Whis I could give - stars!!Will never recommend this pharmacy because they were so helpful for 5 months and then I was informed that the pharmacist (who had been filling the prescription) that she was not going to fill it again, that she was not comfortable with the Dr's prescription. I explained that the prescription is the same for 5 years and she did not have a problem filling it 5 times before, and I had set up when I moved to the area.

Right inside the door is a large beer display including multiple brands. In front of the Michelob Ultra is a sign advertising a $25 rebate with the purchase of 2 12 packs or a 30 pack of beer and $50 of groceries. Picked up the 30 pack and well over $50 in groceries. Got home and started to fill out the form for the rebate. Turns out the offer expired 12-31-2023. It is now 1-28-2024. Called to let them know and the customer service person wouldn’t help nor pass me to a manager. Hung up on me twice!!!

Pretty busy as the Holidays are close. Had to do a return from a 3rd party merchant. Customer service had to pack up the item, print out a FedEx label, and set aside for the pickup. The unopened item has to be received (and inspected?) from the 3rd party merchant before the 3rd party merchant issues a refund. Hint Walmart; THAT'S NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC! Think about this, you pay Walmart in the original transaction, but the. 3rf party merchant issues the refund??? Even Amazon hasn't dug quite that low in trying to dehumanize the customer.On a side note, Walmart now has a 7 oz box of breakfast cereal for $8.47. nah, how do you like them apples 🤣🤣🤣.

Walmart is always awesome. Fantastic deals, friendly helpful staff and just about any everyday item a person could want all in one store. The store was exceptionally clean and the shelves were stocked and organized. The bathrooms were also very clean. I plan to shop there anytime I need household products, gifts for others or groceries.

They have went from having only 1⃣ checkout with a person. Mostly because I said outloud "what about the Disabled ". To 3/4 with a person. Have it divided. So if you go in 1⃣ side and they are full. Can't go to the other side. I have a very difficult time standing in 1 spot for long at all. So I started using the Membership self checkout. Especially when I have just a few things. Wait in line when I have a buggy full. Towards the first of the month.Why are fresh fruits and vegetables so expensive. Especially when they spoil so quickly.

Ft Oglethorpe-while I'm not thrilled with the layout, the people working here are great. They are never too busy to help, always friendly, and they go above and beyond to assist you. At least they do for me and I sincerely appreciate each and every one of them.

I had a 3pm appointment at the FT O Walmart to have 4 new tires put on my SUV. I got there 2:50 and no one came up to me until 3pm asked me why I was here. I told them I had appointment to get my tires replaced. So the young kid walked off to find someone that knew why I was there and that took 15 mins for him to get someone else that knew what he was doing “ Supposedly”. It’s literally 2.5 hrs and I’m still waiting. I walked by a few times to check on my vehicle and everytime I walk by there goofing off talking about different kind of vapes to smoke. 2hrs and I’m still waiting… another 45 mins later there finishing up!!!! So 2:50 to 545 to change 4 tires. How about check your cameras supervisors and get your team to stop goofing off and do there jobs and not wasting your customers time!! You have to try harder Walmart!!!

I shop here on occasion,but every time I have been here the staff is friendly and helpful. The store always seems to be clean, ever during holidays. Seems to me that often they have a great clearance isle. I like this location

My husband purchased a microwave this afternoon and was asked to show his receipt. The customers ahead of us with unbagged items were not asked to show theirs and they had multiple unbagged items. The employee said he can pick and choose who he asks. Ok that’s fair but you are only stopping African Americans and Hispanics ? Is this a Walmart policy or is this clearly biased employee making his own rules?

I don’t normally give a low star but I was just simply not thrilled about this run , in this Walmart. The aisles are too small for someone to go around someone else in half the store. I get that it’s the beginning of the month but man oh man, nothing anywhere in the store , boxes all over. I had the worst anxiety trying to get around so many people. And we got less than half of what we normally would have gotten, for almost double the price. 🤦‍♀️ where can we win …. This is the reason I seldom come into this Walmart. 🤷‍♀️

Paying dearly for a monthly subscription to Walmart+. This location makes that a massive waste of money - all of the Walmart+ Scan and Go registers are open for regular scanning/bagging. Why even have those registers and urge customers to pay for the Walmart+ subscription and reap no benefits? Absolutely ridiculous. There’s no reason to have those registers if they’re open for regular use. Thinking of canceling my subscription.

