This was the first place I took my dog to get groomed since I’ve moved, and it was the worst experience for my dog. My dog used to be able to get groomed but ever since I took her here she’s had very bad anxiety and not from being separated from me but for getting groomed.

Sophia was outstanding grooming our Fenway, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever! I couldn't ask for a better person to groom Fenway! I will be back again because of Sophia outstanding work!

I wanted Theyo but she was unavailable so I made an appointment with Sydney. I asked for only my dog’s head to be cut. I said don’t touch the body as I was happy with the length. They cut his body hair. Before Theyo (God send) the service was even worse. The girls there have a heavy negative spirit. This was definitely my last visit. Unfortunately Theyo appears to be unavailable as far out as November. Perhaps she’s no longer there but I will not return.

This was Kario first visit. Grooming went ok, except his front paws were unable to be groomed. Overall, Kario looked nice and happy.

I walked up for my appointment and a girl named Jill greeted me and said she was freaking out, showed me her arms were shaking and said she couldn’t handle all the dogs. I called the manager and let her know what happened. The manager said that she can’t prove what happened because she wasn’t there. Bizarre experience! Needless to say, No way would I trust leaving my dog with Jill as she was not doing very well and the manager didn’t handle the problem at all.

The PETCO and their grooming staff are amazing! They are the most professional staff I have ever met! I rescue large breed dogs ( Great Pyrenees dogs) and the staff treats my babies like they are their own!
