I just got 2 week old baby Guinea pig and I figured she needed company because she wouldn’t stop squeaking so I came to this PetSmart to buy another one and left with two. The ladies there were very helpful and nice at counter on 1/27/24 at 3:30, I was little worried about them all being in the same cage but she has calmed down tremendously since I first got her.😩😁

Took our Lab pup Buddy to Crashs puppy training class and she was AMAZING!!!! She is so sweet to us and the pup and even our kids when they had to come! And her advice was so amazing and has made this puppy season so much easier as she trained us to train our new fir baby!

I love going into this store, everyone is always willing to help you no matter what they are doing. The petcare associate is every nice and knowledgeable, management is great. This store seems to have come a long way.

Brought our new puppy in, a few of the associates were friendly toward her but the rest avoided her...3 month old Chow Chow...not sure why. She didn't bark, growl or doing anything except wiggle...odd reaction in a per store. Newnan's store associates were much more welcoming and helpful in socializing our pup.They need a "notification board" to allow for pet sitters and other animal resources to advertise their business services to Petsmart patrons. I am a Professional 24 Hour In-House Pet Sitter who would benefit greatly from Petsmart having a reaource board available to their patrons looking for services like mine.

The employees were helpful, friendly and professional. The store was clean and orderly, and I was thrilled that they actually had Gerbils! The small animal enclosures were clean, and the animals all looked healthy, which is always good to see. There are two Petsmart stores that are closer to me than this one, but I would rather make the longer the drive and shop here.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! I took my miniature schnauzer for grooming this morning. I asked them to trim his face because I figured it was a little matted. Picked up my dog and his face is shaved. I have NEVER had this issue at the Fayetteville location. They are always able to handle his mustache being matted with no problem. If someone didn't know what they were doing, they shouldn't have touched his face at all!!!! Miniature Schnauzers are known for their facial hair and to have that completely removed is very upsetting. The pictures are a before and after his grooming today! DO NOT TAKE YOU DOG HERE FOR GROOMING!!!!!

We brought out daughter to petsmart to buy her a fish tank and fish for Christmas and she loves it so much. The people there were amazing in helping us pick out the right tank, fish, and environmental elements to make everything awesome. Thanks to petsmart for making this process easy and fun for our family. Also prices were very reasonable and good.

This is very sad and unpleasant I have been in many pet smarts and this is unsat I saw Betta fish with algae in there tubs and a betta covered in fungus cause it was dead so long in its tub.

I like the store. They have a good selection of fish but I did see quite a few dead ones in there. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I just wish they had a buggy return in the parking lot.

I went in for a dog pool. I was quickly helped and directed to them. The associate even tried to get me a cart. Very hospitable. Everyone was friendly, the store had what I was looking for, and bonus, the pool was on sale. Great experience at this location 😁.

Took my lil wooly mammoth to get a bath and a haircut and he came out looking like I should be entering him in the Dog Show. He's only 2 so he's still getting use to the pampering but as a puppy-baby-daddy I am very pleased with the results of the service they provided.

Very disappointed. We are a frequent customer and scheduled an grooming appointment over the phone. Pretty easy until I drive all the way there, 30 minutes to find out they have to update our dog's vaccine information and they refuse to groom our dog without it. It would have been nice to know this was required when I scheduled the appointment.

It was great. I brought my dog who isn't the friendliest and he was super chill because it wasn't a stressful environment at all. And no one asked to pet him which was really nice and i appreciated. I needed a single cricket for my spider and they were running low but gave me a single one anyway. They were really nice and asked me about my spider while grabbing a cricket. And they even let me use my reusable cricket container so i didn't have to waste a plastic bag.

