I was able to find all items I wanted but I don't like the exterior store front Trash...Also, outside debris was inside the front door of the store. I reported the issue to manager but she was unconcerned. This store is in my neighborhood and I would like to shop in my own area,if not, I have no problem spending my money in a better kept neighborhood! Thanks

I just visited the store on October 20, 2023 first I want to start by saying I love what you did with the store it looks good. However, the customer is awful. The young lightskinned girl was on the phone and having a whole conversatiwhile ringing me up. She stopped in the middle of ringing me up to proceed with her conversation. And she got smart with the customer ahead of me. Tell me family dollar how is this professional. No one wants to spend money their just to experience foolishness.. please check your staff because I will be contacting corporate.

The girl with the long braids & drawn on eyebrows was on her phone & very busy flirting with the other guy behind the register . She sent me to a different register to get my stuff scanned.

2024I visited the Family Dollar and I am happy to say the store was well stocked. It has been that way each time I go couponing now .My one star is now a 5 starThank youThe Family Dollar in palmetto Georgia never has all of the items you need to complete your coupon transaction. I have arrived during all hours. They are not putting them out or saving them for when there friends and family shop.I will give corporate a call.2023

Rude, the lil short manager with the bonnet and the thick eyebrows wouldn’t let me return trash bags I’d just bought because it’ll could against her draw or inventory. I was trying to do cash back and she tried to make me buy something else instead or returning it and let me purchase it with my card. And she training that new dude bad he in the store by himself and don’t know anything and couldn’t count the woman change back. AND ITS DIRTY AND CLUTTERED INSIDE.

I enjoyed my visit to Family Dollar. It provided all of the items I was looking for in the store. The cashier was friendly and engaging. It truly feels good to have an employee speak to you as you enter and exit the store. The parking lot and inside of the store was clean. It would be nice if they were able to expand next door. The store is setup well with their displays and sale items. Although the prices have increased; it's still a nice little chain store.

I didn’t have a bad experience and this very nice young man came and helped me to get a price so I didn’t have to wait in line to get it. The gentleman at the cash register was very nice also. The only thing I can say is could be a little more organized but in all it was a pleasant experience

The “Manager refused to sale an item at the price that was marked on the shelf for the item. NOTE: This was NOT an item on sale!!Please train your managers to abide by STORE POLOCY and THE LAW!!!!Will NEVER stop there again..NOTE: I have filed a complaint “per website instructions “ but have not received a response from Anyone!!!

I hate to keep complaining about same old same old thing...The exterior of the store is horrible,trash 🗑️ everywhere in front door as well as the parking lot. The interior of the store is a lot better. I wish managers would be more concern about the appearances of the store. Need to learn about taking pride in work place...

It's convenient . That's all I can really say. The store stays dirty and people constantly come in trying to steal all the time. I feel sorry for the staff!! I. Blame the parent company Dollar Tree because of the location its the way it is. Try one in a upscale neighborhood. No comparison!

Most of the staff is friendly, the store is clean, usually the shelves are stocked and can find quickly what you need, etc. The freezer/refrigerated items seem to be empty more frequently then it should. They have exceptionally way too long check out lines. I also cannot comprehend why someone doesn't do something about the panhandling outside the store front. Due to the last three points mentioned above, I always go to the Dollar General first before coming to this store.

Great location, nice parking. However, the inside seems to be crowded and cluttered. The aisles are not big, perhaps that may be why it seems tight in the store.

They were so kind and generous. The staff was very understanding and helpful when I was working on a budget. The store was also very well organized, I found everything I needed in short order with no real searching.

I usually only try to do good reviews, but I really hate that this is the closest location to me. The manager there irritates me so bad. I am huge on customer service/satisfaction & she just don’t have it. She always rude acting like she don’t want to ring anyone up especially when she is on the phone (her personal phone). She talks on her phone while assisting customers, I’m just so over this location. Although this is the most convenient location to me I will not spend another dime there. I’d rather go without or take the drive elsewhere.

don't ever go there they tried to cheat me out of $100 today and argued with me until I said open the draw then she said OK now I remember. last week I was charge twice for a product but didn't catch it until I got home.that's a good way to make a profit

Everyone in this store is an idiot. Between the slow ass employees to the dumb manager I don’t know if the competing on who can be the worst. I’d rather spend time at dollar general than come to this store to spend 20 minutes in a line just to hear the manager snarky remarks. She needs to be fired like yesterday

Tried going to this location on 7/6/2021 and the location was closed at 9:43pm even though they are not supposed to close until 10:00pm. 5 other customers showed up to the location while I was there as well. All of us were upset at the early closing. It is so disappointing and unprofessional. Will not return to this location.
