This store is dark and dingy. Lacking in customer service, employees and good products.I purchased chicken salad with grapes from the deli and it was filled with chicken skin. The website says items are available on certain aisles, but they are not. I needed some cash back one day, so I bought a candy bar at the self checkout and an associate came running over and checked my purchase. And the .75 fee for cash back is ridiculous. Prices are high and quality is low. Was buying beer on a Sunday, first was told noon, then told 12:30 pm. When I asked which time it really was, I was told 12:31 for me. There are many items outdated, especially in dairy, meat, bread and deli.

I shop regularly at the Kroger on Crosstown Drive in Peachtree City, GA. I find great deals every time. On Saturday, January 6, 2024, I was in the check out lane when a kind lady in front of me calmly & quietly said "if you lift your right foot up a little & come back down you'll kill a roach." Of course I freaked & jumped back letting out a little scream. I thanked her for her calm instructions but I couldn't comply. I do not think I want to shop there anymore. Grocery stores need to have high standards of cleanliness.

This Kroger is sometimes a “miss” for me. It generally had what I need. And if it’s not exactly what I came for, they often have good substitutes at good prices. But they miss the mark when they’re out of almost all eggs that I would buy, or no good cilantro in either organic or regular, etc. Basically, sometimes stock is not… there. Otherwise, I do like the people that work there: they are generally sweet and friendly. They try to be as understanding and helpful as possible. Overall, not the neatest Kroger I’ve been to, but a lot of people come here; so, that says something.

Very nice, large Kroger. Lots of options in the deli and bakery area. Always clean And well stocked. The lines can be long in the late afternoon and on weekends, and most of the registers are self serve

I pulled in tonight at tried to go into the store to print out my tag on my birthday and the door was locked at 10:56pm and the attendant said the store was closed. I asked him what time it closed and he said 11:00. I showed him my phone through the glass that showed 10:56 and he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked him if I could just run in and use the kiosk and print out my tag and be done by 11:00? He just looked away and refused to answer me. Ridiculous. Maybe they should put 10:55 on their store hours instead of 11:00!

Perfectly good Kroger. Excellent produce and above average meat department. This store is a large store layout with many extra items.A year later. Kroger remains an above average grocery store. In fact, it's more than just grocery, with floral department as well as on site bakery and other departments not often seen in regular grocery stores. It's definitely still a first class store.

A nice large store to shop, not my usual go-to location, but mostly has the items I need in stock. The staff is friendly and attentive, 😮BUT can someone please check the DELI CASE more frequently!!!!😩

For the first time we bought at Kroger (we are regular customers) and when it came to paying, we had the worst experience with Mrs. Susan, it was a completely racist treatment and we felt badly treated, she has no patience and good treatment with customers. look for another job

A pretty good shopping center. Conviently located to my home, it’s my go-to for groceries. There are two sections for self-checkout, one on each end of the store. Almost 27/7, one of these lanes is closed. So if you are parked on that side of the building but the lane is closed, you’re going to have to walk all the way across the store. As for jobs, I’ve heard the manager is very disorganized and unprofessional, but I cannot confirm this from personal experience. Overall a good grocery store, however.

We spend quite a bit here weekly. I went to check out with a large order today and nothing but small self check outlines were open. I don't think its physically possible to do self small checkout with a large order. I asked the customer service desk if they could open up a larger self check out or even better a regular checkout line. I was told to deal with it, they are short staffed. Not quite sure how that impacts the larger style self checkout, but ok. I appreciate the manager taking the time to open up a line, but how far this store has gone from a customer service perspective.Update: Don't bother with online pickup orders. They mark 50% of the items as not available, but when you walk in the store magically it's all there. Horrible customer service. Why offer the service if you cant handle the business? If your closet to the Kedron location, I'd recommend going ther for better customer service.Publix has my business now

Kroger's produce leaves much to be desired. Once the product leaves the store, you have very little before your produce spoils. This has been an ongoing problem. Their self check registers are too slow and can't keep pace with my ability to scan my groceries. The machine actually slows me down. If you have an alternative, skip this store.

Watch the cashiers and how they ring up produce without a code. Almost every time, I’m being overcharged for items. I get items are similar but come on. Today, I received a refund of $5.59 for the mis-rings. Kroger already gets too much money and I’m not giving them more. May be time to look elsewhere.

I’m very disappointed today I always shop at this store and this is the first time I’ve been so upset, this lady Susan she was very rude with me and my family because we didn’t understand a couple things and she acted like I was stupid if you don’t like work with people I think Kroger is not the best place to work

Shopping here at 10 am and there's no cashier. I have to check out a huge order but the young man in self checkout was very helpful by bagging my groceries

This kroger has really gone downhill the last couple of years. I feel like they're always out of stock of basic things (coffee, produce, even things like milk or chicken have been out). Click list is incredibly understaffed and it shows... (no substitutions for basic things like spaghetti sauce, 20-30 minute waits to pick up, etc). It's just getting really frustrating to buy groceries here and management doesn't seem to care at all.

Ms. Marty the old lady with short hair who always stands at the self checkout lines is a mean old hag. Every time Im in there she has something to say. She accused me of stealing 3 times and I had to prove to her I paid for my items and she yelled at me for not holding my skateboard while I was checking out. Its like Im profiled and harassed every time I walk in that store and she is there. Ridiculous and its no way to treat customers she should be fired. Mind you im black and shes done this with slot of my black friends she once tried to kick us out simply cause their was 5 of us together and said we needed and adult that’s complete nonsense

I have shopped here for more than ten years and getting my prescriptions filled here. I’ve had problem after problem getting them filled over the past year or two. From them closing early to canceling my prescription being filled!! People need their medication. Some of these medications HAVE to be taken daily or can have extreme consequences. How can you cancel filling a rx with out calling the patient to discuss it. My husband has been telling me for the longest to change my pharmacy and I am now shown time and time again that I need to do it asap.

Been shopping here for 20+ years, before and after the renovation. The renovation is great and really enjoyed it at first. There needs to be something done about the customer service/management at this store. You can never receive any help from employees and majority of the employees are extremely rude. I'm not sure if they live around here or what but the employees seem like they hate their jobs and all customers that come in to shop. I would rather shop at kroger than publix but since this kroger has gone down hill, I'm shopping at publix more and more because of publix's excellent service. And if your an employee who hates their job and shows it, maybe get another job? 🤔

Kroger, you should be embarrassed and ashamed of employing managerial staff (Mr. Thompson) that openly discriminate against persons with disabilities & ignore ADA (FEDERAL) policies. This Kroger location offered a job interview to a young lady, only to deny her an interview upon arrival once they saw she has a service dog to assist with her disability. Her service dog has documented training (not that it matters legally), yet she was told to come back without her dog if she would like an interview. Service dogs are medical equipment trained to help their handlers with disabilities & are required access BY LAW. For Mr. Thompson to tell this young lady that she could only proceed with the interview if she left her service dog (medical equipment) at home is discriminatory and ableist. Do better, Kroger.

Sushi at this location is very good. It's really impressive for grocery store sushi. Unlike most grocery store sushi where the rice is always too hard or too soft they get it right here.Not to mention the chefs are always so friendly.If you are in need of a quick sushi fix grab a tray and go.

Great location and tons of specials. Employees are outstanding and always make themselves available. So many employees addressed me and acknowledged my presence, which is awesome. The aisle workers are attentive and friendly making my shopping experience amazing. Even the bakery employee offered her help. Wow, I was blown away. Thank you.