I feel like I gave this place more chances than they deserved. There is one groomer who is always angry and never greeted me. I tried them again 2 weeks ago, they confirmed my appointment for my 2 dogs; one of which now has a mild heart murmur. But upon arrival, they refused to groom her, even after accepting my paperwork online. While waiting for the manager, who was extremely rude to me and kept cutting me off while I was talking, I noticed the groomer was there who never greets anyone. She was grooming what looked like a husky and very rough with the dog. I imagined my much smaller dog being handled that way or even my sick dog who has cancer. They had already taken my second dog back but after seeing the way she handled that husky I requested for my other dog to come out and I took both of my dogs to U Dirty Dog where they are treated much better and the people are way kinder! Do not be a dog groomer if you hate dogs!

I went in to buy a couple led leashes to train my to puppies to walk on a leash. I found what I needed for $15.99 and went to pay. When I got up to the register, I donated $5 and my total was $47 and change. When I asked how much the leads were the cashier showed the screen which showed they were charging me $19.99 ea. When I said something about it, there was no response from the cashier at all. No let get somebody to check or let check or anything at all. So I paid and as I was walking to the door, I turned and went back to check to price. I wasn't crazy, there they were, $15.99. I saw another associate in the center isle and told him he needed to check the pricing and explained to him why, he looked and me with this blind look on his face and then told to go to register and the cashier would help. The same cashier that DIDN'T help me before? The $8 extra dollars is not the big of a deal compared to feeling ripped off and then treated with a I don't care staff. I have a Chocolate Lab puppy and a German Shepherd puppy, I guess I will be getting their dog food and everything else they need somewhere else for now on.

Our dog is very sick. He's an old dog and is still pushing forward. The service at Banfield was great. The doctor explained to us in detail what was wrong with our dog. Though we are sadden by our dogs diagnosis, the doctor and staff was very helpful in guiding us on the next steps.

Staff is always available and store is always clean. Sometimes products are not available and no idea when they will be back in stock. The area for pets out front needs to be looked after better. Too often there are no waste bags, so folks do not clean up. Again, clean and we'll staffed. They need a system to let them know when products will be restocked. But, I'm sure that is a corporate thing.

I am most unhappy with the treatment I received this morning at Peachtree city Petsmart grooming. I booked an appointment over a week ago and I got there 10 minutes late for a 9 o’clock appointment they had canceled my appointment due to staffing and sent me an email as I was walking in the door. I spoke with the manager letting her know she’s losing a long time customer over a 10 minute time difference which I consider ridiculous. We have two very large Alaskan malamute that get groomed they are frequently and we spend lots of money on their treats, food and toys. The young lady that told us the appointment has been canceled was most rude I asked to speak to the manager Jen she was unhelpful when I discuss my disappointment. I am told this is a corporate policy utilized by all Petsmart stores but in 10 years of dog ownership I have never experienced this. I immediately called Petsmart in Newnan told them of the situation and they were kind enough to work my dogs in the same day Ant said they were unfamiliar with canceling peoples appointments and they do not do that at their store. We will never return to the Peachtree city store and we will make sure everyone we know knows of how they treated their customers. I hope 10 minutes was that important to have that much bad press.

Discrimination and Disappointment!!I’m very upset with the treatment I received this morning in the Grooming department !! My dog had an appointment at 8 it was at least 0815 when I arrived in the store. There was another Caucasian female walking in at the same time. Why was my appointment canceled and she was able to keep hers ? They claimed 2 dogs are scheduled per groomer,so why did my appointment get canceled? Dawn couldn’t give me an answer and Makaila didn’t even speak with me. She was too busy rushing the other dog to the back. It was an inconvenience and no one offered a resolution to the problem. You need to do better and learn how to treat people with common courtesy. Dawn decided she wanted to mumble something under her breath and walk towards the back. The 3 employees there need a class on conflict resolution and customer service.

I was taking my dog, my dog is a small shih Tzu, to the salon and everything was fine until the lady tried to pet my dog, my dog gets very nervous around new people so he was growling at her. And the lady quickly said that she couldn’t do his haircut or anything I had booked for the appointment because he was growling. This is unbelievable because the woman didn’t even try petting him again to see if he would be more gentle with her.