Out of all the Walmarts this is the worst. Which doesn't say much. 🤣 Also somebody explain why I can't buy alcohol if the person who happens to be with me (my sister) isn't 21. I have my own home and career why is the Walmart cashier not letting me get drunk? Tf 🤣 Do yourself a favor and just go to Target or Food City

So, I called Bentonville to make a complaint about a false stop on February 26th, I still have the receipt for the 2 hotdogs, as I keep all receipts. This API got wind of it and followed me around again on April 6th. This time, I went to Rhonda to ask about it and make a complaint, I couldn't get one word out before he came running up to interrupt me. Making claims while opening a product right in front of Rhonda and Kim, he got off the shelf ... I got it all on video. He runs around playing games and laughing. I got 3 witnesses to his harassment and a police report has been made. He is only trying to save his job. He disrespected Rhonda because she told him to stop, and he said no and continued like an immature little boy. He needs to be fired because he's a lawsuit waiting to happen with false stops, touching people, and false allegations all caught on video for evidence. #lawsuit$$

This was a new Walmart for me.... It took a minute to figure out the floorplan so I could find what I needed. However it was well stocked and well maintained. The only issues were the same issues all Walmart stores have... No customer service and stupidly high prices.

I come here regularly for online grocery pickups in the evenings when I’m off work. It has taken me well over an hour to have my groceries brought to my car multiple times and it’s getting ridiculous. People have families and things to do after working full 8-10 hour days. Something in the pickup department is obviously not being run efficiently from a logistics standpoint. You are literally taking groceries from Point A to Point B, this is not difficult guys.Do better…

This walmart was pretty nice. New and modern and updated. Their pharmacy has a drive through. There are no cashiers only swlf checkouta, but there are plenty so its nice. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Masks are required.

It takes much much longer to checkout since the remodel.Why would you have everyone single file for self checkout and cashiers. They should have half the area with normal cashiers where people can line up at each register like we did 10 years ago, and the other half should be the self checkout area they used to have that was much better flowing.

I appreciate the one line to access both self-checkout and a checker. The lane for Walmart Plus members made my trip much quicker. The store was very crowded with angry shoppers. I had a tough time finding items and never encountered an employee.

I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism from the manager Tiff at the grocery pick up side was rude, and extremely aggressive not just me but her workers as well. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable

Need to figure this whole self checkout thing better. It's been too many decades of checking out. I figured walmart would be the leader in this area. There is no new innovation, and it looks like walmart is behind in tech.

While standing in the checkout line, I overheard employees making fun of a special needs child that was in line in front of me. They said he “sounded like a dinosaur”. The employees standing around gossiping is normal behavior for this location but this was truly disgusting to witness.

Horrible experience at Walmart. First off, The Frontend employees and staff are very rude. They instructed us that I am not able to go to the Walmart + lane even though I pay for Walmart +. Why have a lane specifically designated to Walmart + and not allow Walmart + members to use it? Secondly, I was wanting to purchase an item in the electronics section. In the Walmart app it showed up for a lower price (it sold and shipped by Walmart). The employees in the department didn’t want to honor the price match even though it was sold and shipped by Walmart. Very unprofessional as-well. Overall, I Will be canceling my membership after this experience. Just stick to Target and drive up the extra miles as the Fort Oglethorpe Walmart (or all Walmarts in general) are not worth the headache.

I'm not a huge fan of Walmart, it's crowded, always busy and too big to find anything without relying on the app to tell you where things are located as it's hard to find an employee who can (possibly) answer your question if they know. But all in all the value is worth shopping there for, they have everything in one place so you don't gotta go to separate stores. I prefer the Walmart Neighborhood Market when I'm only needing to buy food, I still go to the supercenter for other things but I avoid it when I can and try to shop local businesses when I'm able to afford it, we need to strengthen the local economy when we're able.

Stock very down...shelves empty...customer shoppers rude and in the way. Finding associates to help you is non-existent and, if lucky enough to find an associate, you will be told it isn't his/her department and they don't know and then they'll walk off. Aisles dirty and shelves unkept.

I only go if it's the last place on earth, then I really have to think about it. I don't know whose worse to deal with, the employees or the other customers. No one has any manners there. Everyone is running or walking all over each other while keeping their noses in their phones rather than paying attention to where they're going. That's all Walmarts too. They finally took away about half of the self checkouts here and put actual people behind an actual register to do some actual work as they actually applied for! Wow, imagine that! Now you can actually be just a customer.
