Whitney did a fabulous job with my fur babies. I was really nervous after having a previous bad grooming experience, but she was very familiar with Aussies, and she helped both of my girls feel so comfortable and at ease. And she did not shave their coats 👏🏼👏🏼 their booties look so much better, and their fur was so well brushed that they’re the softest they’ve been since they were puppies. My more social and energetic one was able to get her energy out and Whitney took her time to introduce the world of grooming to her, and my older one is a little more laid back and she was able to chill and relax in a more low key area! Thank you! I will definitely be returning.

The staff for grooming, daycare, and extended boarding are wonderful! The care our dog receives has been wonderful, and as a newer dog family hey have had great words or wisdom and encouragement to share with us, as well as good recommendations for care and services throughout the local community.

I had never left my pet before so we were worried but it was for nothing! He seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up! We were gone for almost a week and he seemed to really of done very well while we were away. So nice to know we have found somewhere we can safely and confidently leave our pet!

I'm very glad that I found Happy Time's ad in our local paper. My senior dog, who has had major back surgery a few years back, was being boarded at our local Vet. I had no problems with his boarding experience, but their hours were inconvenient, and, well, it's more of a Vet hospital environment than a home experience. Now, I am very pleased with our experiences at Happy Time. From the moment my little guy was dropped off for his temperament visit, his behavior was relaxed. He has issues with separation at times so it's a relief to watch him walk away with happy tail wags, no searching for me and no shivers. The place is clean; I like that they sanitize the play yard while the dogs are at rest for "nap time"; it does not smell of urine or poop ( sometimes outside in the office park there is a strange smell which has absolutely nothing to do with Happy Time, though). In fact, I toured the facility during nap time, and the atmosphere was peaceful with mellow lighting for that rest time. It's a nice touch that each dog has their own decorated space, that includes various themes, which also allows the dogs to have their own area with a nice bed, too. (Crate boarding is available at a lower cost, too.) They required thorough paperwork, which I appreciated, in addition to the previously mentioned temperament visit. The staff has always been professional and engaging so I never worry about my little guy getting his medicines as well as other things brought. Phone calls have quickly been answered, save for 1 time , when I've called with questions or a check on my dog. I love the hours for drop off and pick up which was an issue with my Vet's boarding. Fees are definitely competitive so for me what's not to love?! They'll even groom if your dog needs it. I'm just very pleased and relieved to have found them.

Took my elderly border collie in for long overdue grooming. Specifically asked the two groomers who met with me to NOT shave anything since it’s getting cold. The whole time I was speaking about my pups health issues and what I wanted, they were talking to each other as they examined my dog, definitely not listening to me. I picked her up later that afternoon, and they had shaved about half of her, down to the skin. She looked awful and shivered even with the heat on. I have never had this happen. My former groomer managed to comb out or lightly trim fur mats. I will never use this business again and would never recommend them

My dog & I are very pleased with HappyTime Boarding & Grooming!! Cooper is a 10-1/2 year old miniature golden doodle. He has been groomed many times, but never in GA, as we moved here not too long ago. I was hesitant to take him anywhere, but I'm so glad I did. Everyone there was very nice & his cut is perfect! It's the best place he's ever been & we'll definitely be returning! I highly recommend them! Thank you!

Jeff and crew are extremely friendly and accommodating to our two dogs Derby and Winston. We’ve used them for both daycare and boarding. Prior to HappyTime we always did in home boarding as our dogs didn’t like to leave our house. However both dogs love going to HappyTime. Easy 5 stars!

Happy Time Boarding is FANTASTIC!The staff is friendly to people and fabulous with all the dogs. (They even know the dogs by SIGHT!) My havanese is a handful, and they are patient and kind with her. I would absolutely recommend Happy Time to other pet owners.

Do you have a favorite aunt who loves dogs? The kind of aunt that lets your dog and her other dogs run around her house and enjoy themselves?Boarding and grooming at Happytime is like that favorite aunt. The facility is unlike any other kennel that we’ve boarded our dog. Comfortable, accessible and free range are the best descriptors. The facility looks like said favorite aunt’s home. Very homey.Grooming is done on the other side of the kennel with the same care and love dispensed by the kennel. Pro tip: make an appointment early. They do great work and tend to fill up.

My Mom, sister, and I all boarded our dogs (who had never been boarded before) at Happy Times and they all did great and loved it! They came out happy and smiling, and you could tell they were taken excellent care of. Thanks for taking such great care of our babies!!

So we went to take our dog to their day care today (He loves playing with other dogs). This was our first time taking him there so we attempted to do some research, unfortunately, their website has little information, so we called and asked what all we needed to bring. We were told what we needed to bring(shot records, etc) We were never asked anything about the dog (breed, size, etc). So we show up(with all the required paperwork), they tell us they don't normally take big dogs, but they will take him anyway for today, and they had other big dogs they take care of. Cool, no big deal. They made copies of our paperwork and Made sure they knew his name, but never got any of our information (even when we asked multiple times if there was anything else they needed). We were gone less than half an hour (at the grocery store) when I get a call from the animal rescue we got him from, saying we need to go pick him up. Evidently the manager showed up and said they couldn't keep him and since they didn't take any of our information, they called the number on the paperwork. And of course, they close from 12 to 4 on Saturdays so we can't immediately go get him. Our dog is a rottweiler mix(has the colors of a rot, but the build of whatever hes mixed with) and hes also a complete sweetheart. I tried calling them and no answer. So now I'm sitting here wondering if he spent the day in a cage because the manager decided that while other big dogs are ok, ours isn't. Extremely unprofessional. If you want to take your dog someplace, I'd suggest taking them to the Fur Pet resort right up the street, Their website is detailed on what services they offer, they were very professional, got all of our information, and verified his vaccination paperwork. Its a couple of dollars extra than HappyTime, but our dog left there extremely happy when we picked him up, and of course, you won't have to worry about the employees at the desk saying one thing, and the manager saying something else. Not to mention, they're professional and make sure they have all of your information.

We have used Happy Time Boarding and Grooming for all of our dogs for 15 years. If I was a fur baby I know that is where I would want to go. We call it Puppy Palace because my dogs are treated like royalty! All the staff makes you and your pet feel special.

I took my havanese twice to happy time boarding and unfortunately I will not again. The place is cute with it's adorable suites but the staff seems young. Both times I made appointments for grooming after boarding that was confirmed over the phone and again by my boyfriend (because they had no record) ... anyways so it was confirmed a second time. My havanese boarded 5 days each time and both times I picked him up filthy, and so smelly I had to open my window. It was disappointing both times when they said oh sorry couldn't fit him in for grooming (when an appointment was made). The most disappointing part was I picked him up so dirty, smelly and the that one eye was matted half shut.I would NEVER hand a client's dog over in that condition, I was horrified. You make your own decisions but I've made mine and I felt I needed to share.

It is local, friendly and convenient - we will continue to take our dog there when needed. The staff there remembers our dog and seems to care about their work with the animals. The price is right and we will be making a reservation there for our next out of town trip.
