I hate everything about this place Whenever I've needed some basic items, they don't have it, when they do have it, it'll say one price on the shelf, and then be a dollar more at check out, this has happened many many times when trying to get anything. I tell the employees the price on the shelf is wrong and there just always super rude about everything. I also got a gift that I didn't need and tried to return it here, they said they couldn't take it, the dollar general in walnut Grove had no problem doing a return.I keep swearing to myself I'll never come back, but the pollen and allergies were killing me so I went there at 9:45 Sunday night, and they just decided they wanted to close 15 minutes early and used all the stock carts that are around the store 24/7 to block off the exit. i HATE this store, it no longer exist to me. I can't explain how much I hate this place.

The old lady that works here is extremely nosy and over the top ridiculous. She followed me and my husband immediately upon entering the store and treated us like we were stealing things. She even followed us out of the store and watched us get in our car. It was completely unnecessary and excessive. Garbage…

This store is so nasty. The shelves are always empty and there are so many carts filled with merchandise blocking the aisles, which is a big fire hazard. It could be a great store in this area if the corporate office brought in someone that knows about managing a store.

First off I would like to say that my experience at this Dollar General was absolutely incredible! Grace helped me check out and was very polite and helpful. She showed the best customer service I’ve received at any general store. Store was very clean and stocked including the candy aisle which is usually a mess.

It's a Dollar General so they are basic. Place is messy and shelves are half empty. Seems as they rather leave items on carts rather than stock shelves. They do have produce but be cautious of spoiled items.

This was the first time I visited this store and I was quite pleased with the experience. I found everything on my list and even some items I didn't realize I was in need of. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the store was clean and well maintained. I will be back soon when in need of common household items. They also have good snacks and movies on blu-ray and DVD.

Came at 9: 20 tonight and they are closed and not supposed to be closed till 10 this place is ridiculous and ran by morons that doesn't even want to work and with very bad attitudes will not be returning sad sad and unprofessional,they literally make their own hours up smh 🤦

A very convenient place to go for everyday items. Quick and easy. Needs to keep a better stock of bread and milk, however. The availability of these items is hit or miss with a LOT of misses. Other items are generally well stocked.

I like the store, they have a great variety of both traditional seasonal item and new products. This store carries alot of beauty products for all skin and hair types. If your buying tabacco products be sure and have your ID . They carry alot of grocery products as well. Everything is reasonably priced.

The store prices are great. The App for DG doesn't work or the cashiers doesn't know how to make sure I got my coupon credits for the products I had purchased. I was really sad about that I could have saved a lot; that is one of the reason I go there for the prices , the bargains, and to save money......

This store is so unorganized and dirty. Went tbis weekend to get water and shelves were empty. Only one employee in store until 3 and no one to put up stock. It's been going downhill for months. Today it had a closed sign on door. Didn't surprise me. This is a great location, but needs good management and employees that want to work instead of always smoking outside.

A convenient alternative with inexpensive merchandise and what you need to pick up on the way home (sometimes). Keeping the aisles clear of inventory during business hours should be a higher priority though for some locations.

Tried to return something and none of the cashier's knew how to do it. Had to get my money on a gift which they couldn't find and when I went to purchase something using the card they didn't know how to redeem it. Took 30 mins to return one item. Seems like they need more training for the cashiers.

I always buy period pads from here in the DG brand and they were buy one get one half off so I got a great deal. Their brand is just as good as the name brand. The line was fast and the cashier was very friendly.

I got the 1/2 pound burger today, it was just what I needed, juicy, tasty and filling.I"m still working my way through the menu as I already have favorite items I can't resist.

I live a mile from this store,but when I have to pick up more than a couple of items, I will drive into town to another Dollar General. Why? This store has two shopping carts and 90% of the time, those carts are full of items that need to be put on shelves. There is never a manager on duty, or at least that's what you're told by the employees.

Store manager has poor customer service, but other than that the store is very clean and well stocked. The other employees have great customer service especially the assistant manager, Jana. Good variety of merchandise at great prices!

Wanted to use EBT card didn't really know the amount that was Left, first amount was wrong tried another amount of $8.00 she didn't look to see what she pressed only entered$0.08. very very dissatisfied . Will not return to that store, cashier wasn't friendly at all. Maybe because I'm white

Went there today door locked no sign or anything. I think they need to treat their employees better, pay them more and improve on their management techniques. Sometimes only one person working. This is not safe for that person.

You gotta love Dollar General because without them we wouldn't have any stores near us at all. Nobody else puts stores in rural areas like they do.

Always a mess. The line is always backed up because they only have one register open. And it smells like sweaty body odor so bad that sometimes I just have to walk out. Customer service or lack of customer service is horrible. This is the worst Dollar general I have ever been in.

Good store for some items you may have missed on your list. The few times I have visited this location for something have been good...the store is not a Wal-Mart and doesn't have everything....good for make do or get me by type things.

Now that staff has changed they are nicer more helpful folks at this location. They know type of store products better and are able to tell you exactly where an item is.

I was the ASM until I just abruptly quit due to poor mgmt. Store was going through a transition in mgmt that should of never happened. Left with 3 employees including myself. Please know that we 3 worked hard to keep that store going but we were being worked to death 9 10 hour shifts alone no lunches no breaks upper mgmt left us hanging n we did best we could I believe their may b one employee as of today but she will probably quit as well. We tried...& for customers to say we didn't want to work is just an ignorant remark. One lady worked with bronchitis till her body was just give out I worked 13 days straight alone again no break no lunch....only way I got day off was to call out. I went home every night crying out of sheer exhaustion. I was only employee left. So please don't say its the employees we worked very hard. I hope the new manager can get a good team in soon and turn it around

You have rotten food in fresh food section... Plants growing from food. Dead flowers just rotting away. A little disappointed.
