It’s convenient because of the location, but is almost always sold out of the stuff you would want. Not as organized and put together as other Dollar General stores. The AC doesn’t even work here.I can name three employees that are friendly and they have been there a while but the rest are rude. Zero service inside this building and no WiFi available so you can’t use their app in the store OR use any other app (for money purposes). Can’t talk on the phone with anyone in the store which sucks when you’re trying to figure out if you’re getting the right things or not.

This is one of the better of dollar general stores. I’m rating this store off of dollar general scale. Still long lines but the staff is friendly. Still stuff misplaced but store is new and clean

Just take an extra 5-10 minutes to drive to a better store. The store was locked 2 hours before closing time tonight. If they are open, there's a 50/50 chance that the item is not on the shelf.

They will have 50% off sings but it's really not. Conveniently it was not put in the right spot even though it says it for the items you wanted. Never going back the this location again.

DO NOT GO TO THE ORCHARD HILL LOCATION!!!!!There is always something wrong with a register....only take cash/card can only use self checkout, etc.Most of the stock is always on a cart instead of on shelves. Employees are normally friendly, but likely underpaid, and overworked. There is a better store in Milner and a brand new location on the hwy (41) just a few miles from Orchard Hill.Do yourself a favor, and just go there to start with.Edit to add: came by 45 minutes before posted closing time tonight, and there's no idy there. That just adds to the obvious lack of reliability, or customer care.

Easily one of the worst Dollar Generals I’ve been too. Shelves stay empty no matter what day it is. There’s always racks full of stuff to be stocked in the middle of the aisles. I see what I need in those boxes but can’t get to them. Outside is nasty. I drive further too the new Shackelford rd dollar general - it’s always pleasant.

Didn't have in stock what I went in the store for. I wanted packing tape and not the cheap DG brand, they had plenty of that. I wanted the "T-Rex" brand but the shelf where the display is was empty. Oh and the cashier never said hey, bye, can I help you, have a nice day. Acted like I didn't exist.

Always busy and not enough workers. The one on Taylor St. Is the worse one of all, shelves always empty. Thank God for some of the great workers, otherwise I would never go there. I go there because they are close to me and I’m only getting cigarettes.

The store itself has always been good. Be careful about running up last minute. Locked up tight with sign on the door saying they don't have enough staff to stay open until 10 anymore.

Lines are just as long sometimes, but cashiers are much nicer. They always help when you need it and if there is a long line, the other cashiers will show up quicker than the other stores I have been in to help everyone.

One of the best idea that people's have come up with for the community, and to place some many in different spots. There are so many people's that shop at these stores. Good job on prices, keep up the good work.

I shop at Dollar General, Orchard Hill, Ga. The clerks are very helpful. Unfortunately I shop on Thursday and that is their restock day and it is a little under organized, but not enough that I would not shop at that time. It is at a time I am in that area.

I have a few of these I shop and this one is awesome clean,employees are friendly and polite. I would give a 5 stars but as I was growing up always heard there's room for improvement so there you have it

Place was so cluttered with boxes of inventory that you couldn't get to a lot of items you needed. Had two clerks that were so busy at times had to wait for them few min. to come to cash register. They need to stock after closing with more clerks.

This place wasn't stocked at all in the middle of the afternoon. All aisles were covered and blocked with inventory carts and extremely difficult to get to. Need to stock up at night or one cart at a time. Very messy store!

hopefully they have some new management and I see some new faces the old faces were very rude and didn't care and played on the phone if you asked them where something was they wouldn't even look up too busy playing but now it seems like they're a lot better people work in there
