m at the WRONG window with only 1 person in line & no one behind me!

You can't go wrong with Publix. Food prices have gone up so much due to the inflation but, Publix still has some good sales. Look for the BOGO's. Their fried chicken is good but, sometimes they over do it with the crust. Less crust is better especially if you want to have it as a picnic meal or as leftovers straight out of the fridge. Shopping there is always pleasant.

Not sure why Publix joined the rest with self checkout. Wasn't that the point of Publix? "Now for the easy part". Right?

I was really impressed with this Publix. They not only carry many gluten free, organic and dairy free foods but they also have a lot of them either on sale or had coupons for them in their weekly or monthly sales ad. Not to mention, I had multiple interactions with other shoppers as well as staff while shopping and everyone was extremely warm, friendly, and very helpful. I asked one gentleman who was stocking shelves at the moment where I could find the grass fed organic beef burgers that were on sale for $6.99 & I just figured he would tell me the general area, nope he told me exactly where across from the meat counter in the cooler in the middle of the shelf. I've never seen a product like that on sale before. Granted, I have only recently started eating organic beef bc of the cost. That product is normally $9.99, talk about a steal having it be $3 off. They also carry a lot of the Aprons prepared meals and meal packages so all you have to do is cook them and not waste time with meal prep when in a hurry. Unfortunately, none are organic so I took some pictures of a few for ideas of recipes to try.

Only exceptional service comes from the pharmacy and the front desk area. The sandwich / deli area, they are all useless. Once there are more than 2 customers to get a sub made your there for your entire lunchtime then time to go back to work. Not enough staff, prep area is not big enough to cover the 11 am - 2pm lunchtime window. Went to Bucks next door was in/out in 5 minutes. The Senoia store is only extra 10 min away, time to try them out. My understanding, many of the good Wilshire associates went there.

We when pick up a few items. My Favorite Ruffles Queso Chips were on sale buy 1 get 1, you can Always find nice items on their buy 1 get 1 sale.Everyone is always so nice.We also decided to pick up their Ultimate Turkey, Ham & Roast Beef Subs for dinner. As Always it was so Fresh & Delicious 😋 Yummyyumyum

Publix is still a moderately priced grocery store. The items are stocked on the shelves as they should be. You can choose the store brand or the very expensive. Guaranteed to work or taste good for a bit more. I do so like to have a choice And I do so like to see enough cashiers for the traffic upfront.All I needed today was some ground pork for the Cornish meat pies (Pastties) my wife is baking for me. A bit of pork along with the steak keeps them moist!

You have a young lady working in your Deli by the name of Jules. She really is a jewel. An asset to your store. She is so pleasant, accommodating to your customers, and she treats them like they really matter to her. I thought I’d let you know how lucky we are to have her to wait on us.

Publix is the very definition of supermarket with vast choices of foodstuffs in an invariably clean and comfortable environment. if you ask for help finding an item, Publix personnel will regularly escort you to the very item you are searching for. Prices may be a little higher than others, but the choices and service make it worth it.

I want to give multiple reviews but settled on just this one. I was in Publix today and checked out at 3:30. I say this in hopes management sees this review. I had about 30 items in my cart. It was ridiculously quiet for this Publix on a Saturday. I went to get in a 10 or less aisle and realized my error. I laughed and told the older gentleman “sorry! I realized my error.” He said -“no, come on through. I’m not doing anything.” Super nice guy. He scanned everything and then I realized nothing was in bags. I saw 2 teens or maybe 20 year old workers standing there talking about non-work related things and I expected them to bag my items. My bad! They literally continued their personal conversation while me, the super nice checkout man and my boyfriend bagged the groceries. This is not what I’m used to from Publix. I’m used to the very nice man that helped me (sooo wish I remembered his name). For all the kids- please- learn from him. Unfortunately I won’t remember all the great experiences at Publix, but I will remember this. Sorry so long- but this irritated the heck out of me.

If you are ordering from the Deli you will be waiting FOREVER! The store is clean and the workers are extremely friendly but the Deli is SLOW. I ordered two subs and went to pick up at the time sent through the confirmation email, I am still waiting for my two sandwiches an hour later. Do Better!!
